Esteva is a very young player, though he have good potential to be one of the best players in the world, but working under different managers have hinder his progress and maybe that why he not getting the required minute he should. Another problem is Xabi Alonso is playing a 3 man defense and that also is what affecting the young player to get minutes under his tank.

Chelsea still consider Estevao as untouchable and even if he his to get a move to Barcelona it will take Barcelona almost a fortune. We all know how Chelsea does business, they won’t allow a player of that potential to go without a huge fee.

The problem will either be the players or the coaches, I'm convinced that manchester united hasn't got it right, the leagues you mentioned where formal manchester united coaches have been doing well before coming to manchester united can't be compared to the English Premier league, the English league is a very competitive league and i believe that manchester united hasn't gotten the right coaches for the job or miss out on getting some certain players to the team. Michael Carrick would have done better this season if he had signed in some quality players to the team may be he thought he could perform well as he did last season.

I have observed that Xabi frequently gave opportunities to players during his tenures at both Leverkusen and Madrid. He will likely do the same at Chelsea, provided he is given enough time. The players need to avoid being impatient during this period they must understand that the manager will experiment with different tactics to try out various players. I have confidence in the quality of this Spanish manager, and Chelsea could well experience a successful spell under him.

This is the same thing I've been telling a lot of persons, when a coach isn't stable with his statics and the pattern of play he will regularly be using, it will become very difficult for most fans to begin to understand the instability of the team and that moment, what they do is they start criticizing him and calling him incompetent. I'd say Ruben Amorim was sacked because of that press conference he did, the management must have considered it disrespectful, so they had a clear message sent. You want time for Michael Carrick but not the same tike was given to Ruben Amorim  I don't even understand the double standards from football fan because they like a particular manager. He was offered that contract extension he had a great six months with them. Although they have not supported him just the way we expected but these same fans who wants him backed wanted Amorim out. That's what Chelsea management fails to understand that there will be teams longing to sign a player they don't feature often in matches. Estevao is a fantastic player that the team would love to sign.

I can remember how it was when Estevao was signed to the Chelsea team. All Chelsea fans were happy that they signed a good finisher and attacker to the team. It surprises me that Estevao is not given enough playing time again, and he is thinking of leaving the club he was happy to play for.

 Moving on from Chelsea should be to a club that would guarantee him first team position. Chelsea's always open to selling their player if the right amount is given, they're good at that business so if Barcelona can pay what they need then Estêvão Willian becomes there's.

One that I understand was that Carrick since idolize as a club legend and Many were not Just going to insult him or push out of the door like they did Ruben Amorim. I know that Arsenal has been a club that we all know is used to buying players from Chelsea, especially the players who Chelsea no longer needs.
