This should be a dream move for the Brazilian. I know how much Brazilians who play in top clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid thrive and I'm sure it will be the same for Gabriel Jesus.
Time waits for no one and with the transfer window closing in the next two days, I can say this is a successful transfer window for Barcelona. Yet to see a replacement for Araujo but the current incoming are worthy and capable players. Since they can not get Julian Alvarez, this is off course another good move. I think the move is perfect and for those who harbour doubts about him mainly concerning his injuries should know that the Spanish league is not as intense as the Premier league competition.

Seeing this news on Fabrizio Romano’s page earlier this morning was quite a shorking or surprising moment to me. I was thinking Barca would still stick to the Alvarez idea or leave it only for me to see Gabriel Jesus deal announced. I heard he will be traveling to Spain tomorrow for medical which further shows how ready he is to get straight to the pitch of Barcelona after this deal. I’m also a bit surprised to see arsenal letting him go so easily at a price which is much lower than what same Barcelona was bargaining for Alvarez. I am sure the guy will be so happy to move to Spain and start his career with Barcelona too, I only hope he will be able to showcase himself beyond he did when he was at Arsenal.

He is the replacement for Ferran Tores that got a move to PSG. It is a good deal BTW. Gabriel Jesus is far better than Ferran. If Jesus stays fit he will have a better season at Barcelona.

For all parties involved I think really a good deal, the player will get more minutes at Barcelona, with them not currently having a proper striker, and for Barcelona it a good one, especially for that amount, now they just need to keep him fit, for arsenal also it a good one, to get 10 mil for Jesus, it a good deal.

I know it not Barcelona want, especially the fans, but at least now they won’t go into tha season without a proper striker. He his good on the ball, he can run into space and he his a good goal scorer too, so I believe with the way Barcelona create chances easily, he will make a good impact at the club.

Now let see if Barcelona will try to bring in another player before the transfer window closes.

For his experience and talent the price is very cheap but since he's injury proned, i think he's a temporary solution to Barcelona attacking department, they'll have to offload him later in future when they find a better option that can be fit for many matches in a season, Gabriel won't guarantee Barcelona that but lets see if things would change with time.

Sad? I won't be sad if i were an Arsenal fan if someone like Raya or Saliba is leaving then it's worth being sad not an injury proned Gabriel Jesus that can't function when he's needed cause of constant injury.

Martinelli and Jesus were both no longer starters and haven’t contributed much in recent seasons (especially last season). Accordingly they probably won’t need replacements for their bench players at all and if they do they might sign just one and possibly replace the other with a youth player from the second team.

I’m not sure what Barcelona hopes to achieve with Gabriel Jesus. Sure, he’s a bargain but you can’t really compare him to Alvarez. I don’t think he’s a player who’ll be much of help but I’m happy to be proven wrong.

I would say that is the right price for him, it would have been lower If not for the fact that he is an English player, they tend to have there prices bloated, I said this because he is practically a bench player he doesn't even play in the Carabao Cup, plus the fact that he is a third choice striker after Havertz and Gyokeres and he is sold for 10mil, anything bigger than that, I would have been pissed.

Sooner, we'll know if he'll enjoy the rest of his career playing mostly on the pitch or out of the team due to injury. Based on the amount spent on him, it might not seem like a big risk for Barcelona until Rafinha and Gabriel are injured and they're left with just Adeyemi as the only striker in the senior team. Instead of signing a player that mostly get injured they would've loaned one for a temporary solution.

He used to be a very good player under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City before Arsenal signed him but he could maintain the position of a top striker for long due to how often he gets injured and since then Arsenal has found it difficult to get a suitable natural striker not until Viktor Gyökeres was signed if not for injury Gabriel would've been Arsenal's main striker till date.

Barcelona have been looking for a striker throughout the summer transfer window and we have seen them keen on Julian Alvarez. However another thing to note is that after Barcelona failed to sign Alvarez from Atletico Madrid, the La Liga club gave Rafinha a few matches in their team's striker position and you take note the player was able to score several goals.

At the moment, it seems to me if Barcelona can sign Brazilian Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal, it would be a stunning signing as they would be able to replace Robert Lewandowski. Barcelona have already secured the player for €10m plus add-ons and on the other hand, Arsenal's Gabriel Martinelli is set to join the Saudi Pro League, as a result the PL club may be weakened in the absence of these players but it must be admitted Barcelona will be stronger this season by adding this talented player.

