The premier league clubs respect Spanish managers and to some extent, they tend to have success stories in the premier League just like the out going Manchester city legendary manager. I'm sure he would succeed in Fulham. Fulham finished at the 11th place last season, let's see if he can take them to any European competition and win titles too.

I've been reading that "Garnacho is a young player with potential for development" for years at this point. And until now he changed teams, he changed managers, the only thing that never changed is the fact that he doesn't play. So at this point I think there is something wrong with him, not sure if it's the attitude, his professionalism or what else. He must step down and move to a smaller team.

He actually has the capacity and opportunity to be a great player. His dribbling is good, his speed is above average but Garnacho's problem is sometimes in attitude and even Bruno directly said in some interviews (CMIIW) that Garnacho's attitude and work ethic is not very good.

His attitude is not very good for the size of a young player and this is what sometimes makes it quite difficult for him to adapt to the coach's scheme because he has a hard time controlling his attitude.

Though if he had a little bit better nature I feel that Garnacho's performance could be much more than this and he will definitely improve a lot.
But it will be a little difficult to change if Garnacho always holds on to his own self-confidence and if there is perhaps he must be faced with a coach who has a high enough discipline to change him slowly.

Managing Real Madrid was a huge opportunity for him to take his coaching career to the next level, but since that didn't happen, he now has to prove himself at a mid table club like Fulham. This will be a real test for him, if Fulham consistently finishes in mid table, he'll likely earn the reputation of being a mid table manager. And if the club ends up fighting relegation, it could have a serious negative impact on his future career prospects.

Although Álvaro Arbeloa is still a young coach, I think his experience is truly remarkable, he started with Real Madrid’s U-19 academy, moved up to Real Madrid B, and was eventually promoted to Real Madrid’s first team. Even though he didn’t see his career through there, armed with that experience, he’s sure to get off to a solid start at Fulham. I might not have high expectations for Álvaro Arbeloa at Fulham. I read in X that some say this is the coach who's been swapped. 

Jose Mourinho from Benfica to Real Madrid --- Arbeloa from Real Madrid to Fulham --- Marco Silva from Fulham to Benfica.

It's a bit strange but this is what is happening now, maybe it's a coincidence for me but according to them this is not, choosing a coach will definitely be a strict consideration on the part of the management.
But I am happy that many other top or famous coaches are now in the Premier League.

He is a very experienced GK and more reliable than Di Gregorio at least. With this potential signing the number of GK alternatives will be 4 in the squad by the way. I assume one of them would leave.

Arbeloa doesn't have much experience. He was the manager of Real madrid last season. But we have not  seen any improvement in Real madrid's performance. Since he  has been in charge of a big club like Madrid, maybe that's why fulham decided to make him the  manager.

The Premier League is more competitive than La Liga. It is very  difficult to keep the performance stable here. If Arbeloa can keep Fulham in the top 10 of the table, it will be considered a  good performance for them. But it will also be a very difficult task for Arbeloa. I think this could be an important transfer. Casemiro made a great contribution to Manchester United last year, and his departure created a need for a player in that area. With this transfer, Manchester United is strengthening its midfield. For Manchester United, who are aiming for the Champions League and Premier League titles next season, the midfield is a crucial area. They needed a key player who can hold the ball and make good passes.

Where and how will Manchester United deploy a player who failed to deliver the expected impact at Chelsea? If Carrick specifically requested this player, he surely has a plan in mind.
The player made 25 appearances last season, recording 3 goals and 4 assists. He might not be able to fill Casemiro's shoes immediately.

He's not that good. People look at players like that and see what he can be, but he can't be better than he already is. They are deceived because he is explosive. He is an average player.
People see a player who has speed and can dribble on the run and expect them to get to the moon. But when you critically watch him play, you would see that he is easy to stop. Just put an FB that matches his speed, and he's done. Or don't let him get to a position where he would get the ball on the run. One-on-one, he's average as hell. He is an overated players.
Argentina don't have wingers, yet they still didn't take him to the World Cup. If he were that good, at least he would be taken, even though he won't play, because they don't have many good wingers anymore.
He has a lot to work on and his decision making are on the top of that list. He is not a good goal scorer, nor is he a good passer or chance creator. He is not even a good playmaker. So, what are you good at as a winger to be rated highly?

Martinez is a good goalkeeper, but he's getting older. He's 33, and I don't know how successful he can be with Juventus in this grueling season. He had a decent season with Aston Villa, but Juventus has higher ambitions. So I hope Juventus has made a good decision and considered this transfer carefully.
