Will you guys like to see Amorim to stay or him to be replaced by Conte?

From the 5 matches at the start of this season, AC Milan hasn't lost a single time in Serie A.. I don't think such a record can be considered a bad start for Amorim.. we could even say his project at AC Milan is quite suitable, with the tactics he currently has still fitting with AC Milan's playstyle, which wants to play more dominantly and press high. So with that, Amorim should still get the chance to lead his project at AC Milan.

Even looking at Manchester United's situation right now, it makes more sense for Conte to replace Carrick.. although it is still just a rumor, it seems the Man United management is already getting tired of the team's drop in performance at the start of this season and has given Carrick a warning to improve their performance.

You might as well bring up Sir Bobby Charlton or someone from even further back Wink What you don't like (as do I) can equally be applied to any other club (especially at the top) since they are literally a crowd of millionaires with huge egos. And this, by the way, is a problem not just for sports, but for the modern world in general. There might be a few exceptions here and there, but that’s the general picture. The fact that every player at Real Madrid is under close scrutiny, plus journalists inventing scandals that don't even exist, are additional factors. All of this overshadows the presence of such unassuming, level-headed players as Güler and Bellingham.
Real Madrid is currently among or the main center of attention when you want to get the drama and engagement and for sure this is enough reason why the media are always looking for any slight issue or notice as headlines.

The team needs to find a way to get themselves together against all of these and if they can get back together, lift the trophies all of these will reduce a lot.

The start for Carrick is not what everyone expected. I mean, after such a beautiful performance last season, this expectation is what is making so many people angry with the way Manchester United is currently playing, but if anything, I think Carrick should be given some time to actually get things settled because I believe the expectation is actually what's doing this squad now and if Carrick gets it right, then they will actually go far.

What should Chelsea regret? we know Enzo's relationship with Chelsea began to tenuous so that even forced this could not end well, besides the transfer value that can also be very worth it so I feel sorry just because 1 player and it is considered a decline in Chelsea's performance now it is wrong.

Chelsea's current form is not very good because their transition is too fast. Changes in players, coaches and even club owners will make the situation difficult to control so the performance now is not only purely due to Enzo but there are many factors that make this happen.

Losing Enzo in midfield might change the style of play a bit but there is no need to regret when he leaves because with a strained relationship it can make performance a little difficult so selling at a high price is not a thing to regret for Chelsea at the moment.
I don't think Enzo Fernandez's behavior should surprise anyone because he did exactly the same thing with Benfica back in 2022/23, when he told the Portuguese club he didn't want to play anymore for them because he wanted to join Chelsea. And let's not forget Benfica had bought him only 6 months before. He has absolutely no attachment or respect for any club, I wouldn't be surprised if in a few years he'll break his relationship with City too because he'll want to join Real Madrid or Barcelona.
Regardless of what will happen in the future the focus here is that they (Chelsea and Enzo) have ended their cooperation and after that there should be no regrets whatsoever when looking at how Chelsea have developed or Enzo's performance.

I agree with you that even though the loyalty that Enzo always showed (When In Chelsea uniform) was quite good even when Mount went to Manchester United Enzo's reaction looked quite iconic but when looking at him now he seems to really repeat the same thing and this shows that what Enzo does is not loyalty but job demands as a form of professionalism.
Whatever it is, Chelsea and Enzo have different views and we should let them separate because Enzo got his desire to play at City and Chelsea benefited from the sale of Enzo.

Sooner than later, real Madrid will find out that they can not be relying on their past glory on on the individual performance that some of their key players have put out in the past. fans are yearning for something different and not just the old glory of having won 15 UCL in the past. as far as i am concerned, they don't need any more signing be it from the coaching wing or the players wing. they just need to make do of what they have and stop being a big team on the media all alone.

Well, initially I was totally against the Amorim because I was thinking that this guys will definitely failed here like in Manchester united he didn't even made any productive display although at Manchester united he was an excellent team but still he failed. So when it's come to AC Milan then definitely he will he too bad but I think after watching his results it's make sense. Even AC Milan didn't have any quality players as Manchester united have I mean entire squad depths......

