It will be a disaster for Arsenal if they sell Gabriel Martinelli to Galatasaray because his experience in the left wing underrated. Christos Tzolis is just new to the team he needs someone to lead him through in that position before he can blend very well and Martinelli is obviously in the right position to teach him what to do. Even if Arsenal will sell Martinelli, they should wait until a stability has been created in his position and that can happen if Arsenal signs another left winger to alternate with Christos Tzolis. Arsenal must never make the mistake of selling Martinelli now, they still need him to get a lot of things done. Galatasaray should look for another player possibly in another club and not distract Martinelli with their offer.
This should not be a problem for Christos Tzolis because even if Martinelli left in the same position there is still Trosard to provide understanding for Christos Tzolis ' adaptation so rather than making the players pile up in the same position (although trosard and Christos Tzolis are quite flexible positions) it would be better to sell one and make 2 players as an axis to support each other as a core and backup. Martinelli was one of the great players in the early days at Arsenal and I liked the style of play he had but at the moment he is not too much of a priority for Arteta even though his speed and dribbling style is good but for EPL size he cannot be in the fast category I think. Although he always gets a lot of flying hours but his performance is not too good so this needs to be another consideration. He will still be very useful for Arsenal but when Arteta decides not to involve Martinelli as a plan next season then I think letting him go with the call is not a bad thing.

The Vlahovic transfer wasn't an easy process. Beşiktaş had been following the player for a long time, but initially, his priority was to stay in one of Europe's five major leagues. With his contract with Juventus expiring, the transfer fee obstacle was removed, and Beşiktaş entered the fray with a high-paying offer. And it seems the transfer process is complete reports are currently circulating that he has arrived in Istanbul.
I'm yet to understand how Barce failed to secure this guy. Like... They're about to start the season without a proper number 9, and Vlahovic is one of the very few available number 9 at the moment. I couldn't access the transfermarket website, so I can't tell how many years he's having left. But I don't want to believe that he's going to cost much because big teams are not even coming for him. And the fact that players are now moving to the Turkish league, now tells how interesting and attracting the league is becoming. We're definitely going to start seeing a crazy level of competition from teams in those leagues, especially during UEFa competitions.

Romelu Lukaku to Fenerbahçe, here we go! Green light from Napoli as club to club agreement has been reached. New bid revealed last night worth over €6m has been accepted, Lukaku has also agreed all terms. Verbal agreement so far, paperwork to be checked today. Fabrizio Romano I don't think Napoli would be opposed to getting rid of Lukaku right now, because preparations for the new season are ongoing, and he's still in Belgium and hasn't shown up for training camp with the team. I don't think Allegri needs a player like him, and neither do Napoli. Therefore, selling him to Fenerbahce would be a good decision. Allegri doesn't like Lukaku, and he wants Gabriel Jesus. So getting rid of Lukaku is one of requirement for Napoli to sign Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal. As far as i know their representative already meet Gabriel's agent, but the progress is quite slow due to the Arsenal who demand 20m for selling Gabriel. Since Lukaku's move to Fenerbahce is happening. I guess they're getting serious in pursing Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal. We may see a deal between them and Arsenal in the coming weeks. Beside that i'm also happy Lukaku finally finds his retirement league. So Napoli fans can stop to use him as their scape goat when they got thrashed by other clubs. Romelu Lukaku might be 4 years older than Gabriel Jesus but I think he offers better quality upfront than the Brazilian. Jesus is rarely fit to play games week in, week out but for an experienced coach like Massimiliano Allegri to opt for a player like that over Lukaku, it simply means that he's trying to build a team that Gabriel Jesus style of striking will bring better result than Lukaku. That said, I doubt that Jesus will be consistent enough to score up to 20 goals a season. Romelu Lukaku is actually a player who often has injury problems. Therefore, it's perfectly normal for them to want a new player to replace him. They managed to sell him despite his injuries. Fenerbahçe, on the other hand, has made a risky transfer for themselves by bringing him to Turkey. If he suffers a long-term injury after the league starts, Fenerbahçe will have wasted their money. However, if they can get the desired performance from him, it must be said that he is a much higher quality player than what is expected for the Super League.

Romelu Lukaku have always been that one striker every club needs because he literally knows how to hustle for the ball and how to position and bang a goal with his full balance physique on the pitch. Lukaku is a threat to defendes because of his height and fierceness as an attacker but unfortunately for him, he lacks consistency because he's mostly injured and not been able to compete when the team relies on him. Players like Romelu Lukaku have no business with tight settings of elite tournaments because they don't seem deem fit base on long term injuries, we're talking about crucial injuries that will make one become vulnerable and unable to compete fully for the ball.

