I think Rodri's transfer will reshape Barcelona's midfield. From what I can see, they've found the best midfielder since Busquets. Busquets was also very good in midfield at Barcelona. After he left, Barcelona hasn't been able to find anyone as good as him. Rodri is now coming to fill that gap. It was also a transfer coup for Real Madrid. Real Madrid wanted Rodri but got nothing in return.

Even as an Anti barca fan, am a local football player and even though I don't play football professionally, I know and appreciate a talent wherever I sees one, and I can say for sure that Rodri is a rear Gem and a tallent. Barcelona signing Rodri will be a very big plus for the Barca squad entirely as he will help the team in both defense and Midfield, because Rodri presently is considered one of the best Defensive Midfielder in the world right now, and considering the fact that Rodri performance together with the Barcelona's players during the just concluded FIFA world cup tournament shows that, he can blend and adapt to Barcelona's pattern easily. Though it's a win/win for the both side as Rodri will balance and settled the Barcelona's Midfield debts and also, signing for the Blaugranas will add a very good portfolio to his career. Personally, I have no doubts that Rodri is going to be a good addition to the team, but at the same time, I'm not expecting to see that Manchester city performance because Barcelona is a different club and their playing style is far different from that of Pep when he was still the manager of City. And as for the transfer fee, well, that's what you get when you chase after a key player who just won the WC. And I think in football, clubs are now overlooking the importance of age, as they hope to see the player playing until his mid 30s.

And as for the positioning, I guess meant pedri and not Pedro. But pedri is a CM who also plays attack, so I don't think the purchase of Rodri is going to change anything. Only De Jong is likely to be affected here, but there's no crime in coming from the bench.

The premier league has been a very tough competition, he don’t have enough playing time last season due to injury and his performance dropped drastically because he is yet to recover fully from the damage that knee injury has caused him to be like as an average player, but I believe he moves to Barcelona because of less competition so that he cannot be getting injured regularly.

However, I am happy for Barcelona to getting Rodri, he will help the team in positive ways and will make Barcelona more strong than he used to be before signing him and it will help them to win some matches in almost all competition.

After the signing of Rodri by Barcelona, I don’t think he should be having a problem facing a hard time to adapt to the team. He just needs to avoid being injured or the other available players will collect his shine from him. He has been great midfielder in Manchester City during the times of Pep Guardiola and was also able to show save that’s midfield ability in the World Cup tournament.

I will say that Barcelona got a good one here but they should fear him being injured or they’ll miss having him to take control of that midfield for them if they’ve already adapted with him to the style of play which I know it won’t take time to happen. Any long injury for Rodri will really affect his career and ability to take on his position, so this is something to avoid as much as he can to be able to perform to his best potential for his new team.

Unai Emery have plans for Wan Bissaka and giving more reasons he brought in this player. Aston Villa have lost their important players and without these players, Aston Villa will no longer be competitive for them. Unai Emery will not do any magic here because he will have to work with ones he has already.

I don't know why people doesn't rate Wan Bissaka anymore not after leaving Manchester United. This player is one of the most important player to add to your squad because he got the experience and he's able to enchanced his performance on the pitch, we're talking about players they can play full 90mins non stop, he doesn't have to come pull up with 9.0 rating, rather he would be settling within 7.0 to 7.5.

I'm happy for Aaron Wanbisaka for this move. He's such a great defender filled with confidence and experience. He's a defender that any team deserves to have in their team. I wasn't particularly impressed when westham got relegated with this talent because he saved them on several occasions and gave them the hope they needed to wait until the last match day before getting relegated. If he had been forgotten at the championship level, his career could have been as good as forgotten.  Now he will have a good play time as Kosta Nedeljkovic will be heading to Rangers on season long loan.

Unai Emery is going to have another promising season in the Premier League and will pull a threat this season. He has been very tactical in his team selections and hasn't included Kosta in his team plan much since his arrival. I'm sure he will be glad to work with Wan Bissaka as he's also a better option for the role.

That's a good point, although seeing Flick's style, I'd say he's capable of playing both Rodri and Pedri together, possibly using Rodri as a deep-lying playmaker, of course, if he wants both players on the pitch.

There are many alternatives, but what I do admire is Flick's ability to bring out the best in his players. He's a very complete coach. Even though I'm a Real Madrid fan, I admire him a lot, but what excites me most is the Clásico. I'd love to see the rivalry that could develop between Flick and Mourinho.

I think Wan Bissaka move to Aston Villa has nothing to do with playing in Championship, Aston Villa needs him and they go for him, Wan Bissaka is a very good right back that any team can trust, most premier league wingers know him because he is very strong and a team that want to win a match needs him. Aston Villa did not have a good tight back, sometimes they forced Center backs to play as right back and that affect the team in some games because a center back performance is different from a natural right back.

It’s a good move for Aaron Wan-Bissaka he will be playing in the Premier League, that presents another opportunity for him to play in the Premier League, he will be playing in the Champions League is also different opportunity that Aston Villa have offered him, he is a good player so he is a grate signing for Aston Villa, you don’t appreciate him because he isn’t a World Class Player, players are expensive now he came very cheaply with that amount of 25 million that is his worth.

Rodri is Spanish, and he came back to Spain. He always played in Spain before joining Manchester City. He been in England for 7 years now... I used Madrid to show that simply mentioning Barcelona's debt without context is wrong. I tried to show you that every other big club has debt just like Barcelona; that was why I mentioned those other top clubs and their gross debt. It's pretty easy to understand.
Most times people just use "Barcelona is owing $1.4 billion" to troll Barcekona without realising even their club also has a debt similar to that amount.
