Chelsea were really in business in this transfer window, they made alot of profit. What suprises me is how Chelsea sold players that underperformed last season at a very good price. Chelsea is currently not playing UCL this season, so their aim will be to qualify for next season, then use this funds to buy the best players they need.

Enzo Fernandez to Man City is one of the biggest signing in the EPL this season, but I think the price is too high. I know Enzo is a world class player, but €125m is much. Although I just hope he doesn't flop at any time, because he will be very useful in UCL.

Their only failing this transfer window was their inability to replace Enzo Fernandez that went to Manchester City, which wasn't their doing either, it was just a disappointment they got from Monaco, for calling off Camara deal at the dieing minutes, aside that, they did extra ordinary well in this transfer market that ended yesterday.

Total: 416 million  They fell just short of Liverpool's record of 483 million last year, but they're close! But, by the way, if remember that City bought Semenyo and someone else in the winter, that’s another +100 million to the total expenses.

Unfortunately, it is naive to assume that such spending (in addition to an already good team) will not bring any results. City are currently priced at 4.50 to win the Premier League title, which I think has become a clear mistake.

By the way, against the backdrop of Hernandez's transfer, I missed another one that City pulled off yesterday - Ndiaye was bought for 75 million.
It turns out that City actually broke Liverpool's record and spent 490+ million over the summer, 220 just yesterday lol  
And yes, the current price level is pure madness - 100 million is literally nothing now. But even with these changes (and the fact that City have made a lot of sales) I can't help but point out that City have lost all shame, and under threat of punishment for past financial misdeeds they continue to dominate financially. Apparently they already know that there will be no punishment.

The most surprising thing is how they were able to sell off these unwanted players with lot of profit. Clubs knew these players were not wanted by Chelsea but they still kept on buying for a good fee, I just really wonder how Chelsea does it. It really bad for them to see that they don’t get a replacement for Enzo Fernandez this transfer window, but they will work with what they have available and maybe by January they will get a replacement.

Now every club have now prepare to go into the next 3 months with what that have available, some clubs makes the most of the transfer window and some didn’t. Clubs like Tottenham, Chelsea, Manchester city really makes good of the transfer window, now let see if it will reflect in their games for the next 3-6 months.

I think what you're wrong. Sanchez is so average as a goalie, and Chelsea managed to replace him after three years. It takes three years, which is proving how management had patience for him. However, it's changing after Xabi saw how terrible and inconsistent he was against Fulham and it became the watershed moment for him.

The up and down on his performance won't make Chelsea to be better. So a transformation has to be done by replacing him with a better goalie, then you got Dibu who got excellent rating on his debut against Brighton. Chelsea would be losing full pts it if it was Sanchez, not Dibu.

I understood Xabi's decision to kicked him out after a single PL game sound very brutal, but this is the only way to transform the club. Regardless, wish him luck in Como.

If you look again, Chelsea have had difficulty selling Enzo Fernandez throughout the transfer market this season. Given that the set price should not be less than 75 million euros, then Chelsea continue to look for a club that really intends to take him away. At the close of the transfer window Man City came in with an incredible offer of around 125 million euros proffered and without much drama Enzo Fernandez rolled straight to the Ettihad.
Chelsea profit from the sale of players this season is about 500 million euros, I am sure that Chelsea is the only team in Europe that takes first place in terms of profit.

Unlike Chelsea, I think Arsenal has not done the best business in this transfer window; we have failed to improve on the area where we need improvement, which is our attack, and we even sold off two of our attacking options bringing in only one player as replacement.

It is disappointing to see our attack still being led by Havertz, who can be very disappointing in some key moments. We lost on the deal for Rogers, Vinicius and even Malick Fofana, we are now stuck with Eze as backup for a position he is not very effective from.

I can't even back Gyokores anymore. At this point, if he does not improve this season from having those very bad touches, he should be sold in the next transfer window for another player to take his place.

Chelsea has really cashed out good profit in this transfer window. With this money alone, they can get two or more younger midfielders that can do the job. They're not playing any European competition this season so they have less to worry about.

But meh EPL teams love throwing big money around in transfer market.

145 million euros for that player, I can say that it is a very large transfer amount.. but considering that this is one of the richest clubs in the Premier League, I am not surprised.

However, Chelsea's marketing should be awarded because they managed to offer Enzo to Man City at such a high price and even make it the most expensive transfer in the Premier League at the moment.. we all just hope that the investment will be sweet for Man City, because if not, it will be a very painful investment for City.

Which player do you think your club should opt for if you are not satisfied with the current business the club has done?

Currently I don't see any need of these players because one major reasons why they are free agents today is because of their performance, they were unable to pull a top display performance for their club. Moreover it's not deep because most of them were accused and ban for drug doping, players like Paul Pogba and today he's without a club. AS Monaco terminated his contract because he was not fit whereas they brought him from Juventus as a free agent because the club believe in him but he was unable to maintain balance fitness and couldn't even stir back his way up and today he's without a club.

