Tell me what kind of satisfaction Perez wants?
These rumors are far-fetched, it is unlikely that the narrative satisfies Perez or not. So don't take things too seriously that involve quick decisions. Look at the fact that Mourinho has so far managed to neutralize the egos of Mbappe and Vinicius. Then gave important roles to Bellingham and Arda Guler. What satisfaction does Perez want if he really has to give a new candidate?
They're good options that might handle Real Madrid properly cause they're promising, Arteta has turned out to be one of the best manager in modern football while Cesc Fabregas is gradually proving that he's capable of handling a big team in future if the opportunity arises, those are coaches that Real Madrid could consider in the future, not near future though. There's no smoke without a fire, since Mourinho is already the head coach of Madrid it could be that Real Madrid is secretely weighing their options for a high profiled modern coach that would lead them in future.

The players in Madrid might not be as easy to handle as the players in other teams. I don't think Arteta or Fabregas are suitable coaches for Madrid. We might see how Xabi is in that team. We can't talk about this now. But who knows, a few years is a long time. Hope by then players in the Madrid squad not only have good playing skills but also see solid team play.

I really understand that some teams only buy players for investment so that they could make good money from them, and in such situation the team shouldn't expect outstanding performance because they lack the experienced players that could make them win a league. As it is Chelsea is not really playing to as if they they want to lift the premier League trophy this very season, and it is clear they are more interested in business, and making money from the players they are purchasing. This same thing happened in Arsenal some seasons ago during the era of Arsen Winger as a team manager then, he was more interested in making more money for Arsenal rather than winning trophies which he did.
Yes, it's a fact that all teams have a clear business side to their operations; they need and want to make money, and that's completely valid and accepted. However, the place where I've seen this specific business model the most is Borussia Dortmund in Germany; it's much more evident there than anywhere else. Now, in modern football, I think many top clubs have shifted their perspective. They focus on bringing in the exact players they need to build a dominant squad, knowing that winning trophies ultimately generates far more revenue in the long run.

Mikel Arteta takes time to adapt to the team and take the team to a good position, you can't expect instant results from him. He felt like an opportunity at Arsenal for a long time, I can definitely say that if Real Madrid were in Arsenal's place, Arteta would have been fired after a season or two. But Arsenal have been patient and have trusted Arteta. Real Madrid is a team where results are the main thing, a manager is judged by results. If a manager goes without a title for a season or cannot do well, then they will not hesitate to fire him. Even the style of play in La Liga and the Premier League is completely different. Dealing with a tough opponent like Barcelona is not an easy task for any manager. Since this is a long-term plan, it is not possible to say anything yet.

Don't forget that there was a time when Arteta was at the very bottom of the Premier League with Arsenal, at the bottom of the table. I think that with a run of results like that, he would have been fired within a couple of months from Real, without even being given a full season to adapt and build the team. It is a situation of mutual gratitude between Arteta and Arsenal: Arteta should be grateful that the club placed its trust in him, and Arsenal should be grateful that he managed to turn them into Premier League champions. Real Madrid is a unique club in this regard, if their results were to deteriorate now and they failed to win a single trophy, I suppose Mourinho could well be fired.

https://x.com/theMadridZone/status/2098333670037758157We are just getting started but there are already bad rumours for Madrid. Mou's performance even though it is still quite good still does not seem to give satisfaction to Perez who makes the coaching turmoil still exist but this is still a rumor and cannot be confirmed for clarity and may not be confirmed before action because Madrid rarely divulge information about transfers before it can really be ascertained. But with this hopefully this does not interfere with his future performance and Mou still remains focused on his work because if this becomes annoying in a busy season then it could be a boomerang for Madrid and I as a fan do not expect the situation last season with Xabi to repeat in the current Mou era. I think this is just a rumour, although Arteta and Fabregas are to good managers with great potential, but I also think that Jose Mourinho has started well at Real Madrid, and has been able to steady the ship for now. I don't think Perez will want to do anything right now to spoil their chances of winning trophy this season by sacking Jose Mourinho right now. He might not have played the beautiful football the fans wants, but he is still getting results aside from the Betis match that he lost. I strongly believe that this is just a rumour and I don't see them sacking Jose Mourinho at least not for the first half of the season.

Arteta also used Arsenal to improve on himself, i believe if he leaves Arsenal and go to another club, he won’t have to spend the much time he did at arsenal to get his first league title. Arsenal really gave him that much time to improve himself and it really something he should be grateful for. If he maybe finds an opportunity to go to Arsenal I believe he will do well, he has established himself and I won’t be surprised if I see a bigger team try to get him. Maybe he will struggle with the level of players at Real Madrid, because when he first came to Arsenal he was having the same issues, A lot of big players had to leave the club, the likes of Aubermeyang, Lacazette and others too. Well it just speculation for now, no talks yet about it.

