Maybe if Alvarez were drunk, he'd accept Barcelona's offer.  Cheesy
This got me laughing so hard Grin, you made a lot of sense. Barcelona in their broke state might not be able to keep up with his demands, Besides Real Madrid is in dire need of a proper CF and Alvarez fits very well in that description. I'll prefer he goes to Madrid as well, they have what it takes to satisfy him and an enabling environment for him to flourish if he maintains his great form.
This would have been the most exciting move for Real Madrid if they have him as their striker, but before they can be able to do that, I think they will have to let Vini leave so that Mbappe can play from the wing then Alvarez will strike, but I don’t think that can happen because regardless of Barcelona’s financial instability, they will rather use their last card to get the player than allow Real Madrid to sign him even though Real Madrid is not even focusing on signing him, they busy strengthening their midfield and defense so as to avoid repeating the same mistake they do last season.

The answer to your question is simple selling Yamal would clearly generate significant revenue, as expected. But Barcelona won't do that, so their only option is to take out a loan to secure the desired player without sacrificing key players. From this, it's clear that Barcelona is only adding to their debt. They haven't learned from their past financial collapse, as it all began under Josep Maria Bartomeu and Neymar transfer to PSG.
Barcelona team is built around Lamine Yamal and he's the future of Barcelona so he can't be the sacrificial lamb for Barcelona to generate revenue to finance the deal of Julian Alvarez. Barcelona are playing to pay off their debts, if they don't have enough money left to buy Alvarez after buying Anthony Gordon and Adeyemi I don't think they will take out loan to sign him because they might end up having problem to register him.

I don't think so, because Real Madrid should be looking for players who have a better height to compete for the top ball when attacking and that can be the best option besides using the agility of players like Mbappe, Endrick, Vini, Brahim, whose abilities are similar to Alvarez in terms of play, we need a figure like Benzema's replacement for Real Madrid to be able to meet every opportunity either the top ball or a very good dribble in playing the bottom ball to carry out a deadly attack.

And if in Barcelona the main problem is financial that needs to be considered better at Atletico Madrid in my opinion.

If Real Madrid didn’t take term and sigh in a smart way, he will affect them and Barcelona can get the opportunity to win the league competition again. Mourinho need to get more players in the club because since Madrid are just sighing players is only Cucurala that is young. The other players they sigh are already getting weak not in there prime again.

Talking about the goalkeepers and their age, Vozinha is a breakout star from the World Cup at his age (40), even older than Martinez. He is attracting interest from Inter Miami, and I think Lionel Messi has an influence in it because Vozinha was exceptional against Lionel Messi, denying him multiple chances in that game.

I think Inter Miami is going to be his next destination. Do you think so too?

Vozinha really did well at the world cup and I think he deserves the move to Inter Miami. He is definitely close to retirement,  but one big to Inter Miami beforing retirement,  should be good for him and also the benefit for his performance at the world cup.  Messi really had good comments about him, so I will not be surprised if that has influenced the decision of the club,  but I will really  be happy for him, if he makes the move,  because I think he really deserves it.

Vozinha might be old but he is still strong and healthy to play as a goalkeeper so i won't be surprised if Inter Miami signs him as a free agent after his spectacular performance at the 2026 FIFA world cup. Lionel Messi will be pleased to have him become Inter Miami goalie since their goalkeeper is not reliable enough because there were many matches that Inter Miami would have won without conceding any goals but the Inter Miami goalkeeper failed to make good saves that would have ensured they don't concede goals. Everyone wants Vozinha to join Messi at Inter Miami, it will be amazing to see him as the club's goal stopper.

It won't be easy for him to establish himself at Real Madrid. With Vini and Mbappe there, finding a spot in the squad is far from easy.

Barcelona is certainly very interested in signing Alvarez from Atletico Madrid, but this transfer would be quite expensive, and I think Barcelona might be hampered in doing so. But we'll see, as I read in a local football news article that Barcelona is applying for a loan to be able to move freely in the transfer market.

