I feel the major reason he has been OFF and ON the pitch is basically because of few injuries and probably falling out of sight from Arteta, if a player stays on the bench for far too long, trust me it will affect his consistency. Don't be surprised that, if this Napoli move comes into fruition and he sees regular playing time, you won't say these things about him, his stay in Arsenal is long overdue, let him take a bow, Napoli is good move if it works out. Gabriel Jesus have been basically injured all through his career in Arsenal I think the best thing for him to do now is leave Arsenal and look for more playing time, personally I feel that Gabriel Jesus Career at Arsenal was already over two seasons ago, he should’ve left the club to seek for more game time, the news about Napoli is coming from a very reliable source and I feel he is going to be a good player for Napoli if he stays fit, I don’t know the current Coach of Napoli right now, I believe staying healthy should be very important for a player of his caliber who have won different trophies in Manchester City and Arsenal, Napoli would present a different opportunity for him and his career, if he gets a contract from a Brazilian team I think that would be more suited for him compared to Napoli. Injury aaide, he's a fine player but being out of the team for longer period has made Arteta make decisions of using Mikel Merino and Kai Havertz as a false 9 which wouldn't had been an option if Gabriel Jesus was fit, so it's a good decision to sell him and buy another player that would be very active as a support and competition for Gyokeres. Havertz is not really a threat to Gyokeres cause he's not a natural striner but if Gabriel is sold and another striker is signed it would help Gyokeres do better knowing that someone could take over his position if he doesn't.

Gabjes is washed and it's a bit surprise there is still a club that wants him. I meant he's not longer what he used to be, and he's often out of the pitch due to the injury. So the move make by Napoli seems a risky move. Unless, Arsenal will release him for cheap price. But moving to the Napoli must become his best choice for now consider he can't follow the intense of EPL. So moving to the serie a is a must. However i'm wondering how much Arsenal will sell him. The last time Arsenal set £20m price for him, but it makes no sense for someone who often staying off the pitch. It makes sense if they decrease his price to be a bit lower than that. Hope he will be completed this move because it's important for him to play in the less intense league such as serie a. If Gabriel transfers to Napoli, it would make it easier for us (Fenerbahçe) to sign Lukaku from them. An agreement with Lukaku is in place, but Napoli is asking for a transfer fee of around 15 million euros—a very high price for a 34-year-old player. Would Gabriel Jesus succeed at Napoli? Serie A is a tougher league than the Premier League. He would need to be more careful and take good care of himself there. If the transfer goes through and he avoids injury issues, he would be an asset to Napoli. His name was linked to our team at one point, but I believe the idea was abandoned due to his injury problems; however, surprises can happen in transfers at any moment—perhaps Jesus might come to Fenerbahçe after all.

Jesus is a strange one, he’s never really been the main man has he, at any club he’s been at. He was a really hot prospect as a young player and Man City signed him.
He did OK at City but he was a back up striker mostly. He has obviously had an awful injury at Arsenal but he wasn’t doing amazingly well before that. Still, he has multiple PL winners medals, has earned a lot of money and can now move on again.

But one thing is clear: personally, I’d be very happy if Gabriel Jesus joined Napoli. Because even though he’s prone to injuries, he’s not as old as Lukaku, he’s still only 29. And I think he should still be fit enough to play in Serie A. Since Lukaku also seems to want to move to Fenerbahçe. Napoli will need a replacement as soon as possible. The season is about to start. However, if Napoli has other options, such as a young player, that would be a better choice.

Napoli has become something of a rehabilitation center for established players in Europe—De Bruyne, Lukaku, and now potentially Gabriel Jesus. It is as if they are deliberately signing players who are prone to injuries. Gabriel Jesus is only 29, yet he suffers from chronic injury issues. The Italian league is much more physical; even a player with immense physical strength like Lukaku struggled with injuries there. In my opinion, signing Jesus comes with major question marks. Napoli might not benefit from this transfer. Lukaku is being linked to Fenerbahçe, and we are also looking to sign a forward. Perhaps Beşiktaş could sign him.