So I think it's will good to give him more time and observe his performance like he make it more productive then probably it will be good stance for club to keep him for the rest. However still there is plenty of time to conclude his future.

I really have not heard the rumor of Conte taking over from Michael Carrick,  although I still think Michael Carrick should be giving more time to turn things around. I also think that the board should be blamed for Manchester United poor performance,  because they refuse to back Michael Carrick during the transfer window.  We need to be truthful to ourselves,  Manchester United have a lot of average players and you don expect them to compete with team that have better players, so that's why I think it's the fault of the board and not Michael Carrick's.

I don't think it has been confirmed yet, so it's just a rumor probably from the fans. But I think if something like this is coming out then maybe the management are considering looking for alternative if Carrick fails to improve the team after a given period. I wasn't sure if the board were the ones that didn't back him to sign more players in the transfer window but if they were the one then then they are definitely the ones to blame in all this. It's better to back the manager and wait for results and if there isn't any then they can boldly sack him. That's how it should be. Conte is a good option I think, he might make a difference but the team will definitely spend some money.

Enzo Fernandez leaving Chelsea is nit something anyone ought to see as our fault in this current time.
It makes no sense to stop a player who wants to leave. Enzo Fernandez was ready to leave at any expense, same for Cucurella, although i don't blame them, if a big club like Real Madrid is coming for you at your prime, almost every player would make the move.

Enzo Fernandez leaving Chelsea affected the team, if Fernandez was available in the match between Arsenal and Chelsea, the result of the game might be different, Chelsea also played that match without Caicedo, that game was supposed to end in a tie if these players were present.

The team are pretty much awae that they can rely on their past glory, in fact this is part of their pressure pushing to get back on track ,lift a trophy and become Galaticos again.

The journey hasn't been easy but when it finally clicked things will be a lot easier and better and I believe that. Currently the media will continue to be on them as they fight to get back on track and when they do, they will be more likely stronger.

Not a Chelsea fan but I'm not pained that Enzo Fernandez left Chelsea but that he left after policing other top players that left the club. We saw his reaction to Mason Mount and even his reaction to Noni Madueke's exit. I can't remember one who exactly but I know I watched a footage he was yelling on the face of a former Chelsea player after winning the ball, all these he was doing to get the mind of the fans. He started with wanting a move to Real Madrid before choosing Manchester City after Real Madrid rejected him. His absence from the Chelsea team is obviously affecting them, we can't deny that, don't know if they'll be able to replace him

If you're not a Chelsea fan then there's no resson to be pained that a player chose to leave the club, everyone has their choice to make and that he chose to fight for Chelsea's badge in the past doesn't mean he'll do that forever, Chelsea is not entitled to keeping him there forever so he can chose to go to any club that can afford his transfer fee.

It's very obvious that his absence in the club is affecting their performance but it's not also his fault that Chris couldn't find his replacement, they'll have to suffer for a while, try to readjust to the lose of an important player while scouting a suitable replacement so they'll sign him immediately the January window opens.

Even looking at Manchester United's situation right now, it makes more sense for Conte to replace Carrick.. although it is still just a rumor, it seems the Man United management is already getting tired of the team's drop in performance at the start of this season and has given Carrick a warning to improve their performance.

I think the pressure started mounting on Ruben Amorim when he drew twice in a row to juventus and Lazio and then went on to lose their first game of their Europa league campaign and this was what caused the uproar and although I think that the win against Lecce has actually buy back more playing time for Amorim and to be honest he has performed so far that bad to be under pressure already. He hasn’t lost a league game and his just two point away from the table toppers, so this should definitely buy him lots of time for now until the results goes bad for them.