The Spanish league is not as competitive as premier league I know, but seems like you forgot the UCL. Gabriel Jesus is too injury prone, and I don't think Barca needs such a player especially in UCL. I think it's a permanent deal, with the add-ons probably pushing it a bit higher, but still low for a player of his level. Arsenal were clearly desperate to get his wages off the books, so the fee almost doesn't matter here. The real question is what salary Barcelona agreed with him - if he took a pay cut, then it's a decent piece of business. Comparing it to Rashford makes sense, though Rashford was more of a loan with an option, wasn't he? Jesus is 28, not old, but his injury record worries me more than the transfer fee. If Flick manages his minutes properly, he could be a useful rotation option, but counting on him as Lewandowski's backup feels risky.

The player is not a bad choice entirely and I think his signing will not be a big loss to Barcelona even if he doesn’t perform as expected. I remember his days at Manchester City when he was very clinical and was a top striker. In his days at Arsenal, he didn’t do much as Arsenal pattern of game under Arteta doesn’t really matter a striker is in the pitch.

The news came as a shock but he can still make the best out of his time there because Barcelona is a big team and he’ll be able to do more there. I wish him the best in his new journey, not a bad one and hopefully he gets to perform to his best. We shall get to see more of him when he finally plays in the La Liga this season.

From the the first time the news of their interest in Julian Alvarez made it to the internet, Atletico Madrid have clearly stated that it's either Barcelona meet their demands or go for other alternatives so I'm not surprised that Barcelona at the end surrendered their chase of the Argentine and went for Gabriel Jesus.

Gabriel Jesus's style of football will definitely match with Barcelona's pattern so I think it's a very good signing for them. Can Gabriel Jesus help them win the UCL this season? I doubt.

He is the second choice, or maybe a third choice if Barcelona go for another striker. If Barcelona sees the Gabriel of Manchester City or maybe the Gabriel of the 2022/2023 season, Barcelona will be proud to have him in the club. He is a player with a high IQ. I think the injury he got shattered his career. If not, he is worth more than 10 million. If Delap would cost around 50 million and Marmoush, a Manchester City reject, is worth 85 million, Gabriel should be worth at least 65 million.

I dont know how good this option is. Gabriel Jesus was good a few years before now i think he is just wasted and gets injured a lot. I think I agree with this Arsenal fan, because the player doesn't feel ok coming to Arsenal since he's all about playing for Barcelona, the chemistry in playing for the Gunners won't be as high as when he'd play for Barcelona so why not do some business with him, getting him that amount as the fan stated then sell him off after the first season and make some gain like the way Chelsea does their business? It's a total waste of time for me. The player want to come to Arsenal, while stress yourself. The chase has been for too long, and it's attracting too much attention already. They don't force a player to go where he doesn't want to be. The pressure is too much and it's no longer funny. It's not as if Arsenal doesn't have any striker at all. Though I know he is trying to get more additional force, but for a stroker who completely says he is not going, pls they should let him be and focus on others..

Personally I think Julian Alvarez is taking a very bad approach in this all situation because at the end I feel he will be the biggest loser if he insists on joining Barcelona directly because first of all the only way right now is Barcelona paying his £500 million release clause to actually get his contract terminated from Atletico Madrid because a direct deal will definitely not happen had Atletico have made it clear and we all know that even with a washed transfer market currently no club will trigger that amount to sign him.

He has four years left on his contract can he continue to act depressed for the entire four years? I don’t think so, he should have acted more maturely to me other than forcing a move for a club that spent £100 million in signing you. I don’t see him going to Barcelona directly from Atletico except an intervention comes to beg this Atletico board because to me they are looking at this with pride. I don't know why Barcelona just switched their intention towards him like what they are going to do with him. Julian Alveraz was the best choice but unfortunately they couldn't get succeeded in his signing but now they pick Gabriel Jesus rather than others. I was quite optimistic that Barcelona will definitely be signed someone special but still they brought an average players.

However, it still okay to used him as ST role. I know Barcelona have already an intense financial crisis and maybe that's why they chose cheap player. Anyway let's see what happens next. Does he will keep the ST job in good way or not.
