Why are they blaming only Carrick, why not fault the players. The starters in Manchester United are mostly crappie players, they don't do anything helpful. If the team coach is change, you don't expect the new coach to start teaching them like babies. They are professional footballers that need nothing like baby sit. If that's what you guys need, they can go ahead.
That's just the problem, people are too quick to fault a coach whenever the team is not performing well. There were coaches that Carrick succeeded, it was still same blame game they kept blaming those coaches. I don't think a coach who inherited a team in their bad state should be blamed if the team is not able to come out of that hole. The only time a coach should be blamed is when he inherited a performing team and ended up making them miserable. Manchester United has spent a lot of money on their players but they haven't shown anything for it. When Michael Carrick qualified Manchester United in the Champions League after they didn't make it in 3 seasons ago, everyone was applauding him but now that his team is not performing well, the blame has been shifted to him alone. But is this not also the team that Carrick used last season to cause panic in the premier league? Is this not the same team that beat Manchester city and Arsenal last season? The truth is that the players are to blame in this situation because instead of improving their performance now that some signings have been made, they now perform worse. The coming of Tielemans, Andre sanctos and Baleba is supposed to be a good addition but I think that the introduction of Rashford may have been causing an internal issue or perhaps other tactical changes that doesn't support winning games. Of course, the coach has a lot of questions to answer, but I also think that the players should be held responsible, sell off Rashford and sign more players. Someone like Shaw is not supposed to be in Manchester United's starting lineup in this age, so a left back addition to support Mazroui and be bringing Shaw on at 80 minutes or more. something has to be done urgently, but I don't think that replacing the coach should be part of those.

Am not going to jump in the queue to blame anybody as I don't even know the problem of Man United at the moment. When a team has changed 3 coaches in the past 6 years, that's tells us there must be something really wrong with the system and like you said management has alot of role to play in this regards. St the same time, I feel buying more expensive players is like bringing them to come and rust like how they will destroy Tielemans profile
There are many things to blame for Manchester United failure and it all started from Erik Ten Hag. I remembered those years when Ronaldo left the club in anger and they had issues. All fingers were pointed back to Ronaldo for been egoistic. Rashford took over the place and became better but somehow, he decided to punished him to for coming to training late as reported that time, he was been harsh towards players for been the main man of the team and the club was going down yet the club didn't caution him as a manager. What did they do layer? They sack him. Manchester United has had 6 coaches from ETH to the presence and non of the coaches has won any trophy aside Ten Hag. Amorim left sporting CO to come have a good moment with the club and not a single evidence of one trophy. I don't think we discuss Manchester United failure enough but it's what it's.

It would be unfair to blame the managers for Manchester United's failure, if the manager is everything then what is the job of management! It must be admitted that some of Ten Hag's decisions have led to the downfall of Manchester United, but were the rest the same? If the managers are the ones who have failed, then I think management needs to be changed. Because that management is failing to appoint good managers, they are appointing managers one after another who are unable to bring any titles. Manchester United has a big problem with their recruitment, they are very inefficient in appointing coaches and recently they have not been able to buy the necessary players. Rather, only the manager is changed for the team's deterioration. They need to change this policy and be stable in dismissing managers, give the manager enough opportunities and provide him with the necessary players. Still, if the results fail, then sacking the manager may be understandable.

That is not going to change anything. How many coach has Manchester united sack in the last 2 years, the changes is the player act like they are serious only to call back to where they belong. We can't hate on coaches and think they are the faulty people all these while. Let's check the players and see who is at fault. How many times has the team went Maguire to be change, they didn't nothing since that time and I can't confidently says this is what he has done better.
Exactly, these people keep on making mistakes in changing coaches when it's now evident that it's not the fault of the coaches, I read somewhere that Carrick demanded for some players to be added to the team but instead they did what they the management wanted, now the blame is on the coach. I now believe this news because what Martinez said after the loss to Atletico Madrid confirms it. The management really doesn't care about the club but just to make money, after all Manchester United is big and global team with a large fan base, so technically the money will be pouring in. In Amorim's era as the head coach, I made the same statement that the problem is in the culture of the club. The coach is not the problem. The club is going through a financial crisis, which has made it difficult for the club to back the coach with the right player. Martinez came out to say those words to the press. One player has to take one for the team. The management has to let old players leave the club. Bring in new players who want to win the title. Changing the manager will not solve their problem.

It's has been so long since the last time i heard Sancho's name, and finally he's coming back, but in a worsened version. Unexpected to see how fast his career has been downgrading a lot. He played for MU, Chelsea, then Villa, and potentially goes to Getafe now. I think bro shoulda accept Getafe's offer instead of staying as a jobless guy. He demands 4m yearly, which is too high for incompetence player like him. The better he to accept anything offered by Getafe, but not far less than what he demanded. I thought he was still at EPL, but he already left from his club as a free agent. This proves how fast time flies. He seems still have competence to play football, and joining Getafe is gonna be a good decision, right? Who knows he can boost his career by playing there.

The management should be changed because they're the ones making these poor decisions that are affecting the team performance. I don't know how long it will take a team to stay on the ground because Manchester United own is becoming too long. Of course, the old players don't have much to give to the club but I believe that new players can be of help to improve the team performance. It's like going from fry pan to fire.

