I saw Manchester City is interested in Gakpo and Liverpool are willing to sell only after they have found a replacement just as you stated, Liverpool have already reached personal agreement with Barcola, just to finalise it with the club is next stage and I believe they are on it already, that deal will happen soonest and the replacement will have been met so Gakpo's deal to Manchester City will take place. I have seen enough how smart Chelsea in selling their players, but this is beyond my imagination if they can also sell Tosin to the Spurs during the deadline day of summer transfer. After Nottingham Forest took Delap, Aston Villa took Jackson, and now Spurs is gonna take Tosin from Chelsea. What is this team?

They deserve an award to be the most smartest club in selling their players.

My focus is actually on Spurs rather than Chelsea, because it's disappointing that with the amount of players they have signed this summer at outrageous amount, they have lost two of their opening games in the Premier league without scoring a single goal.

Now, they are in talk for Tosin who might be of no importance to their team considering his performance at Chelsea. It would be a huge loss to the club that they make no significant progress this season after all these signings.

Roberto Di Zerbi came to Tottenham Hotspur last season when they were at the brink of getting relegated but was able to help them avoid relegation and with that came a lot of expectations from football fans. I was honestly expecting Tottenham to be a major title contender this season or at least, a strong candidate to finish the season in the top four. If signing Tosin will help them achieve that, then I'll be happy to see that happen.

The most disappointing thing is that Tottenham failed to score in two matches while conceding five. De Zerbi, who turned the team around last year, had started this season with high hopes. However, they couldn't avoid defeat in both of their matches and haven't scored a goal in the league yet. They need to change this situation as soon as possible. They've made some good transfers, but I think they need to go through a period of adjustment.

They are in their season of struggle and sadly, this taking longer than necessary and if care is not taking, they might end up managing to excape relegation and struggle to find any place at the top of the premier league. Last season they struggle to excape relegation and managed to end the season sited on the 17th position of the table. after just two games, they have gone back to the relegation point and that is definitely not the best way to start. signing the left over from Chelsea wont do anything different because they need a good standard attack far more than getting tosin as part of her defense.

Well, there's no official announcement from both teams yet on this deal completion but it's very close to be sealed based on multiple reports. That's what Italian Panic exactly said, not that it's officially confirmed but he said "practically a done deal". Moreover, Fabrizio is not the only reliable football journalist and he does not have to confirm it before we know it's a done deal or not. Fabrizio is a reliable source too but he sometimes delay updates. David Ornstein is far more ahead when it comes to live updates on transfer deals. Chelsea does not seem like they want to let Enzo leave now but the player is so interested in the move.

They were never OK with the amount if they were this Alvarez would be a Barcelona player today in fact they actually weren’t even going to sell for even £150 million to not just Barcelona alone but to Real Madrid but they got angry with the Barcelona approach more, I think they were actually asking for the £500 million because it was the release clause and if any club had brought that amount they would have no chance of rejecting it because of the law if not they can still reject it,

For me it’s a thing of pride actually, they don’t want to sell to Barcelona but any other club mostly outside their league bringing that amount will make them sell him easily. We will be experiencing another version of Liverpool's last season performance from this Tottenham team, Liverpool after signing everything after signing every best players they could get last season they still struggle to qualify for the UEFA Champions League this season, I'm seeing such case with this Tottenham team, if we are talking about teams that has spent lots of money in this season transfer market, I think Tottenham should be leading that list, but yet they've shown no sign of improvement, they should better wake up from their slumber.

Seriously Chelsea are grand masters when it comes to selling players in the transfer window. How they got City to pay such huge sum of money for a player who was off and on in the team last season. One thing is clear though, Enzo was eager for the move, he deserves playing time. Enzo is a super star but I don't think he is worth that amount. But city has the already sold some their players as well, so inguess the money to spend wasn't that much of an issue..

Total: 416 million  They fell just short of Liverpool's record of 483 million last year, but they're close! But, by the way, if remember that City bought Semenyo and someone else in the winter, that’s another +100 million to the total expenses.
Guardiola is gone, but his legacy lives on! 
Unfortunately, it is naive to assume that such spending (in addition to an already good team) will not bring any results. City are currently priced at 4.50 to win the Premier League title, which I think has become a clear mistake.

