It's a baseless rumor, and i think it's most probably a fake one. As far as i know Cesc Fabregas only have Arsenal or Chelsea as the possible destination to coach. He has zero clue about Manchester United, and he will not go there. Aside that he also has Barcelona as alternative option. So i think this rumor has zero possibility to be real.
You never can really tell where a player or coach will head next, things happen differently now and no known destination is guaranteed for anyone. Today a player or coach could say they are not going here and might end up there. Besides Fabregas coaching Arsenal won't be anytime soon, he just signed a contract renewal till 2030 and from his performances, Arsenal is doing just fine. I can agree with you on Chelsea or Barcelona because the managers of these teams are unstable with Chelsea been the worse, Barcelona has retained Flick for 3 seasons now and his doing perfectly well

It seems so incredible to me that such a coach, who has truly never achieved anything in his life at a football level, can take the right to warm up a fundamental player like Cristiano Ronaldo and then even choose not to let him play, as if he actually knew what was good for the team and for Portugal, when before Cristiano, Portugal was a team that didn't exist. Cheesy
Jorge Jesus is an arrogant and ungrateful coach, Ronaldo made him Al-nassr coach and Portugal coach yet he betrayed their agreements just to prove a point,  the disrespect was so much  for Ronaldo to bear leaving the national team camp was a good decision,  if he knew he won't play Ronaldo there was no need to tell him to warm up for the game.

I'm happy Ronaldo has been able to release a statement to explain his grievance and has apologized to the fans and players,  after his punishment he might return to the team in the next international break, he deserves a good farewell match in his name as the greatest player in history of football.

Absolutely, Messi scored a penalty in his last match and we retired him with respect. I would like Ronaldo to have a good farewell to football as well; after all, he's a world star that everyone in the world would include in their list of the top 3 players. Such an iconic and perfect footballer should always be remembered fondly. A beautiful farewell is essential for him; nobody will remember his coach, but Ronaldo will always be a name everyone remembers Smiley
The way in which a coach gets her recognition is mainly by our his players performs and so you can’t factor out the role that the portugal coach played in Ronaldo’s career. Ronaldo being a good player doesn’t take out the fact that he’s got a lot of things to work on as far as his character is concerned.

Ronaldo is still trying to break his highest goal scoring record making it more deficult for any other player to break it.  Till that is done, he’s likely going to continue playing and waiting for the actualization of that feet.
Everyone is respected in their own place. It would certainly not be fair if a manager felt that he would put too much pressure on a talented player or go too far in not keeping him in the team. Ronaldo is almost at the end of his career and he is the pride of Portugal and his contribution to football is undeniable. He should have priority to play for the national team but the current Portugal national team manager Jorge Jesus did not keep CR7 in the team. This is disrespectful to any player. Ronaldo was right to not be in the training camp and Jorge Jesus needs to be held accountable.

CR7 will not stop until he reaches his 1k goals target and I think he should continue playing while he is fit.

Cesc Fabregas replacing Michael Carrick as a Manchester United manager is the weirdest rumor I've heard so far. AFAIK, Fabregas is coaching the small Italian ream of Como and he's gonna play in the UEFA Champions League against Man United. Fabregas is doing to good job in Italy and I doubt that he would risk his career taking United's offer. He will return to the Premier League at some point for sure, but gaining experience in a smaller club should be his top priority.
I don’t think fabregas would make such move right now, he is currently building reputation as a manager and he is there gaining experience and developing ideas that would be better for his long term career. Man united is a complicated club right now and people will start criticizing him on any bad performance of the club.

So I think it is better for him to continue building something at como before going to a big team like man united, he does not have to rush to premier league to prove himself.

It's a good thing to try and gain more experience and I support that he doesn't move too soon but at some point he will have to leave. Reputation is not built only by managing a small team, you need to manage a much bigger team where the tension and pressure is high, that's the only way a manager can prove how good he is. Succeeding with a small team is good but repeating with a bigger team proves everything.

I also wouldn't advise Fabregas to move to Manchester United, not yet at least. Manchester United is not a team I will advise a young manager to go to, they have too many issues too big for a young coach to handle. He should take his time and decide which club is best for him to go to.