With Vini now confirmed to remain at Real Madrid, which left winger do you think Arsenal will try to bring to add to Tzolis?
It appears that Arsenal is no longer targeting a left winger after signing Tzolis. Besides, time is running out since the league is about to start, and there are very few good left wingers currently available on the market. Therefore, Arsenal is no longer pursuing any players and has begun focusing on preparing for the start of the season. I always had this thought about Arteta in terms of signing new players, Arteta only outdid himself last time during the transfer window and now I don’t understand why he’s so reluctant signing a new winger. So far I’m not please with the current moves made probably he’s trying to work with the little and best team he can, no doubt Arteta is no longer targeting any player otherwise the team would show every possible interest, well we aren’t getting that so clearly Arteta will have to work with the new players besides Vini never showed any interest leaving Real Madrid for Arsenal, I wonder who started the rumor.

If Lukaku hadn't been injured last season, he probably wouldn't have gone for such a low price. If Fenerbahçe can sign him for €6 million, it would be a bargain. His medical came back clear. Lukaku is 33 years old. There's no high transfer fee, so there isn't much risk involved in this transfer. He's a player with market value. Even if Fenerbahçe can't get the most out of him, they can easily sell him. I think they're making a very good signing. Muriqi and Lukaku can rotate, considering that Fenerbahçe will play nearly 60 matches this season.

With Lukaku's condition needing to adapt after a long injury and his age of 33 years I think the price is still very reasonable and indeed this can be a smart move for Napoli to make changes especially now that there is Gabriel Jesus who can fill the void left by Lukaku. Lukaku himself is still quite useful but being at Napoli is not the right choice because with his age, stamina and performance slackened due to injuries and tighter competition it will be very difficult for Lukaku to secure a position and it is better to find alternatives for a new club before he decides to retire. For Fenerbahce it will be interesting now that Lukaku will be supported by Asensio and Greenwood so it will look a bit easier for Lukaku to adapt to the squad. Romelo Lukaku's situation at Napoli proves how quickly events can turn in the footballing world. few years ago, he was one of the most feared strikers in Europe. now he's struggling to find a place what a world. At 33, with his injury history Serie A will be too demanding for him now. But there are other options, leagues like MLS or Saudi clubs can offer him a fresh start with less pressure and good money. Players like him can still be useful in leagues that are not as physically intense, a move to a less competitive league can extend a player's career and give them a chance to enjoy the game again, I mean CR7 is perfectly enjoying that at the moment

Lukaku has shown what he’s capable of at the World Cup. He’s a player who can control high balls when the game gets tight and provide a solid passing link for his teammates. With his experience, he’ll undoubtedly be a key player for Fenerbahçe. Although he sometimes struggles with his finishing, his physical attributes make him a dangerous player for opponents. In my opinion, his biggest drawback is his excess weight. I don’t think he’ll face too much difficulty in the Turkish league and therefore won’t be at risk of injury, but I do think his tendency to gain weight raises questions about his performance. It seemed like he wasn’t quite in ideal shape even during the World Cup...

Romelu Lukaku used to be one striker I cherish so much because of his strength and clinical finish back then at Chelsea. Age has affected him drastically, and im sure Napoli wants a better replacement for him. A move to the Saudi league should have been a better option, but it seems there was no interest from any Saudi Club. I heard rumors of Gabriel Jesus of Arsenal as an option to replace Romelu Lukaku. Is this true?

He has been in this space for so long and delivered consistently. I was even surprised to see him activity represent Belgium in the last world cup. Lukaku should be celebrated. If I recall correctly, his career was not a straightforward one. He faced humiliation in one time or the other. So I appreciate the Blackman. However, I support you that it's time to leave Europe and activate football. He should go Saudi for his retirement plan.

It's really a surprise that Vlahovic didn't receive any offer from top teams, the quality is there and many teams lack a proper striker which Vlahovic could fill easily but it's can be like that sometimes, especially when a player is getting older. I saw a news about Barcelona showing interest in him but seems it didn't happen, he's just always unlucky with transfers. He's a decent player and I was a fan as well even before he joined Juventus. Few years back Chelsea had him in their tabs, wanted to sign him but deal didn't go through. He's just being ignored as a bad egg but he's got qualities and I believe he will perform well at Besiktas as long as there's no issues at all.

