Carrick has not gotten it wrong in Manchester United yet and if the Manchester United management gives him support financially, he will do well. I really love Carrick football, if he has better players to execute his tactics, it will come out well for Manchester United. The club just have to be patient and supportive.
The club's board and the fans are growing out of patience because he should come out and explained what level of poor stats he's having this season. The club is not competitive and losing points as if there's still time to bounce back. Manchester United have everything at their disposal and we know competitive they can be when togetherness is in the team. They always played collective football but recently, they're struggling and unable to meet up the required standards in football. Michael Carrick football is no longer in good hands and we can see that following the unstable form of the club, not been able to diverse themselves upward and making uncompromise position in the EPL.

I don't think like you do. The reason is that the Italian League is very tough and, in my opinion, riskier in terms of injury for players. Therefore, David Alaba could get injured again here. Of course, I hope it doesn't happen again, but his injury-prone nature makes his situation questionable. Alaba is a good signing, but only if he doesn't get injured.
Injury prone has nothing to do with the league he's in. If he is injury prone, in any league he goes to, he would be injury prone. He was injury prone in La Liga. I'm not blaming the club, I'm simply explaining how the situation Real Madrid put itself in is no surprise considering the kind of players they actually have. I mainly blame Florentino Perez because during the last years it looks like he's been playing Football Manager in real life. I don't particularly like Real Madrid but I must admit they are the best club in the world, but their jersey weights way more than other clubs', so many players feel too much pressure, they need teammates with experience and leadership.
Rodri would have been an incredible signing for them, it would have been perfect, but I understand why he preferred Barcelona over Real Madrid.
This is so true. Madrid, for the past few years, has behaved like they've lost the plot. They don't buy players that fit into their system, and they don't buy players that they need. I kept saying this since they had a midfield of Bellingham, Valverde, Camavinga, and Tchouaméni. These players are not bad players, but they don't complement each other. They are all players who work hard and win the ball. They don't have players who keep the ball, control the tempo and create chances. They lost Modric and Kroos and didn't find a capable replacement. Then look at their attack. They are simply buying players because they are big. Vinicius, Mbappe, and Rodrygo are all left wingers that are forced to play in other positions to accommodate others. Then this season, they signed Diomande, who is also a left winger and is forced to play the right wing. Very horrible business. Rodri was supposed to be the first player they signed in the transfer window, but they kept dragging their feet. He is who they need most in the team, but they couldn't convince him, and he joined Barcelona. Even when it came time for a coach, they should have gone all out for Klopp because he is one of the few managers who can handle this Madrid team, but they went for Mourinho. Honestly, Madrid has not even addressed their problem, so they will continue to struggle.

Logically it wasn’t supposed to be a pressure but you know how it is when main stream media hates you. The media attacked him at Manchester United which lead to his major failure and now they are here with him again like they have done to other managers like Erik Ten Hag, attacking his playing pattern. Personally I feel it didn’t work out at Manchester United because of the players and the league but I trust it might work out in Seria A.
Has for Carrick, possibly this Tottenham game could be his make or break, while I don’t agree that Manchester United should easily be sacking managers, I think that Michael Carrick too needs to step up and the first thing is changing this his current playing pattern.
I'm curious how Ruben Amorim failure at Manchester United was because of media hates? Can we all accept that individuals might perform poorly in a team and do exceptionally well in another without it being pure hate? Ruben Amorim got one of the biggest support a manager could think of, it seems like you have forgotten that his first season wasn't good aside making it to European league final. The finished closer to relegation then and almost again if not that he was replaced and during the first session almost everyone still saw him as the hero.

When a player in this current generation earns 6-8million salary, that's a motivation to work 10x harder and become a well developed version of themselves but you know what these players do? That's the time they relent and start getting this ego about being the best man in the team and if they do not turn up in a game, there's no way the team will deliver without them.
This is one of the reasons why I believe it is necessary for each club to decide and establish a ceiling that cannot be exceeded regarding players' seasonal contracts. Because for example Vinicius, who is very close to the figure of 20 million euros for the season, when they report performances like those to date, they make it clear that it is money, as far as I know, wasted, given that the performances do not keep pace with the salary received.

I don't think Enzo Fernández was ever a huge Manchester City fan, enough to give up his salary or a share to go and play for them. Certainly the fact that he can earn more at City and play for a team that is currently more competitive and plays more important competitions were undoubtedly an incentive to go to that club.
As a player looking to win trophies, you don't need to be a fan to accept a club's offer. Enzo Fernandez is a player who loves to win, keep aside the monetary aspect, watch Enzo in every game, he plays with passion, he can't be given everything he has for a team where the rest of the players are not putting in the same effort. That's why he has so much interest in going to Real Madrid or any bigger club, perhaps if Arsenal were interested in him, he would consider the offer without a second thought. I don't blame Enzo for leaving, any player will leave, Cucurella left for Real Madrid, Chelsea is the problem, and reason more players will leave.

