Know doubt Rodri is a very good player and having him at Barcelona will add more credit to there team but that doesn't guarantee complete champions league or Spanish La'liga's victory because a tree can not make a forest. To me I still don't see his move to Barcelona come to reality till all have been concluded as I know everything is possible in the world of football. From beginning he was heavily linked to real madrid and now its there rival Barcelona that is about to make it happen but am not sure it will come to reality at last.
I'm a bit curious to know... Like why don't you think the deal will happen?. It's not like the player isn't open to make a move. Both Barce and Real Madrid are two clubs that are currently interested, and I think Barce seem to be more interested and willing to pay his fees. Real Madrid on the other hand, are currently busy with the whole Vinicius deal, and that renewal is going to cause a lot of changes to their payment structure, which is also likely going to make the Rodri's deal a bit difficult. And as for Rodri's addition to the team, well Barce has dominated the Spanish La liga in the past 2 seasons, so it's not like Rodri is coming to lift them up from the muds. They've won the Laliga consecutively, while forcing Real Madrid to go trophies in the last two seasons. Rodri is only going to add his experience, and make them favourites for all competitions in the coming season.

Just saw this and if it happens I believe some Arsenal fans won't be happy about losing Viktor Gyökeres, both switch is good but yet again Gyökeres has been a problems to defenders he come against. Between these two strikers who can do it better for Arsenal this season? haha rage-bait picture confirmed. Both Arsenal and Atletico are not keen to selling their players. So this deal is just far from happening. So let Gyokeres to stay in Arsenal while Alvarez in Atletico. There will never ever be a swap deal like that. That picture is just being made for the rage-bait purporse and no more. So let Arsenal to send this swap deal to Atletico, yet i believe Atletico will be roasting such offer. I'm only wondering from where this kind of rumor is coming for. It's pure just for the traffic purpose. It seems there so many news reporters keep recycle the fake rumor.

At this point I think Barcelona should just buy all Spain national team players . If Barcelona placed more faith in certain players from its youth academy, it wouldn’t need to spend absurd amounts of money on new signings. For example, their latest English signing, Gordon, is a good player, but are we really sure there wasn’t someone suitable at La Masia? That place is a breeding ground for stars; it has produced some of the best footballers of the last 50 years. I’d say absolutely! Barcelona’s youth academy is a breeding ground that churns out champions practically every 2–3 years. Many have gone on to have successful careers, whilst others have faded away sooner. And they have great faith in their young stars, but as with all clubs, youth academy players are a goldmine and often come at virtually no cost – excellent for balancing the books and bringing the debt down to zero.

Between these two strikers who can do it better for Arsenal this season? Very nice, looks good on paper but won't materialise. I have never seen a news that suggests these two teams are will to do business in the light of a swap deal, although Alvarez wants to join Barcelona but Atletico Madrid are so much unwilling to let him go join Barcelona, according to Atletico Madrid, Barcelona breached a contract and therefore won't be willing to allow him join them. Alvarez will join another team but Barcelona that's if Atletico Madrid will sell him, but I don't see a swap deal happening between these two teams.

or i think that Colommuani didn't have the necessary space at Paris Saint-Germain because he was obviously surrounded by players of the highest level, and it's understandable. The real Colomuani was seen at Frankfurt and in a loan phase at Juventus. i am really very happy that he is back playing in Serie A because i am convinced that he can really give a lot to both Juventus and the Italian championship.
I don't know, it's not that he's a bad player, far from it, but Juventus need to find a better solution for the striker position. In my opinion, he should come off the bench and make the difference if needed.A world class striker like Harry Kane would certainly give Juventus a better season, but they are far from being able to sign a player like him.

I once thought Rodri would go to Madrid and see a very strong team there. But Barcelona got him, and of course, that’s a gain for this season. Barcelona seems ready to compete in a season that will definitely be very tough for them. La Liga or the Champions League will drain a lot of energy from the players. As long as they don’t suffer injuries this season, Barcelona will definitely play well.