Galatasaray have made a great signing by bringing in Rafa Leao for this fee; given his performances over the last few years and his statistics, I believe this is the fairest valuation for this player.
I should point out that I’ve never been a fan of his as a footballer, but I have to admit that he did very well for Milan whilst the club considered him indispensable; moreover, his form has dropped significantly since Theo Hernandez left – the two of them were a dynamic duo at Milan.

I just have a question: if this is such a great deal, how come he ended up in Turkey, at the very end of the transfer window? In England any random team spend 45 millions for a decent player, if Rafa Leao was so good how is it possible that nobody felt like he was worth that money? I think Milan have been lucky to sell him for 45 millions because they tried to get rid of him for years, and in the meantime his performances kept getting worse and worse. Let's not forget he is 27 years old, he is not young at all.

I'd say 27 isn't exactly an old player! He still has the potential to perform at his best over the next five or six years. I don't really like him as a player, but he's not a bad player, considering that Milan wanted to earn over 100 million with him. The truth is, he's not worth that money, maybe not even 45 million. He ended up in a league where they try to relaunch strong players, but it's not a great league.

I didn't say he is old, I said he is not young, which is different. At 27 years old you are supposed to be at the top of the career, both physically and mentally, can we say that about Leao? I don't think so otherwise he would be playing for PSG, Barcelona or City instead of ending up in Turkey.
The fact that Milan wanted 100 millions for him doesn't mean anything if there are no offers. Do you remember Andrea Belotti from Torino? Cairo, the president, wanted 100 millions for him. I think he left for free a few years later...

It's good and bad at the same time. Selling another snake to the rival with huge profit must be taken positive. However, 5m additions with very long delay. They should have got more than what they agreed because they sealed the deal at the deadline window.

There is also serious concern about they have not yet got his replacement.

I just saw this on Fabrizio page and I was surprised, not for the fact that he left Chelsea but the amount invested in that guy is crazy. Chelsea bought him for very expensive price immediately after the world cup and when he went to the club, he went into shadow, the first season was all hype, nothing spectacular about the amount he was bought and through the seasons the team was bad, he was just there and this world cup, he peak again which made Manchester City move for him and he was bought very expensive again, he is very lucky I must say.

I want you to look at another thing, Maresca left Chelsea to coach Manchester City, Enzo left Chelsea to play for Manchester City, this extraction of resources from Chelsea to Manchester City this season is unexplainable but I hope it turn out for the best, otherwise I think Chelsea benefited from letting them go.

Enzo Fernandez is an extraordinary players and definitely his addition to team will really make the team strength even more stronger. Manchester City already lose many great players from the past two seasons and even this season they lose one of his great midfielders Rodri. But I hope now Enzo will fill this lacking gap between the midfield.....

Bad for Chelsea because they lose one for key player but still it's okay like they made some good money form his sell. So this money could be used to brought new players. Xabi Alonso is already on track for new signing and probably this money will help them to sign new players. Anyway let's see what happens next.

The transfer fee is truly impressive, especially considering how much criticism Enzo faced during his time at Chelsea. However, I wouldn't say he showed absolutely nothing in London — Enzo made 170 appearances for the team across all competitions, scoring 31 goals and providing 30 assists. Those are quite solid numbers. I think Maresca, having managed Chelsea, knew what Enzo Fernandez was capable of and that is why he decided to bring him to Manchester City to unlock his full potential here.

But they never wanted to let him go that they had to close the deal immediately like a deadline but look at what we are seeing, this Enzo move is too annoying and if he doesn't perform well I think Chelsea fans will celebrate his down fall because against Fulham they were all booing him like he betrayed them. The transfer window is all about Manchester City, Tottenham, Chelsea and let's say Liverpool, they are the one who are making everything possible in the transfer market but the question we'd ask will come by when these guys or the team as a whole don't live up to expectations, especially Chelsea and as for the other clubs they are some how sick.  City will just be acting as a dominant team but I believe they are never winning anything big this season.