As for Carrick while I do think he is definitely more than half to blame due to how he actually sets the team up and some of his decisions like starting players like Rashford and also playing certain players out of positions I think he still deserves to be given more time because Manchester United cannot simply just continue to sack every manager just to get immediate results they need to build and it’s with patience that someone can build

Pressure?! Are you now eating all the propaganda against Ruben Amorim. How can he be unbeaten in his first five games and at the same time remain pressured? Shit don't seem that way to me though. There's nothing going bad for Ruben Amorim trust me, if he can successfully win games until January, then he could see soke more players coming in for him. I believe that the management will most definitely see him backed up.

Manchester United will not qualify for the Champions League competition next season if Michael Carrick fails to make a quick shift and change. Talking about him alone is exhausting and I do not posses such energy having a back and forth convo about the coward Michael Carrick.

It's very obvious that his absence in the club is affecting their performance but it's not also his fault that Chris couldn't find his replacement, they'll have to suffer for a while, try to readjust to the lose of an important player while scouting a suitable replacement so they'll sign him immediately the January window opens.
So Chelsea fan can balm the management because if you sell one of your player then you should need to find has replacement and if you didn't the perfect replacement you can struggle until the next window start that's what's happened to Chelsea right now they sell Delap, Cucurella's and Enzo but they didn't find has replacement that's why Chelsea are now struggling and the season is long they don't have any good choices for that's positions the only solution right now is wait until the January transfer window open then Chelsea can sign any player for that's positions, they have good depth squad but currently they don't have any perfect solution.

If a player wants to leave they should always let him and Chelsea did a right thing because clearly the player didnt want to stay. Chelsea profited a lot and they should have got a right replacement and i think that was the only problem. A lot of players left Chelsea that were carrying the team and that was the problem. Chelsea did a bad transfer window and that had a big effect on Chelsea.

Yes, Chelsea may have been affected during this period, but Xabi must think they've built a squad capable of handling the intense pace of the Premier League since they weren't in European tournaments. If they were in the Champions League or another European tournament, perhaps they wouldn't have allowed the Enzo Fernandez transfer this year. I also think that a player who wants to leave shouldn't be forced to stay, if he wants to leave, let him go, otherwise he won't contribute to the team.

That's just how it should be, If a player wants to leave they shouldn't be forced to stay just like the Julian Alvarez saga. Although his preferred team couldn't meet up with the team's demands. As for Enzo Fernandez move to Manchester City, it really affected the balance of the team, it even got worse when Caicedo got injured, Henderson too. It wasn't expected else Enzo Fernandez wouldn't be allowed to go that late but they thought they'd be able to get Camara to replace him. I think this is the major issue Chelsea is having now and not necessarily the defensive issue everyone thought. There will be a bit of balance if Caicedo returns and Lavia fit again with James out on the flank and it will even get better if they get Enzo replacement by January.

Trying to force a player to stay if there is a strong determination to leave is wrong, because this could have negative effects on not just him but also other teammates when they see this happening. He is not going to be playing great or in a good mood if the team is trying to force a player to stay, so this effect could move to other teammates. The problem with the club is that they need to have proper plans in place as plans in case some players want to leave, and this is even more the case for players that are carrying the team. So the real failure lies there, not with letting go any player individually but not having proper plans in place because this can happen any year.

What do you mean that he thought they built a capable squad since they weren't in European tournaments? Do you want to say that this creates more stress and a squad could be less capable if they have to play in both? I am not so sure how much of an effect something like that has.

Having a problem, identifying a problem, and not solving it is a big issue that some people will have, but for Chelsea I'm very sure they will get replacements in January. Because they are shown to be able to do good business in the transfer window. They can continue to manage and hold on to January when the transfer window opens and they attack it aggressively with offers to the managers of some top players that they need

Chelsea have a midfield and a defensive problem they need to fix, while Arsenal has just an attacking problem, but they also need to fix it.

It is exactly because Chelsea has not completed all the necessary transfers that they need to make in every area of their game. That is why some people do not see them as contenders for the Premier League title this season, as you do not see them as a team that is ready enough to actually maintain their performance in the league this season and even do better; they actually need to sign some more players who can offer them something different.