Get to understand how this works, he is a player and should answer to his national team management and fans, he shouldn't have walked out on his home on a private jet. he's not done this anywhere else, is he bigger than his home? It's a good thing he apologized to his fans, before getting the suspension.

I believe that Ronaldo has built a huge ego over the years that he completely deserves. And this perhaps makes him make decisions that are not always right, as he himself admitted while apologizing to the fans. But on the other side there is a team that didn't support him despite being the captain and a coach who didn't respect him and considered him as one of many and this shouldn't be done.

It's strange to hear this even to me. People write all kinds of things. I don't know how they even connect Fabregas with Man Utd. He has improved so much at Como, taking the club to the UCL and building a team with one of the best chemistry in serie a. He also got his first UCL win, so Como is Fabregas's main priority.

Carrick is safe for now but let’s not kid ourselves. If the Man Utd job was available, I think Fabregas would be desperate to take it. He’s doing well with Como but the salary and prestige of managing Man Utd totally eclipses anything Como can give him.

I disagree with you, talking about bigger, his bigger than the coach himself. If you said his not bigger than the office of the coach that's different, but the coach himself, he's miles bigger than him. I still don't know why this incident is making headlines, it happened over a week ago, we are treating it like it's something that happened yesterday or two days ago. He has apologised to the people he felt he wronged which are the Portuguese people and teammates, he didn't include the coach, Fabrizio mentioned, Ronaldo didn't call his name in all of this, he was addressing him as the coach. Ronaldo and Portugal will settle themselves, it's time to move ahead and allow what happened to be
I'm not talking in terms of achievement because we all know Ronaldo is more decorated than Jorges Jesus but I'm talking in terms of being the coach of the team. No need to overstress this issue, it has already been settled and Ronaldo has decided to play for the team but won't do that while this coach is still head of the Portugal team.

That is certainly the case. Como is enjoying a great run, and head coach Fabregas has played a huge role in that. In my opinion, they have performed well so far, both in Italy and in the Champions League. Since they secured a Champions League spot last season, we can say they finished the campaign very strongly. Given these successes, isn't it perfectly natural for such speculation to regarding Fabregas? Every team wants a successful head coach.

I also think Endrick made a big mistake to return to Real Madrid,  because he is already doing well at Lyon and I don't think he can bench the players that are there right now. He is at a stage of developing and he needs to be playing. I don't think he will be able to develop well at Real Madrid,  because he needs playing time to develop.  I said he made a mistake to return to Real Madrid,  because he already have playing time at Lyon,  which is definitely helping his development.  I really don't know those that are managing or advising him, but I think he really need to move to somewhere else to help him develop.
What I can say about Endrick is that he's had a lot of bad luck at Real Madrid. I think he hasn't developed yet because he gets very few minutes on the pitch, and the coaches haven't been supportive enough of his progress. It might look like he's being selfish at times, but there must be a reason behind it. Maybe they don't see anything in him during training that convinces the coaching staff. What could it be? We don't know, because I can't find any other explanation for leaving him on the bench.

I've seen some rumors that he might want to leave for that exact reason. I hope he doesn't, because the team really needs a clinical striker.

Some journalist lack good informations so they’ll just cook up rumours to remain relevant, that’s why i don't believe any news i see from any journalist without verifying the authenticity. Several coach has been linked with Manchester United including Ancelotti and Conte but those are just rumours cause the board haven't made any official statement on sacking Carrick yet.

That is certainly the case. Como is enjoying a great run, and head coach Fabregas has played a huge role in that. Moving from Como to Manchester United would be like moving from grace to grass, we all know how handling Manchester United has become very difficult for managers cause of how the board has mismanaged the club by failing to clear their debt so they can invest properly, so leaving a team he's managed well to get this far and move to Manchester United would be a wrong decision and Fabregas won't dare risk.

The Como president says he will not block Cesc Fabregas from leaving and there will not even be a big compensation, this all means it depends on Fabregas whether he will accept the offer of another club or stay at Como which has been good from the beginning, as he is a minority shareholder in Como.