Real Madrid are the actual losers of this deal and Barcelona are the winners here, they have a player with lots of experience to top it all. Real Madrid was never interested in Rodri from the beginning, the president of Real Madrid does not like the idea of signing the player, it was the board that decided to sign the player and Real Madrid president don’t want them to pay more than 40 million 30 years old player that has one year left in his contract. Rodri is the type of player Real Madrid needs in the midfield, but if we look at Rodri style of play, he is more suited Barcelona than Real Madrid, Real Madrid is a club that sign player if they want to the player. Rodri has been wanted to join Real Madrid since last season, but Real Madrid never opened door for him, he knows that Real Madrid does not like him, which is why decided to go to Barcelona to play alongside Spanish teammate, Barcelona did not also need Rodri, they needed a striker, i think the reason why Barcelona wants to sign Rodri is to stop Real Madrid from signing him and Real Madrid is not serious about it because they see Rodri as an injury prone player.

I've already said it here that it will be difficult for Rodri to go to Madrid, first the President of The club doesn't like him, I think the issue of Ballon d'Or that was supposed to be given to vinicius also is part of the reasons why the Madrid team frown at Rodri. however it's always a difficult one for Madrid to hire a player of his age, they use to give such players a year or two years deal, which makes it looks as though they are not in for you for a long term contract. So right from the start of this news of Rodri wanting to move to Real Madrid, I just knew it was another fluke.
Exactly, Perez doesn’t seems to be interested in this move from the first place and that’s why he didn’t pursue him earlier, because we’ve been hearing Rodri wanting a Madrid Move since before the World cup. Now that Barcelona have entered the transfer with full force, they’ll sign him and add another Spanish player to their squad full of Spanish players. Vini Jnr has finally extended his contract at Real Madrid until 2032, yesterday I think. So Real Madrid are probably done with the Transfer market for the summer.

I completely missed this transfer, I don't understand how Maresca could have missed out on such an important player. But it turns out that City is losing another key midfielder, Silva is gone, and now Rodri is gone. And frankly, I don't know how Maresca plans to make up for these losses. On the other hand, this acquisition is very important for Barcelona, I think it will make their team more stronger. I understand why Mourinho wanted Rodri, if he had managed to get the Silva-Rodri duo from City, I think Real Madrid would have become incredibly strong.

I also think Arsenal will never let Gyökeres go at this time. If we look at last season, we can see that Gyökeres has performed very well and looking at his current performance, it seems that Arsenal will never be willing to let him go. If we see this swap right now, we may see Gyökeres, this place is a bit weak, for some time. Because when Alvarez comes, it may take some time to understand his style of play under another coach. There are some financial issues that seem to suggest that this swap may not happen.

I think Rodri availability was becoming a problem at Manchester city, since his knee injury, he has barely been available for them. Some of their fans and football analysts were saying if he was available for them last season then probably they would have stand a huge chance in winning the premier league. Now they have brought in Anderson for a club record fee, I think he his Rodri replacement and just recently Manchester city also expressed their feeling in getting Enzo Fernandez from Chelsea. It really nice to see him go ti Barcelona, Hansi flick will be the happiest man right now, especially since they have lost De Jong to a long time injury now. Base on how Real Madrid and Barcelona plays I think Barcelona suits him more. Now I feel we will be getting that vibe of El Classico we use to get.

Of course Perez is not interested in him, he is not a super player that much, so the spark for the Madrid pursuit is not there. Vinicius Jr extending his contract to six years will put an end to the speculation of him going to Arsenal. I already knew that move wouldn't make a head way, this is because the Arsenal that I know will not place a player on such wages, those guys are good in cutting cost. I believe Vinicius made a good move by extending his contract, Real Madrid is one of the biggest clubs in the World, whatever improvements he wants, it can be achieved there, and I also believe this new contract will come with increased wage, so the need to stay back is necessary.

