Martinelli leaving doesn't sit well for me even if he's the kind of player that doesn't show up when it matters, missed chances and not knowing when to shot or release the ball, it happens but the Gunners need this player at least for the sake of injury or suspension, with Trossard gone I feel it will be nice if Arteta hold on to the Brazilian for this season. For me it would be better to drop Martinelli and sell Madueke.

Martinelli is simply one of the many players that didn't keep up with the expectations. If I'm wrong Jurgen Klopp once said "Martinelli is the talent of the century", that happened when he was very young, like 18-19 years old, now he is 25 years old and I don't see any particular improvement. And he had plenty of opportunities. It's the best choice for both parties.

I don't understand at the moment how good a move to a club like the Saudi League is for this young player, where he has a great future ahead of him. He is a great player and has good finishing skills so if he stayed at Arsenal it would have been a good decision for him but here it might be different like Arsenal might give him a condition that Arsenal will not play him in the starting XI and make him sit on the bench for most of the season, maybe thinking that he wants to play regularly for a club in the Saudi League instead of sitting on the bench. But at this point in time I think it would be a good decision not to go to the Saudi League but if he gets an offer or shows interest from another good club in Europe then it might be a good decision for him to go there.

Even an era has an end but it's left to him. He has a season with Arsenal which is this season which by then he will be a free agent and I'm not sure Arsenal has plan to renew his contract, is it not better that he pack his luggage's and go elsewhere. There are other clubs he can go for sure but he most have his reasons why Al-Hilal is making an approach. If he declines the club from their very first approach, there will not be an ongoing negotiations by now.

There are many young players of his age in Saudi professional league that are doing well like him, the problem I have with them is when they go there, they don't have the publicity they have in Europe but I don't think all the players care so much about that. The money comes before fame which they have achieved, the Sauid will pay them better and you know the more advantage about the pay, there is no tax on their money, it's sweet money.

I’m not even an Atletico Madrid fan but it’s very obvious that he’s actually the villain in this situation.

How can you sign to play for a club for six years and then play only two years and think you can just run away to another club just like that?. And it’s not even just any club, but a rival club in the same league, c’mon now let’s be realistic here, nobody can accept something like that.

It looks as though Al-Ittihad is completely overhauling its midfield. Last season, they sent Kanté to Fenerbahçe mid-season, and now they have sold Fabinho to Trabzonspor.
I do not know if Fabinho himself requested this move; I had believed that Fabinho—who is only 32—would be an asset to Al-Ittihad, but the club chose to let him go.
Trabzonspor made an excellent move with this transfer. Acquiring a technically gifted midfielder like Fabinho is a major success.

So far Liverpool has not yet sent a bid for Barcola that can meet PSG's expectation. So i'm doubting they can complete the transfer before the deadline 1 sept. PSG still priced Barcelona 145m, and i see no sign by PSG to decrease the price of Barcola. It seems Liverpool have no choice other than agree with PSG's price to sign Barcola.

Other than it. i don't see a good name to be signed as a secondary winger after him. yet, signing Barcola + new winger will force them to spend at least 200m before the close of late summer window transfer.

Nevertheless, they also urgently needs another number 6 and new RB. It's a dilemma whether to break the transfer record for a new winger first or sign new number 6 + rb to fix the loopholes.

I think they are handling it very smart, and in the past they have managed to spend a lot of money on new players. And the salaries for the stars also high, so the money will be there, and I think there will be more transfers like this in the coming years. Maybe even another one worth over 100 million euros. It wouldnt surprise me anymore.

In fact, Barcelona makes money and quite good money, but they are dragged down by debt. Enzo Maresca took a new format so that Marmoush was not included in the main squad plans and made him have to go to Tottenham. It's unfortunate but there's no other way because playing time at Man City wasn't effective for him. I tried looking into a summary of European players who came to the Arab SPL. There are about 24 players in the SPL right now. This includes the arrival of new players like Tijani and Sumerville. They are still very capable of playing in Europe since they should still be at the peak of their careers. Martinelli leaving the club was predictable a long time, he was not given much chance during recent past season as we all know Arsenal is in search for best players even if it takes selling some key players doesn’t matter. Trossard leaving the club was more difficult for me to handle compared to Martinelli though both players are good and was later denied to play full time, still Trossard always score goal when necessary like it might seem all hope is lost then Trossard comes with the lucky win, this is my honest observation so in comparison Martinelli also need to leave for a better player to come in definitely the club is going to miss him.
Really? Drop Martinelli and sell Madueke got me, I didn’t expect because Madueke just got signed recently probably he’s not performing as expected still I doubt if he’ll fail when given the much time Martinelli spent with the club.

I think €60 million for Rodri is fair money. And besides, Barcelona isn't just buying in the transfer market, they're also selling. Looking at this summer's transfers, Ferran Torres went to PSG for around €50 million, Fati went to Monaco for €11 million, Inaki Pena went to Panathinaikos for €3 million, Joffrey Torres went to Ajax for €6 million, Jan Virgili went to Club Brugge for €4.5 million. So Barcelona isn't just buying, they're selling as well.

Barcelona is one club that has always been trophy minded over doing business and not doing well in major competitions. I disagree with the fact that you insist Barcelona bought Rodri due to pressure, you mean fan pressure or media pressure?

You are getting a World Cup winner and a Ballon d'Or winner as your DMF, and competing for the Champions League, that is exactly the reason Rodri was bought from Manchester City to Barcelona. They not only want to win La Liga but also the Champions League.

The major observable problem at Manchester United is their mentality, and that has being an issue even with the previous managers. It's not about having the best players but having players with the right mentality, we saw the energy and the impact that Cunha and Mbeumo brought to the team last season, those are the kind of players that brings change to the team.

In my opinion, Manchester United have fixed their midfield problem, now they would need to focus on their defence line and sign players that could create impact on and off the ball. That was the problem in their last game, two goals from a set-piece was so unprofessional and should be addressed in trainings before the season starts properly.