That's true dude, although it took him long to assemble players that would give him very competitive team but he won't have such difficulty at Real Madrid if he take over in future cause he already has the quality, the first thing he might do is to influence some Arsenal place that are still reliable to move with him to Madrid, the defense position especially players like Saliba or Gabriel. Once Arteta settles the defense the next thing he'll do is to sell players he can't work with and keep the ones that won't make his job difficult, if the resource is there to spend on an organised team i think Arteta could handle Real Madrid properly and give them a trophy atleast in his first season.

Sometimes desperation and impatience can make a club make rash decisions that could cost them. I'm not saying Arteta and Fabregas aren't good coaches in their rights but Mourinho suits the club.

Maybe Perez is the problem of the club. Mourinho hasn’t done bad so far, so I don’t see where this is coming from. If they are telling me that they are scouting those coaches for the future, when Mourinho contract is over, then it will make more sense to me. But if it’s about sacking Mourinho and bring any of these coaches, I don’t think it will be possible this season. Arsenal won’t let Arteta leave halfway the season, and Fabregas rejected many offers to remain at Como. And I don’t think he will want to manage Madrid, after everything that happened with Xabi Alonso and Arbeloa. Madrid need more experienced hand, and they have Mourinho so they should stick with him.

I'm sure Mourinho could have lost all 5 matches and yet he wouldn't be sacked. This discussion is totally nonsense.

I don't know which of the Michael Arteta you are talking about. Ever since he arrived in Arsenal, not for one day has he slack down, he pushed Pep to the wall that if not for the players that he had that were in better position than him, he would have won the Premier League times like the way Guardiola did. He quickly adapt, he is patience and doesn't give, up that's one good thing he has learned from Arsenal as a player and that is what he is doing now as a manager. Real Madrid is a team where results are the main thing, a manager is judged by results. If a manager goes without a title for a season or cannot do well, then they will not hesitate to fire him. Real Madrid just got used to winning, they used to be regular team that win a season or two and lose the next 2. It's not all the time things can continue to be in their favour, it's possible. Even now, there is high expectations from the team but the boys lifestyle is not matching any expectations. Don't be surprised if Barcelona wins the Laliga, it will make it 3 times and will be very easy for them.

Hahaha that's a rumor that tries to attract sensation, especially involving Madrid it will always be annoying not to be responded to. Let alone 5 losses, 1 or 2 losses, people are quick to make conclusions about replacing the coach. Now it seems like people want to be always instant and don't want to see progress.

Barcelona defense is strong enough and I don't think they need to buy a CB to the defense, only if they want to keep him on standby in case of injury or for players rotation because Barcelona hasn't conceded more than two goals this season in all competitions. That shows that the defense is perfect.
Barcelona's defense has been the reason they've been kicked out of the Champions League all these years. The midfielders and the attackers they have are incredible but they definitely lack a good central back next to Cubarsí. They only have Christensen and Eric García, and they are both mediocre players. And if Cubarsí gets injured... Good luck. So I really have no idea how you can say that they have a perfect defense after what we've seen during the past years. To test or prove Barcelona defence is still vulnerable is when they face a team with a pressing game. In UCL there is PSG who can put pressure on the opponent intensely and incidentally Barcelona will fight it, so we can see that Barcelona not only need a solid defender but an experienced defender. Now they rely mostly on young players who are usually prone to emotions when their opponents exert aggressive pressure. The defence is vulnerable the strong hold they have in the middle and the attack. Based on their philosophy, they have always maintained a stable midfield and attack for as long as I can remember. I feel the teams like Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid in the league are afraid of playing. I'm not expecting these two teams to beat Barcelona in the battle of the middle because Barcelona will outplay them, these two teams has the quality of players that can stand and play Barcelona, you wonder why they get beaten even when they have the players. Barcelona will find it hard against a team that is not afraid of playing against them. Once they are faced with this kind of team, the team will press them as you have stated, that's how they have been finding it difficult to navigate through the champions league.

In as much we know this is bullist rumors, I can't imagine Real Madrid going to sign Arteta or Fabregas this will never happen, Fabregas in the first place is a Barcelona ex player, Perez and the fans won't want him. To head a club like Real Madrid. Arteta has not been tasted, he has to do well in Arsenal by wining champions league and league title. However, in Real Madrid no coach or player are more important than the club, If Mourinho loses five games in a roll he will be sack that's Real Madrid tradition, they don't endure failure, or wait to build team, they have all the players to make the team great. No excuse in Real Madrid. For the moment no news for Mourinho sacking, he's doing well and I believe he will win title this season.