Another update from Barcola's sage. PSG wants 150m for him. I think Liverpool has to find an alternative for him. PSG ain't a poor club, and they're not in the need of money. Pursuing him is already a mistake by Liverpool. 150m for b2b UCL champion absolutely make sense if we compare him to the Morgan, Elliot and Isaak who never won prestigious trophies in their career. I don't think they wanna break another transfer record by signing him. 150 million, that’s an extremely high price. Liverpool certainly wouldn’t be willing to pay that much. But, by the way, why is PSG holding onto Barcola at such a high price? Isn’t Barcola’s contract about to expire, and didn’t he just turn down a new contract extension? This means PSG risks losing Barcola for free if they don’t sell him while he still holds value. Especially since Liverpool is reportedly offering 100 million, which I think is a reasonable price for a player who is merely a backup at PSG. I don’t think PSG will ever get 150million on barcola, it really going to be impossible, especially for a player who have barely a season on his contract. If PSG refuses to step down I think Liverpool will be looking to get other options. I also get PSG points of view, they are thinking if Morgan Rogers and Diomande can be signed above 130 million they barcola should worth more. Of course, no club would be willing to pay 150 million for Barcola. If PSG sticks to its guns, then Liverpool will certainly look for other options. And PSG should brace itself for losing Barcola on a free transfer next season. PSG shouldn’t compare the Rogers and Diomande transfers because the situations are different. They should focus on figuring out how to make Barcola’s transfer beneficial for them, rather than walking away with not a single cent next season because Barcola will become a free agent.

Negotiations are still ongoing between Liverpool and PSG, but I think €150 million for Barclays is too much. Liverpool, however are a team with money, and they've shown many times that they're willing to spend big on the players they want. I understand that Liverpool needs to find a replacement for Salah, but spending €150 million on that seems like too much to me.

i think arsenal’s signing of guimaraes was a very wise move. in my mind, guimaraes has always been the kind of driven player whose sole mission is to score a stylish goal after the 90th minute to seal the win. if he helps arsenal win even one game this season during their tough times, it’ll be worth it. we’ve seen just how much arsenal has struggled at times during the weeks when the title was on the line. i’m already making a note that he’ll be the one to win a game for them in the final minutes

Big lie. Gabriel Jesus had a few seasons before he went injured throughout last season. He wasn't injured throughout his career at Arsenal. Stop with the wrong analysis of football. When you are not sure of information, do your research before saying the obvious lie. Gabriel Jesus had a poor season with Arsenal. He sat on the bench as Arteta don't see him as the number one striker for the team. Havertz was played ahead of Gabriel Jesus before Arsenal signed Viktor Gyokeres. Take it or leave it, Jesus will leave Arsenal, but not this season. He believes he has more to give to the fans.

Age is just one of the factors to be looked into when considering the overall performance of an attacker. lukaku had a little time in world cup and made an impact immediately. you can completely think of him as a useless on not so good player regardless of age and injury.

I think it’s you who needs to do some research and most probably don’t get to call someone a liar, first of all I agree with Jostern that Gabriel Jesus’s career at Arsenal was done the moment the premier league champions signed Victor Gyokeres last summer because he just fell down the picking ladder. In fact Gabriel Jesus had actually been only remotely fit only last season and had been out injured in most of the previous three seasons. Arsenal gambled on him and it didn’t pay off because in 2022 when he got signed he had a knee injury at the World Cup and was out for the almost the rest of the remaining season, that’s like 15 to 20 games and then the 2023/2024 season the knee injury had a relapse again and he missed out in some games like 10 games too and then the 2024/2025 he had an ACL which kept him out of the season for the longest time that’s around 45 games, if you total all this games then you will see he had missed nearly 80 games in total and has played around 120 games that like 40% of the matches missed. All this you can actually research about it. Gabriel Jesus like some other signings didn’t worked at Arsenal and this is fact

PSG replaced him with Kvara, he shouldn't be valued at this rate, unless Liverpool is desperate for him, Barcola is not a perfect replacement for Salah, the both do not play same position, he's a left winger and Sallah plays on the right, I'd suggest they build up their midfield with a mix of players like Rayan, instead of spending high on a single player, who may not get the job done.

Jesus' transfer isn't all that simple, and it depends on how the relationship between Napoli and Lukaku develops. There are currently reports that Fenerbahce has made an offer for Lukaku. Perhaps if Lukaku leaves for Fenerbahce, Napoli will step up their efforts to land Jesus. However for now, negotiations are still underway. There are also reports that Jesus' agent visited Napoli's training ground, but the agent himself claims he came to meet with Allegri and did not discuss Jesus' transfer.

For the better player among Romelu Lukaku and Gabriel Jesus I think Lukaku is more dependable for me since both of them are naturally injury prone. If not for lukaku's age I don't think that Napoli would be in the business of replacing Lukaku with Gabriel Jesus but the Italian club needs a younger player in that position. Any player much younger below the age of Gabriel Jesus would cost Napoli much more than what Arsenal are willing for a fees for their forward, of which Napoli doesn't look willing to spend huge fee.

