He is doing that simply because the current situation of the club is not about building a team, they need to get out of the mess they have been in the past three or four years as a team and become important to to their fans first by trying to win titles, and doing that will need experience players to help the achieve that.

Chelsea is currently not playing UCL this season, so their aim will be to qualify for next season, then use this funds to buy the best players they need.

I would say that after all the money lost by Chelsea in past seasons it is right that they finally return to earning from their team's releases. I don't think you can yet say that the money that Manchester City has spent on bringing Enzo Fernandez to their team is worth it yet until he plays and performs at a level that justifies that amount because personally I feel that amount is overrated for a player like him and only what makes him valuable is the fact that he's a World Cup winner and was a very important member of the team that won the World Cup then Otherwise I feel there are other better midfield options in the market and the change from Rodri to Enzo Fernandez is a downgrade.

I think Delap felt the pressure more at Chelsea, which made his performances very bad, especially if we look at the performance. Because the goals were very few compared to the minutes played and the chances he was given. Now with the move to the new team he will certainly be used more and perhaps with less pressure he will be able to do better.

I don't really want to consider De Bruyne time as Chelsea equal to the likes of those we have sold recently and one major reason is the fact that he wasn't given much opportunity because of the quality of players we had around those positions then, now in this time these players are performing poorly but are often give more opportunities because they are the only ones available and we still can't see any clear developments or improvement relating to consistency which is needed to top the world.

In my view now every players that left my team and ends up among top players in the world, won't  make me feel regret because I'm tired already but hope they succeed.

Sure, 15 goals in a season is an incredible statistics for a midfielder but let not also forget that he spent over three years with Chelsea but had 31 goals to his name. I'm not underrating him actually but if goals scored was a big factor here, it worth noting that there was a season he didn't score a single goal and was among the squad that made Chelsea to finish midtable last season. If every team wanted him, Chelsea wouldn't have allowed him to go. There's no way we can justify the higher price Manchester City paid for him. They wanted him at all costs as per Maresca call and they went extreme lengths to get him.

The discrepancy between the past era is possibly the high competition rate in the first team squad wherein the best talent had to be relegated. Not playing at the time was only because of the influence of senior players, who had gained experience in the middle field. It was extremely short of space in which to develop young and exceptionally talented players.

The Turkish championship is certainly coming back to life and is trying to return to compete decisively among the top European championships. However, the fact remains that it is a lesser championship than others, because the teams overall are less strong teams than others. Galatasaray certainly with the last minute purchase of Rafael Leao has brought more quality that will be needed to manage the various matches that will come, hoping that Leao decides to show himself for the quality he has.

It been a very crazy last minute transfer from Chelsea, after selling Enzo Fernandez to Manchester city for a club record fee of 125 million, they needed a replacement but it seem they won’t be getting it this summer. Monaco informed them that Camara won’t be sold for that amount they offered but after the move of balogun failed to Everton, they need to sell a player and they called Chelsea to inform them about the Availability of Camara. Chelsea signed him for less then 50 million pounds.

Chelsea will Have a new midfield, and it another Africa player. Camara have always been their primary target to replace Enzo, it really a 10/10 for Chelsea in this transfer window.

Also Chelsea have made over half a billion euros on sales in just this transfer window. Wow.

This is a side that distinguishes Chelsea, which frankly i can't explain.
I don't understand how you can sell a quality player like Enzo Fernandez to your direct rival, just for the sake of profit. Because it's fine to have a profit from the sale of a player, but selling him to your direct rival, who you could face and lose because of the player you sold them, wouldn't be a good thing, especially for the fans.

Rafael Leao is indeed highly anticipated to make a significant contribution to Galatasaray. And it looks like he’ll be in the lineup for the next match. But even if Leao doesn’t make his debut against Başakşehir in Galatasaray’s next game then I’m confident he’ll be called upon to play when the team faces Sporting CP in the Champions League next season. Rafael Leao’s arrival is expected to bring a breath of fresh air to one of the biggest teams in the Turkish league. He may well become a sharp attacking threat ready to challenge the opposing teams they’ll face. Although Rafael Leao has been sidelined recently due to a muscle injury. But I personally believe this will give him enough time to prepare for peak performance through recovery and even rigorous training. I can only consider delap and "throwing away money" because that guy is so bad at football, I honestly don't know what Chelsea told notheham forest that made them buy him at that price man. I really hope he manages to get better and they don't regret their actions

Of course Enzo Fernandez is far better than Diomande, i don't even know what Real Madrid saw in that player or is it because he's just 19 years of age and has a promising career ahead? Even at the World Cup he didn't even contribute much for his country Ivory Coast and his performance in the first 3 matches of Real Madrid was very poor, he couldn't even make any impact.
For Liam Delap, it could be because they signed him from a top club that is why Nottingham Forest payed that amount. delap has already shown that he is a wasted signing because he has gotten a hamstring injury which will last for almost 8 weeks or more. Nottingham Forest could be regretting why they signed him because they were expecting to use him in the early matches of the season but now that he has been injured, he won't play till after 2 months.

If talking about the performance to be honest he was one of the flop at that time when he was at Chelsea but the reason is quite clear because the Chelsea scheme at that time still preferred to keep one defensive midfielder and rely more on speed than direct passes so the competition will be much more difficult when Chelsea always keep a defensive midfielder who already has a name so he does not get a place.
But it was still a Flop in the end.

After a few early seasons Todd is burning through the current money his time is harvesting from the ill-considered transfer results of recent seasons.

It is beautiful to see the club management back him during the transfer window, let us hope that he can pay them back with consistent good performance. For a club who is profit minded, they have invested too well in the transfer market and should pay off by qualifying them for the Champions League competition.

Inconsistent? That should be underperformed and overrated. But then, on a second thought, why was he out of the squad and Chelsea still conceded three goals against Brighton?! The strength of the defense should be checked properly. His move to Como United has got to pay off. A fresh new environment is indeed what he needs. Players who move to the Italian Seria A improves overnight. Hopefully, that'll be his case.

Enzo Fernandez move to Manchester City is definitely the biggest transfer this summer,  but I don't think we should be sating he is not worth the price Manchester City paid, because considering how inflated the market has been, then it's a good price for him. He is a player with a lot of quality and he will definitely improve the Manchester City midfield and the team in general,  so I think it's a good business for all parties involve.