In entire season of Barcelona he has had very little contribution for the team like in previous season he was the man who missed more open chances than others. So that's why Barcelona want to sell him because they are not satisfied with his performance.
I am unable to understand that why PSG are showing interest in him like he didn't have good ability. Even his skill level in on lower ground but still Luis Enrique are interested in him although he has been in his poor moral. However it's a good deal for Barcelona like through this they will generate little budget for new signing. Let's see what happens next.
I think Luis Enrique sees that he's Spanish, that he comes from Barcelona, that he's in good form. As I said, the goal he scored for Spain really boosted his morale, and that's why he's like this. Whether or not to use him at Barcelona was something only Hansi Flick could know. However, if PSG wants him, it's a given that he'll leave. First, because Barcelona needs money, and second, the player is as you say; he might not get many minutes. In my personal opinion, Ferran seems like a good striker, but since Barcelona already has Lamine and Raphinha, they're very good attacking options.

How the might has fallen. What do you mean by how the mighty have fallen ? Did you think Romelu Lukaku didn’t have a good career ? I absolutely don’t understand your statement, considering the age of Romelu Lukaku are you still expecting him to be moving to Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, Liverpool, Real Madrid or Barcelona, Perhaps you can pick a club of your choice that you’re expecting Romelu Lukaku to be playing. Lukaku is in the retirement age of his career, he isn’t getting any younger, you don’t expect him to be running like Lamine Yamal, he is getting old, he needs to play in a League with low intensity, which means Fenerbahce is a good destination for him, players are now moving to Turkey like Saudi Arabia, Mohamed Salah moving to Turkey, Trossard, Greenwood, Dusan Vlahovic, Turkey isn’t a bad destination for players. Gabriel Jesus is as bad as Romelu Lukaku when it comes to injuries, Jesus is a good player but the problem is staying healthy, I think there is a concrete interest from Napoli.

He chose to bluff with Juventus telling them he had plenty of European big teams offering him a lot of money, mentioning Barcelona, Bayern Munich, PSG, etc etc, and at the end it took him almost 8 months (he could sign for any team since February) to end up in Turkey. Sure, he's going to get the money he was looking for, but was it worth it?

Sure, he's going to get the money he was looking for, but was it worth it? Vlahovic could have continued with Juventus, but there were some points of disagreement. The biggest reason for his move to Turkey was, of course, the financially attractive offer. Beşiktaş offered him a much higher salary than he could earn in Europe. It also eliminates the need for him to go to Saudi Arabia. So, Turkey is currently a significant option for many players, offering both European competition and high salaries. I hope the Serbian striker has a productive and successful year at Beşiktaş.

Romelu Lukaku has come to age putting together with his injury problem i don't think he can give fenerbahce what they want though what fenerbahce did is gambling it may be too risky or a good luck to them bringing the striker to the team. Lukaku was a good finisher when he was at his peak i still believe that fenerbahce will benefit from him if never sustains any injuries, i so know that there are some good players in the team that can help him assist him with goals but they should only pray he never suffer any injuries again been it short time or long time because with his age even after recovering he may not play better again, maybe after here it's either he retires or he can still be needed in the Saudi Arabia league.

Injury is one of the reasons, and i think his age is also one of the reason why his price is low. Lukaku is a very strong player who is very good when it comes to scoring goals, he scored goals for Napoli and score in the World Cup. Lukaku is the type of striker that gives defenders problems, he score three goals in six matches in the World Cup and he always came on as a substitute, Fenerbache will benefit from him if he does not get injured. Fenerbache is the best place for him because they can manage him. Fenerbache has players who can bench him for the club to manage him, players Muriqi, Talisca, and Marcos Asenso who are good in playing as a striker can bench him, Fenerbache has a very good squad currently and the club are ready to become to the club we used to know. It will be interesting to watch Turkish league this season.

It’s not just older players who come for the money; young, established players can come too. Of course, they’ll earn more money in Turkey, and the financial aspect is a major factor in their decision to choose Turkey, but they didn’t used to come here. The quality of the league has really improved. It’s not just the big clubs; the other teams are on the right track too. Vlahovic is only 26 years old. If he proves himself at Beşiktaş, he could catch the eye of the big European clubs and return to play for them. His former coach is now in charge of the team, and he used to score plenty of goals under him.

The fact that Vlahović has gone to Beşiktaş is a failure for the player because he left Juventus convinced he was signing for a Premier League side, only to find himself having to settle for Turkey instead. Serves that traitor right to play in a minor league like the Turkish one, where top players go to secure the final contract of their careers.