Barcelona signing Rodri does not guarantee them the UCL or La Liga, but what do you mean by "a tree does not make a forest"? Are you saying Rodri is the only good player that is in Barcelona? They have a team that has already dominated the league for two years and gotten to the Semi and quarter final of the UCL, so I don't know why you would say a tree cannot make a forest. I believe Barcelona would sign Rodri. Madrid were focused on Diomande and Vini's renewal. Rodri has more friends in Barcelona, and it's not difficult to see why he would prefer Barcelona to Madrid. If the reports are to be believed, you can see that he has spoken with both Deco and Hansi Flick, so they have convinced him of their project. I understand that anything can happen, but except City asks for an outrageous fee, which I doubt, nothing would stop this deal from happening. There is also a very small chance that it is a cooked up story by Man City to make Madrid feel like they are not the only ones interested in Rodri.

This Rodri guy is very funny. So apparently, Real Madrid kept Vinicious and he lost interest in joining Real Madrid and want to go to Barcelona. I always say this, don't trust players impression when they want to join a team, they can lie and say all sort of emotional stories so they can get the deal. The same Rodri that wanted to go to Real Madrid has loss interest and now want to go to Barcelona which is the rival team, same team he never closed at first. It's good for him, Barcelona is a great team and they need players but why does he want to leave Manchester City like that, the team is as good and strong like other clubs. If he thinks that he has won everything in Manchester city, he might not test that Laliga this season because the way Real Madrid has bought players, it will be shame for them not to win anything. They are going to win that trophy he is looking for this season.

Now that Vini Jr.'s contract has been extended, can we say for sure that he's staying at Real Madrid? There were a lot of teams that want him but in the end he reached an agreement with his club. I think Real Madrid made a smart move. It would've been hard for them to find a player like Vini.
I already suspected that Vinicius would 100% stay in Santiago. The verbal agreement between the two parties is now in its final stages, and Mourinho also wants Vinicius to stay, as I read on @FabrizioRomano’s X. Indeed, positive news for both sides is currently taking shape, and we just have to wait for the announcement—regardless of the salary, other terms, or the length of the contract. Vinicius realizes that Real Madrid is the team many players dream of, and Real Madrid knows that Vinicius is a high-quality player coveted by many other teams. I think it’s as simple as that.

Barcelona gets the greenlight to continue talked with Rodri and sooner his announcement will be official. Rodri offered himself to Real Madrid but maybe they were not serious about signing him, now it's Barcelona that's going to get him. Talks between Barcelona, Rodri and Manchester City has been okey and a few of around €60 million has been agreed upon. Barcelona are going to get this gem to further cement their already solid team while Real Madrid still doesn't have hopes of a proper DM since Casemiro left the club. Real Madrid are the actual losers of this deal and Barcelona are the winners here, they have a player with lots of experience to top it all. Barcelona's first team players are mostly Spaniards so it's naturally that Rodri would want to play with his his team at Spain. We saw how the combination of Olmo and Rodri in the midfield played out to be one of the best midfield in the World Cup. Now we could see Rodri > Olmo > Pedri in the midfield, a trio that would be unstoppable with the level of communication they have both at the national team and soon to be on the league stage. This should be the best decision for Rodri and I'm happy he would get to reunite with his national teammates again.

Madrid dominate the transfer market so fantastically that with what they have done, the automatic expectation of next season's performance demands should make a significant difference. There is no reason to complain. Unfortunately Florentino Perez forgot the position of a bum who currently cannot cover what Kroos and Modric left behind. The midfielders that Madrid currently have are still considered unsatisfactory. When the opportunity to sign Rodri arose, Madrid failed to pursue him seriously, ultimately leading him to decide to join Barcelona instead.

Bernardo Silva is old, Dumfries is average, Konate is inconsistent. I don’t even know who the guy above Konate is. Also Mourinho is past his best. Not sure what to make of Diomande, he was in high demand but looked crap in the World Cup. Cucarella is a good signing though. I don’t think it’s enough to make Real the power that they were.