I really don't understand. Even though Madrid aren't lifting trophies like they used to under Carlo Ancelloti, at least they are winning their games so I don't really get what Perez really wants. Sometimes desperation and impatience can make a club make rash decisions that could cost them. I'm not saying Arteta and Fabregas aren't good coaches in their rights but Mourinho suits the club.
Guys, you keep discussing about totally made up rumors. The season has literally just began, there is no way Real Madrid are going to sack Mourinho after he won 4 matches out of 5, it doesn't make any sense. I'm sure Mourinho could have lost all 5 matches and yet he wouldn't be sacked. This discussion is totally nonsense. I don’t know why but some fans seem more worried about the team future than the club itself . Mourinho is already here and literally you can clearly see his quality but people are still talking about Fabregas or Mikel Arteta like they will good or blah blah blah but come on guys.....Mourinho is above from all like both in wether it's in experience or it's in progress. His lonely experience is enough to shut down that argument........ I already express here that this is nothing except rumors. Some people just draged the shit to make some hot arguments between the fans. So let it down and move on the current coach. His current profile is making much more sense than expectations.

https://x.com/theMadridZone/status/2098333670037758157We are just getting started but there are already bad rumours for Madrid. I don't really know what the fuzz is about, I mean mourinho have not been that bad with Real Madrid this season so I don't see any reason to have doubt in him, although I can fully confirm what the article is all about but one things for certain, this Real Madrid squad needs someone who can break ego that is filled up in that team. Real Madrid is different from other clubs for one reason I like and that's the fact that they don't get too emotional or attached so the times comes they always deliver a professional result and updates on the future on the team but letting or making new moves for mourinho replacement is not supported at all.

In the last few seasons they lost the mature figure of Inigo Martinez for selling too fast but actually for now they can minimize this with the young players they have, especially with the performance of Christensen and Gerard Gartin as a coating that is enough to make them comfortable because for Pau Cubarsi of course he will be a good core line up at this time. So for a centre-back I don't think it has any meaningful problems now but if they want to try to take a safe way looking for one player as a cover for Cubarsi is also not a problem.
Their left-back position is even more for me because there for this season Balde is like being left out and if they sell him it will be very profitable for Barcelona. Currently Flick prefers Cancelo and Xavi Espart on the left and for the right side they stay with Kounde and Eric Garcia so Balde's position is now a little complicated if there is no playing time then he could continue to decline in terms of performance so looking for a central defender as a coating at the expense of Balde is not too much for now.
Barcelona has an excellent defensive phase, except for a central defender who may be a little more lacking, but for whom they still have very good replacements. The rest of the defense, i.e. the full-backs like Koundé or Cancelo, are players who make the difference and know how to move qualitatively in length and with excellent technical qualities. What do you mean by a little more lacking here? Cubarsi is a Wallflower for now in fact he became one of the youngest players to be nominated for the ballon d'or despite his slim win rate but with this confirmed that his current performances are being acknowledged. So I don't think what you say is less appropriate when talking about Barcelona defenders they are currently quite solid and some players are also very flexible like Kounde who can be used as a right back or CB as well as Eric Garcia so that currently Barcelona defenders are quite complex. It's just that for the left-backs they are a bit full because their 3 left-backs have had a very good performance for the last few seasons including Balde although he is still quite less compared to Cancelo and currently Flick who prefers Xavi Espart but Balde is also quite good it's just that the playing time is difficult because of the competition.

First, it is interesting to know that Como coach is Fabrepass. I remember how brilliant he used to be in the midfield those old days. He has really done well with Como and just as you said, he wouldn't like to leave Como to Real Madrid when he is yet not ready for the pressure. For Mikel Arteta, it is not about Arsenal allowing him to leave, I think he himself will not like to leave when he has not won the champions league with Arsenal. No matter how long it will take, I think he will be willing to stay and achieve that record. He had been close to achieving it so many times. As for Mou, he is experienced and not the type of coach you threaten with coaches scouting while on duty. He doesn't tolerate nonsense.

Do you know the reason behind Arsenal sudden peak in the English premier League and also competing with full dominance in the UEFEA Champions League? The Arsenal board was patient enough to stick with Mikel Arteta and they did trusted him to deliver for the club and he finally did after all these years of labour and hardwork as manager for the club. Today we're seeing Arsenal dominating and winning their games without any stress. This is what I say, look your manager first before you compare him to Mikel Arteta who learned basically everything under Pep Guardiola. Mikel Arteta is still developing and reaching angles of awesomeness.