Alvarez is the player most sought after by major european clubs in this transfer window, including Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Arsenal. Several other teams have even expressed their interest in signing the Atletico Madrid star.

For now, it seems he isn't ready to think about his future, as he's focused on performing well with Argentina at the World Cup. If Barcelona succeeds, they will be even stronger in La Liga and the Champions League next season.

If you are not Alvarez, you will do this and that, like you guys don't even know he is in a contract. If Atletico Madrid doesn't want to sell him, nobody in the entire football can convince them to do so. This speculations are making us forget the fundamentals, the guy can't move if Atletico does not want to sell him and they don't even have the reason to sell because they are the best guy they have, I don't even support the way he goes around looking for another place, it's unprofessional.

If not for yesterday match Between Argentina and Switzerland match, he was just there in the league like he is doing nothing. That last goal he scored that gave agent the third goal was not even necessary because it was what he should have done in the beginning but they did not. They were so useless and that questions why the hype around him with this performance.

Is Barcelona still broke? It’s been many years since their financial crisis yet they are no where to bring debt free which makes me think that they might be using debt to their advantage, I don’t know. However, this only makes Real Madrid stronger as they can afford to buy the best players unlike Barcelona who now rely on academy players and cheap signings.

I'm wondering where he'll play at Real Madrid when Mbappé is still available, his natural wing is not the flank and using him in that position is risky, if Vini was sold and Mbappé back to tbe flanks the bring Alvarez would make lots of sense but since Mbappé is still there it won't work out.
I feel he might remain at Atletico Madrid, he want's the move but the club is not willing to sell to their rivals, Barcelona or Real Madrid so it might boil down to running down his contract like Mbappé so he can go to his desired club which is Barcelona.

Everyone wants Vozinha to join Messi at Inter Miami, it will be amazing to see him as the club's goal stopper.
Vozinha performance at World Cup 2026 with Cape Verde really amazing made many crucial save but he come from not the top club, previous club from Vozinha is Chaves not the top level club in Portugal who play second division of Portugal domestic league competition. If Inter Miami really interested for signing Vozinha is not really bad ideas because really need top goal keeper how many games in domestic league difficult made clean sheet, signing Vozinha without paying fees transfer because the players have been free agent after his contract expiring and Chaves not extend the contract yet.

I believe Vozinha will not reject the bigger opportunity for playing with Lionel Messi, but need waiting official release announcement from Inter Miami are there information correctly or rumor only?

This got me laughing so hard Grin, you made a lot of sense. Barcelona in their broke state might not be able to keep up with his demands, Besides Real Madrid is in dire need of a proper CF and Alvarez fits very well in that description. I'll prefer he goes to Madrid as well, they have what it takes to satisfy him and an enabling environment for him to flourish if he maintains his great form.
Barcelona are not broke as they are portraying because if they are truly broke as most of us think, they will not be able to afford Anthony Gordon's of Newcastle United. if they were truly broke, they would rather have signed Marcus rashford that was offered to them for as low as €30million, which was the costly option. What I think they are doing is that they are acting that way in other to get the best deals when negotiating a transfer, or are we trying to say that if atletico madrid agree to sell Alvarez for €120million right now, they wouldn't pay up? They will pay because they are not broke, that's why I believe that they are only broke to deals they are not that convinced about.

Maybe if Alvarez were drunk, he'd accept Barcelona's offer.  Cheesy

Nope...
Baseless argument....

Let me know if Real Madrid has succeeded to sign Julian Alveraz then tell where they will line up him like they already have Kilyan Mbappe on ST position as well as Vinicus Junior was on left. So where they will lineup him. So Julia Alveraz is not a crazy dude....he will definitely choice those team where he can freely utilize his position.

Real Madrid has already many players and I am pretty obvious that he will never be agree to accept the Meringue offere. Maybe he will stay at Atlatico Madrid or maybe he could accept the big team offers such PSG, Chelsea etc.