Paul Pogba would have been my choice if only he can stay fit and consistent with his stellar performance.

It is probably one of the Premier League teams with the greatest need for redundancies, given the significant quantity of players, among other things not used by the manager.

I think that once the coach has a clear idea of the key players for the team, everyone else will look for work elsewhere.

Even Chelsea's current defence is still shaky. Last season was also bad, and I see why goalkeepers shouldn't take all the blame for poor performances. I believe Xabi Alonso was ready to give Robert Sanchez the chance to fight for the first-team shirt. However, Chelsea's game against Fulham, where he made some mistakes, might have been the reason for his sudden departure. Secondly, the presence of Emiliano Martínez and youngster Mike Penders has put more pressure on Sanchez.

Chelsea, from the days of Roman Abramovich, has been an impatient club. They can sack any player or coach for slight mistakes. Como is not a bad side to move to since the arrival of Cesc Fabregas. They are playing in the UCL, and Sanchez could work hard and establish himself in the Italian side.

I definitely agree with you that Arsenal actually did have a very poor transfer window. Seriously with the success that they had last season they should be adding top players most especially in that attack because it was their weakest department. Their best go to player in terms of goals has bene Bukayo Saka who since his surgery hasn’t actually played like he used and for the fact that Arsenal even sold off some attacking players one would think that they were going to do a massive over haul but they ended up adding just one attacker.

Right now they have only Tzolis and Eze at the left wing, Eze doesn’t look comfortable on that left wing and against Aston Villa Tzolis doesn’t look like a player that someone can count on to deliver. Right now on that attack Arsenal look thing and I am afraid it will affect them and that will be when Saka gets injured.

I think if we go by this your ideology then most of the 100 million players today wouldn’t be moving, I am not actually justifying the fact that there have been way too much inflation in today’s market most players are not worth their cost today but we cannot simply place a players price base on the team performance, sometimes a team overall performs poorly and at the end of the day a player standouts.

We have seen players who have gotten their team relegated actually move for very high price or players whose teams have been mid table teams also moving for such prices too. So this is not a good ideology to actually counter Enzo Fernandez big money move

The certainty of the main goalkeeper is now becoming clearer where Emi is confirmed to be the main goalkeeper for Chelsea this season after Sanchez will be loaned to Como.
Sanchez's performance is uncertain sometimes he can play well but in some other moments he seems to need to be taught how to catch the ball and now there is a 1-season loan deal from Como so he will go to Serie A which is from a condition slightly below the EPL in terms of intensity.

It will be a little bit beneficial for all parties because in addition to Chelsea, Sanchez and Como also benefit where at least for now Sanchez can still play in the Champions League and Como does need a little more players so that this can be a new start for Sanchez.

Monaco informed them that Camara won’t be sold for that amount they offered but after the move of balogun failed to Everton, they need to sell a player and they called Chelsea to inform them about the Availability of Camara. Chelsea signed him for less then 50 million pounds.

Chelsea will Have a new midfield, and it another Africa player. Camara have always been their primary target to replace Enzo, it really a 10/10 for Chelsea in this transfer window.

Also Chelsea have made over half a billion euros on sales in just this transfer window. Wow.

I love the transfer deadline cause it's filled with lots of drama, the case of Chelsea was so unfortunate cause they unknowingly had to sacrifice their best midfielders for cash they didn't end up spending before the window ended. I felt pity for their transfer team. If only they had few more days left, I believe they would found a replacement for Enzo Fernandez.
 The rating you gave them is quite fair, cause they did good business asides the late transfer deals that didn't click but it's a big opportunity for them ahead of the next transfer, their manager would just have to manage options that are available before then, hopefully they won't get too affected by it.

There were high expectations on Tottenham, considering the quality they have brought to the team during this transfer window, and to see them get zero points from the first 2 games is really disappointing. Now they have signed Tosin from Chelsea on permanent basis and also Mudryk on loan with an option to buy, to be worth around £75 million.

Now how does chelsea keep selling their unwanted players with profit so easily. Tosin was signed for free from Fulham and now he his sold for around 7 million Quid with add ons. Chelsea have really done an amazing job in this window.

Now for them they need to get a replacement for Enzo Fernandez, with possibles names like Manu Kone and Lamine Camara. Both Enzo deals and his replacement should be done before the next 24hrs.

Tottenham made a sensational transfer because they absolutely did not want to risk finding themselves in last year's situation again in which they risked relegation. So he made a very large market, spending a lot of money. But for now the results have not yet arrived. It's true that the championship has just begun, but given these facts the game isn't worth the risk.