Tchouaméni is a holding midfielder, Bellingham an attacking midfielder, Valverde is a box to box midfielded but was later playing the RB when needed and Camavinga sometimes doubles as a central midfielder and a Left Back. It's true these players really complement each other, I have watched them for some time. They all play individual football, Real Madrid is a team of individual talents, they need a coach that can harmonize these players as a unit. Real Madrid has a very good squad but getting them to play together is the major challenge, in my opinion Real Madrid will keep on struggling until they find their rhythm. Talking about players forced to play different roles, you are still right again, Rodrigo is no more a starter at the club so I won't include him, both Mbappe and Vinicious plays from the same wing, one is forced to play a different role, albeit there is room for adapting to a different role maybe that's why Mbappe has maintained the centre forward.

Living Liverpool @Livin_Liverpool 🚨🚨| NEW: Andoni Iraola wants Federico Chiesa gone in January, according to Italian media. 🇮🇹 [@TEAMtalk] According from one of Liverpool fan page, Iraola wants to Chiesa to leaves. I have to say Chiesa is a dumb player. he should have gone to a club that could treated him better when he was fit, but he refused it, and he decided to waste lots of his time in Liverpool for nothing. We very rarely saw him play for Liverpool. If he's a smart player, he should have left from there since last seasons. It's gonna be hard for him to get a new club that is keen to offer him a contract. I can even count it with my with my fingers how many times he played for Liverpool. What a wasteful talent. I only wish him to go back to the serie a again. There's no a better place for him than play for serie a club, which is gonna help him to regain his form back. The only problem his injury is always overshadow him. He can get his form back with lesser chance due to the his continious injury.

To be frank loyalty isn't the case this days and whether one likes it or not you need very top players in your team that can decided games even by their own individual brilliance
I absolutely agree with the decision that Chelsea has decided to take towards their players, because it is right to pay them a high salary, but it would not be right to spend huge sums to pay a salary. So exactly as Napoli also did, who decided to put a salary cap, because it is right that players play because they love football and not just because they are attracted by the smell of money. Eight points behind the top spot, we can say that Chelsea are doing really badly.

I saw this news about Christian Eriksen leaving Wolfsburg by terminating his contract on mutual consent after deciding to quit the game on health ground. We can still recall that he collapsed during the Denmark friendlies with Ukraine about 3 months ago and has raised a big concern especially as that was not the first time he's collapsing on the pitch. He has suffered cardiac arrest during the 2020 Euro championship in 2021. Personally this news is disturbing especially as he emphasized that he needs to stay close to his family this period. I hope he recovers wholly even as this could be a final farewell to the game. I am actually happy to read this news. He should have retired the first time it happened. It’s not like he’s a young pro who hasn’t earned much money in his career. He must be a multi millionaire after such a long career, playing for big clubs like Spurs and Man Utd. He will never have to work again so it’s far more important for his health and for his family that he is here, alive. I totally agree with you. When I read that after what happened with Denmark he chose to come back and play again, I'm sorry to say it, but I saw it as a very selfish gesture. I understand he loves football but he has a family, a wife, he's a father, why would you risk your life again? For what? He already has more money than 99.9% of the world's population, just be grateful you're still alive and enjoy time with your family. I'll never understand his decision. Also, let's put ourselves in the wife's shoes, imagine every single game how stressed she must have been, praying that he would make it out alive. Very poor choice by Eriksen.

What many fans are demanding good result and a team that's credible on producing that weekly like Manchester City is doing and they’ve channeled their frustration on the board (Glaziers & Ineos) I've seen many United fan pages demanding that fans boycott matches and patronizing businesses of sponsors of the club. Maybe that could force the board to spend by January and also pass a message to the team to improve their performance.

I'm curious how Ruben Amorim failure at Manchester United was because of media hates? It was never the media criticism, confident about that and I think you are spot on. I think the Manchester United management lacked patience and Wilcox was involved in the sack of Ruben Amorim after Ruben Amorim had a slight back and forth with him. I will not say and will never say he was poor when managing Manchester United, things didn't just work longterm like we expected between club, and manager. Biggest support?! That is just a fallacy!! The players he was promised and position he requested weren't provided. There was a clear pattern meant for long-term success, but the club, fans and management lacked patience. Let's see how far the so called chosen one performs with them.

If so, who do you think is the right coach to replace Carrick? I think it's not the coach's problem anymore, but the current composition of players cannot realize what the coach wants. It's useless to keep changing coaches but the squad remains as it is now, I mean besides Bruno Fernandes who can really be relied on to push the mentality of the players like a fighter?

Christian Erickson is one those players I really admire his style, he is mild in his approach in the midfield, he is creative with passes, he tends to remind me of Paul scholes. He is already in his 30s, so if his heart cannot carry the intensity of the game anymore, then retiring is the best thing at this point, for some clubs 34 years might not give you regular playing time. For me he has accomplished a lot in his career, playing for some of the biggest clubs in Europe. There are some players that didn't even retire at his age, Eden Hazard even with his brilliance didn't stay till 34 years, for me Christian Erickson has accomplished a lot.