I think the team is trying to let him go because leaving him till the end of his contract means he will leave for free, therefore, now that there is a demand for him, they should sell him and find his replacement.
That's very difficult, because Real Madrid's interest in him was obvious. Furthermore, the Real Madrid board knows his quality and wanted Rodri on the team. However, negotiations didn't go through because Real Madrid wasn't going to pay that much money for him. It's a fact that Real Madrid needs a key player in midfield. Now, Barcelona only offered $45 million for him; they don't have any more money. City said no, they're asking for $75-$80 million to let him go, which seems excessive to me. So I think City isn't very keen on getting rid of Rodri.

They are used to getting players from the premier league in free transfer, that’s why they will say that they can’t pay much for him. They knew the quality the player posses, and they also know how good he can be to their team, they failed to further with the negotiation thinking no team will approach him so that they can come get him for free when his contract expires with Manchester City same as they did for Konate and other players in the past. Now, Barcelona only offered $45 million for him; they don't have any more money. City said no, they're asking for $75-$80 million to let him go, which seems excessive to me. So I think City isn't very keen on getting rid of Rodri.
I was expecting Manchester City to demand for £100 million and above because he is a Ballon D Or winner, he worth more than 70/80 they are valued him, but due to frequent injuries which I think was because of the premier league style of play, they can accept 60-70.

It seems Arsenal is very open with Arteta about making new player purchases this season. After buying Bruno Guimaraes for £75m, Arteta seems open to selling Martin Zubimendi. Reportedly, Zubimendi is being pursued by Real Madrid and Chelsea. Rumor has it that Arsenal wants at least 90 million euros to let Zubimendi go. As for Vinicius, I just found out that Arsenal has definitely failed to get him because Vinicius extended his contract with Real Madrid. And PSG should brace itself for losing Barcola on a free transfer next season.
From your comments, both now and earlier, I can't help but think that PSG could end up repeating the same mistake they made with Mbappe. If Barcola is genuinely more open to joining another club, but PSG insist on keeping him by setting an unrealistic transfer fee, it could easily turn into a similar situation. In the end, the player may stay until his contract expires, and PSG could once again lose out financially. Sometimes I feel that, despite being one of the wealthiest clubs in football, PSG's management decisions can be difficult to understand. There always seems to be some kind of drama surrounding the club.

i think arsenal’s signing of guimaraes was a very wise move. in my mind, guimaraes has always been the kind of driven player whose sole mission is to score a stylish goal after the 90th minute to seal the win. if he helps arsenal win even one game this season during their tough times, it’ll be worth it. we’ve seen just how much arsenal has struggled at times during the weeks when the title was on the line. i’m already making a note that he’ll be the one to win a game for them in the final minutes Of course, recruiting Guimaraes for Arsenal is the right move after failing to bring Vini from Madrid. So far, Arsenal defense has also been solid Arteta has only focused on the midfield and forward lines when it comes to buying players. So with the arrival of Bruno Guimaraes, Arsenal midfield will get even stronger and definitely more creative. Because Guimaraes, Rice, and Odegaard are currently the best combination and they will handle different tasks in Arsenal midfield next season. Because if you look at the skills each player has we can see Guimaraes is more aggressive in winning and carrying the ball, Rice is stronger at reading and securing the midfield area, while Odegaard's job is to create something from that possession. Given the differences each of these three players have, if Arteta can make them complement each other, then Arsenal play next season will be much stronger and that will make it easier for Arsenal to maintain the EPL trophy and compete for the UCL trophy. So far, since Guimaraes arrived the number of Brazilian players at Arsenal has been increasing. Martinelli as a Forward/Winger, Magalhaes as a Center Back, Jesus as a Forward and Guimaraes as a Midfielder.

🚨🚨💣 EXCLUSIVE: Liverpool agree loan deal to sign Ronald Araujo from Barcelona, HERE WE GO! Verbal agreement club to club with Barça now approved by director Deco. New centre back for #LFC with a surprise bomba. Fellow Liverpool fans gather here immediately. Did you see this coming!!! Verify from https://x.com/FabrizioRomano/status/2085839780550516868@LFC_Bitcoin, @Jostern. This transfer was really quick and it's something I did not see it coming, though with the departure of Konate, a solid replacement was needed to strengthen the defence once again. Araujo is a great player, and can play in different positions as we have seen on different occasions so this should be a really good addition to the team. Liverpool has not being the best with their transfers this summer and that is quite unlikely. Mo Salah's position would need a solid replacement before the close of the transfer window, that should be the next push Liverpool would be chasing. I guess it's not because of Konate only: let's not forget that Leoni spent a full year injured, so it's going take time for him to properly recover the speed and strength; then we have Virgil who is still probably Liverpool's best defender but he is already 35 years old, so they really needed some extra backup. I wonder if they really Araujo or they simply got him because they could get him on loan, without actually purchasing the player.