They're yet to fully recover from the bankruptcy. They had a poor handling of the club's finances, signed players for very high amounts and still couldn't win the UCL in any of the last 11 seasons. I don't know why they decided to disgrace themselves by moving for Alvarez even when they know they can't pay for his services. They said they produce the best talents from La Masia, maybe they should concentrate more in raising strikers and promoting then to the first team.

If I were in Alvarez's shoes, I would never transfer to Real Madrid. The quality and style of the players at Real Madrid are not the same as at Barcelona.
If I were him and absolutely had to leave Atletico Madrid, I would head to Barcelona or return to the Premier League, but I would never go to Real Madrid.
It won't be easy for him to establish himself at Real Madrid. With Vini and Mbappe there, finding a spot in the squad is far from easy.
It Alvarez is able to leave Atletico Madrid then Barcelona is the best place to go, going to Real Madrid will put him on the bench or he will be played out of position. Real Madrid need a player on the right wing and I think that will be were he will be used when he goes to Real Madrid.

But if he goes to Barcelona he will be played at his favorite position which is the center forward position. Currently Barcelona lack a center forward, they need a striker and it will be the best opportunity for Alvarez. He his a good finisher and given the chances created at Barcelona I think he will do well at the club.

Some transfer news for Galatasaray fans... Is Ugochukwu a really good DM you think? He is 190cm tall can do a good work against aerial passes I assume.

Lemina has left the Turkish side this summer so this must be why they went for the Burnley midfielder. The fans have been complaining about no signings so far. I wonder how contented they are with this one...

Lesley is among the guys that was suppose to make Chelsea a stronger side, I can still remember when Lesley and some other guys joined the club and some fans if not all was cheering so much for having these guys but look at how the club is last season, nothing to compete for just extending their contract and selling them with big money without them showing what they are made of, for me is disappointing but good thing he has left the club and joining Galatasaray because he'd be assured of a regular playing time not like how he spent with the Blues and if not for Burnley I don't think he would have gotten the opportunity of playing for any club.

But I don't think he would be a waste on the right wing. That is certainly a position that Real Madrid needs to work on and while it is true that Alvarez seems to not be a standard right winger, he could still play there and be enormously strong. It would actually give Real Madrid an element of surprise. I would like to see him play in that position and see how he does there. He has the technique and he is a fast thinking attacker. Combine all of his qualities with Mbappe and they could become one of the most efficient attacks in the world.

Barcelona has a strong attacking line, but it is about the surprise elements that Yamal brings into the game. The same could be Alvarez. I don't consider him as strong as Yamal, but still think he would be a deadly duo with Mbappe.

The rumor about Trossard to leave from Arsenal is true. I see that several news merchants are also posting the same rumors if Besiktas is already reached agreement to sign him for €20m. So he's unlikely to play for Arsenal next season.

He's a proper finished for Arsenal. However, i think Arteta wants to regen club's left winger. So Arteta is selling him to the Besiktas.

This sounds kinda fair because Arsenal is able to selling him for €20m while they bought him for €27m. It's a minor lose but in exchange he gave them EPL medal.

So good luck for him in his new club soon.

Real Madrid?, common, that's the very least, except you want to see the General himself causing a war. They're already struggling with having too many stars in the squad. If Alvarez goes to Real Madrid, then it means one of the top players won't likely be a starter. Arda Guler has proven himself as far as I'm concerned. Majority of the players are still young, and I believe they all want to play as many matches as possible.

Real Madrid's current attack comprises of Vini, The General(mbappe), Rodrygo, Endrick, Arda Guler, Diaz, Garcia, Franco, etc. so, what's the point of adding Alaverez when playing time is going to be a factor?. And from the look of things, Real Madrid doesn't seem interested in selling most of the players who are already struggling to get quality playing time. Barce is supposed to be a better option, but Atlectico doesn't seem interested in selling the player either.

Honestly I never thought this would happen in no time because he has been an active player that doesn't just sit back and watch the game instead he'd be among those who brought hope to the Gunners but selling him isn't something i think Arsenal should do, we have some other players that doesn't contribute to the club but they are still going to enjoy their stay at the Emirates stadium without doing nothing. It should have been Madueke not Trossard.