I could remember the collapse of Christian Eriksen at the Euro 2020 where he was resuscitate by the Danish medical staff and national team captain. It was indeed a troubling moment that got many people worried about his health and we were even thinking that he would retire after that scenario but he kept managing his health condition till the one that happened in their match against Ukraine. His retirement was long overdue and the best decision he can take now is to retire from football because no one knows what a third collapse might result to. Paying attention to one's health is the ultimate love anybody can give to themselves so Christian Eriksen took a bold step by terminating his contract with German club Wolfsburg.

What's explanation, fans don't need your explanations as a coach, they watch the team play, so explaining to them without giving them what they want, is pointless. I was thinking that Carrick will do far more than he did last season, starting this season this bad calls for a lot of question, when he was not confirmed as there coach, I'm talking about when he was on acting capacity, Manchester United showed high capacity which was the reason for their UEFA champions League qualifications for this season, I'm still confused about what has been happening, or is there something missing.

I support what you are saying but I must but not entirely especially this part which is somehow contradicting what you are saying... Ruben Amorim wasn't the right one to give more time when the team were already tending towards relegation Remember the season before this, they themselves were close to relegation and same as Tottenham, so why do you think United weren't patient enough?

Christian Erickson is one those players I really admire his style, he is mild in his approach in the midfield, he is creative with passes, he tends to remind me of Paul scholes. He is already in his 30s, so if his heart cannot carry the intensity of the game anymore, then retiring is the best thing at this point, for some clubs 34 years might not give you regular playing time. For me he has accomplished a lot in his career, playing for some of the biggest clubs in Europe. There are some players that didn't even retire at his age, Eden Hazard even with his brilliance didn't stay till 34 years, for mec has accomplished a lot.
He has played for some of the best clubs in Europe such as Manchester United, Ajax, Tottenham, Inter Milan and Brentford. The 34-year-old player has 151-cap international for Denmark. Christian Erickson has also won 9 official major club trophies in his career. For me, he has a very successful career and should be considered more for his health now. Wolfsburg's managing director for sport, Dieter Hecking, said the decision to leave the club was from the player and they have to respect his decision. Marc-Vivien Foé, Miklós Fehér, Antonio Puerta, Piermario Morosini, Samuel Okwaraji, Cheick Tioté and others died on the pitch due to heart conditions. Erickson should be grateful that he survived two severe cardiac arrests.

Michael Carrick football is no longer in good hands and we can see that following the unstable form of the club, not been able to diverse themselves upward and making uncompromise position in the EPL.
Changing the manager will not automatically solve United’s problems — we have seen that more than once already. But if it does come to that, Antonio Conte has been mentioned most often in recent days as a possible replacement for Carrick. He would certainly be an interesting candidate. At the same time, I agree that the problem is not only with the manager. You can change coaches every season, but if the squad does not fit their ideas, the same situation will keep repeating.

David Alaba has finally transferred to Udinese. He hadn't been able to find a club since the start of the season. There were offers from Turkish Super League as well, but it didn't happen. He'll be playing in Serie A for the first time in his career after his time at Bayern and Real Madrid.
In his first interview he spoke very confidently. He said he didn't come here to be the team's big brother, he's very ambitious, but I don't think he can win a trophy with Udinese. He probably said that to hype up the fans, but the chances of winning a trophy in Serie A with Udinese are extremely low. If that's what he wanted, he should have gone to another team.
Udinese has lost their last 3 matches. I think Alaba will be able to make the starting line-up as soon as the international break ends. During this 2 week break, he'll bond with his new teammates and make up for his fitness and training deficits.

We are still in September but Winter transfer speculation has already begun. New rumors have surfaced regarding Serhou Guirassy. Dortmund had been considering selling him during the summer transfer window, but that didn't happen. Fenerbahçe was very interested in him, his name had also been linked to other teams. Now rumors about Manchester United have come to the fore.
I think this could be a good signing for them. They need more attacking options. They need to solve their scoring problem. Aside from Fernandes, there's no player on the team who scores regularly. If we exclude the Ipswich match, they've scored only 4 goals in the other 4 games. It's clear from the points they've earned that this isn't enough.
Atlast Serhou Guirassy name is mentioned in the transfer window. I have been waiting to see this guy leave Dortmund one day, they don't deserve a player like him any more. Guirrasy have been consistent for seasons in Dortmund, but what is the need of being consistent when your team is always second in the table. Guirrasy has been the main attacking player for Dortmund for seasons now, but yet he still haven't achieved anything yet. I think he will be a good one for United, atleast he can play with a team that has potentials and even improve more. United have players like Mbuemo and Cunha that score goals, what they lack is consistent No. 9 that can capitalize on any chances created, and I think Guirassy is a perfect match.