But again I believe he will leave but I don't know when, now it won't happen at least until the end of the season, when the season will start again then anything can happen in the transfer window.

Managing Manchester United comes with prestige but do you really think that Fàbregas will leave Como that he single-handedly built to the level they're now and prefer a move to Manchester United just because of high pay and prestige. It's not even like Manchester United has gotten stability in the Premier league. I don't think Carrick is safe because the management are closely watching him. If Manchester United experiences poor performance before mid season, Carrick might likely lose his job.

I think this situation is even more complicated than just calling Ronaldo childish, at this stage of his career he should be more mature about these situations because he has already achieved a lot in football and there is no need to turn every decision by the coach into a personal issue. I understand that he wants to play for Portugal but he needs to accept that being a great player does not mean the manager has to play him always, other players get left on the bench after warming up or traveling with the squad.

Honestly at his age if he believes he deserves to play the best response should be to prove it on the pitch rather than create story around himself. If the coach does not see him as a starter he should either accept the role or prove through his performance in training or matches that he deserves to start

I probably were Ronaldo and I would have been welcomed in the same way, because it's a question of respect. When a player of his fame and importance for that country, the national team, is treated like a fish in his face by a coach who has never achieved anything and who takes the trouble to make decisions, as if he were someone important, and treating a human legend in this way is not something he can allow. Because if Ronaldo says he will play, you will have to let him play, out of respect, for the person he is and for what he represents for his country.

A pride like that calls out for a quick transfer of aggression, he's had a long time disagreement with Jorge, couple with the fact that it's the second time he's not kept to his words, which everyone understands should boil his heart, but its not enough argument to fall off the apple cart in front of the world. His career is also in the line for carrying out a behavioral mistake as this one. His apologies, and the punishment which he accepts to face, isn't complete until he straightens out the issues he has with the coach.

Do you think he would leave Como after everything he has done and go to a club that has had problems for years? I agree that Man Utd is a big club and the salary would definitely be higher, but i don't think he would manage Man Utd at this point. I also agree that Carrick is safe for now.

Ronaldo needs a team that believes in him, and Portugal is not that team at this point. It is obvious that his performance has deteriorated over the years and his team now sees him as a problem in the team because he's not very active anymore.

One of the best decisions Ronaldo wouod have made is retiring from International football with his respect intact, not planning retirement at an age where his performance is below average. This is his home country and everyone would agree that he gave Portugal that recognition it has today in football, he really deserves the best treatment.

Fame at times if not properly handled turns people into something else, Ronaldo is doing all this just because he knows that he is famous and will get lot of support from his fans, else on a normal a player should not be acting this way, why will he be acting as if he is bigger than the team, your coach didn’t feature you in a match and you left team and now you are saying that you would come back to the team only when the coach is is no more, is he suggesting that Portugal should sack a coach that is performing well simply because he doesn’t want to play under the coach? If Portugal should do that obviously Ronaldo is bigger than the team.

Zubimendi has to leave from Arsenal to step up his career. I see a sense to leave that london club to join Madrid because Madrid's crisis on its midfielder can give him better chance to play regularly. If he's dumb enough, he's wasting all of his time in Arsenal by doing nothing.
It's such a waste to see a good talent like him is not being utilized by his current club. Why can't he just leave, then join Madrid for the good?

Other than him i also hear Madrid is linking to the Alex Scott, which is a player that has been targeting by so many clubs. So it will be so good if Madrid can sign him as well as with Scot only if it's possible.
I think having both of them will able to strengthening their midfielder.

Their main competitors have been successfully reinforcing a complete squad by bringing a world class midfielders. So they have to do the same. It's enough to see them to always trophyless, and the curse needs to be stopped.

It is not a good thing to try, except that Fabregas is ready to kill his career as a manager. Don't you remember how the managers that went to Manchester United have shattered their careers? The way I used to value Amorim at Sporting, and when he came to Manchester United, I rated him very low. Same with Ten Hag and others that have come and gone. Cesc Fabregas doesn't have to taint his career in this manner. Moving to Manchester United is the worst decision he will at this stage of his career. Como has better things to offer him.