Honestly when you look at the whole Manchester United situation you will be convinced that the issue is not with the players alone but from the management. I don't think they are seriously facing any financial crises, they have enough funds to sign decent players but the problem is the management trusting the coach with the players they want. If you can't get the coach the players they demand then you shouldn't blame them when you give them different players to work with. Changing the manager alone won't solve anything, they need to do something different and start trusting managers. I believe United have enough players to play well, at least a bit above average. Carrick still not good enough IMO but if he's supported enough he can perform better than this.

https://livescoremedia.onelink.me/5KrT/emgaj4e7Could there be anytime Chelsea can be free from an injured players? Now Reece James a very significant player in the Chelsea team will be absent until next year, I just hope this doesn't affect their overall performance, Chelsea is always a victim of injured players and it's so annoying, After just getting caciedo back now James is also gone on injury as well, so unfortunate

Sometimes the players Manchester United opt for are questionable to many, thinking critically and the prices are just beyond quite a number of time. The issue United are having while it is majorly on the board, they are not just the only issue but I guess it has gotten to the point where the fans have to shift their hate to them just like how we Chelsea fans acted especially last season when it became too hard to bear knowing fully well that our board is killing us.
Manchester United only best signing during the transfer window was Baleba, aside from him, the rest are not qualified to be first-team players for a big club like Manchester United. Manchester United knew they would be playing in serious and difficult competitions, instead of making an upgrade in the squad, they went ahead to settle for players who are not supposed to make a first team player in any Premier League club, they bought Santos, who doesn't even get playing time at Chelsea. Lisandro Martínez was right, the Manchester United board should have done better during the opening.

The main problem that happened at Manchester United was that it was too fast to change coaches without giving enough time, not wanting to go through the process, still stuck with ego, ambition, wishful thinking, and clearly too demanding every coach to make an instant impact. So, if a pattern like this continues to be repeated because of impunity then Manchester United will still run in place. In addition, other clubs continue to grow, build foundations and identities, and Manchester United are increasingly lagging behind in all aspects.

Failing to properly back their manager in the summer transfer was the first thing they failed to do, then changing strategy is also another problem. I wonder why the board can't spend big in a more competitive season with many competitions to play in, they barely signed their preferred choices but alternatives. Also, Carrick messed up in changing strategy, he would've continue using the strategy that worked last season and as he's seen that this current one is not working, why not sit back and think about his mistakes then fix it, he's just being to stubborn and it would cost him his job if he doesn't reflect on his mistakes then correct it.

For me salary of 4 million is small, because that's about 76k a week, for a player that was earning something way higher.

Changing the management simply means selling the club, which I don’t see that as a reality for now. The test should be Manchester United should get a more demanding coach, with that the board could consider making so good changes at the club. We saw Chelsea going through the same a couple of season back but then the fans requested for some changes at the club, they even protested and now they are good. The owners have given some degree of say to the manager, they allows him to sign the players he likes and support his project. With Carrick as the manager I don’t think things will change because he is not demanding, he his but a puppet in their hands.

The fact still remains that Manchester United signings this season seems like a gamble that we can only judge to be a success with time, maybe aside Youri Tielemans but still they ought to have gone for more. They will find a way to sort themselves, January is not thst far anymore, by then they can strengthen themselves.

To be honest this signing of this players wouldn’t be a big problem if Manchester United had gone on to sign more players in other departments like defense and attack. If this areas been addressed then we wouldn’t be putting more pressure on this recent signings and this is exactly what Lisandro Martinez was saying. By next summer now Manchester United have four players out of contract, players like Bruno, Marguire, Martinez and Shaw yet no viable replacement already put in place for them

Did you just said Manchester United is in financial crisis? Am I missing something because I know Manchester United to be one of the richest clubs in England and just recently, they signed players at high prices, how did they generate the money if they are experiencing financial decline? Last season, Manchester United management were talking about a reshuffle in the squad by selling old players and sign new faces to the team but I don't know what made them to take a u-turn. Since after Alex Ferguson, Manchester United has changed countless coaches but yet it's still same story always. The worst part is that it's not even like they are not signing players or should I say they are not signing quality players?

I didn't realise it has gotten to six different managers since after Ten Hag. It's so fast if it's true on the number of players. Ten Hang was more focused on disciplinary actions than the job he was appointed to do from what you said. A player that is performing, doing what it takes to win matches gets punished for late coming, I think he should have been accorded some privileges, most teams do this to their top players. If the job is getting done by a player, few minutes of lateness could have been overlooked by the coach. I think Manchester United problem, majority of it comes from the management, over the years they have been sacking and appointing coaches but no progress has been achieved in all of the years.

Ever since Sancho left borussia Dortmund for Manchester United, his career has seriously been nose diving, despite the fact that he gets good deal to play for top clubs, there has not been significant improvement in his career path, ordinary I believe he should go beyond the level he's struggling with because he's a very young player, but then look at him negotiating 4 million a year, and yet you are saying is high for a player like Sancho. For me salary of 4 million is small, because that's about 76k a week, for a player that was earning something way higher. If there's interest from. Middle East clubs especially from Saudi Arabia, then Jadon Sancho should just head to the Middle East instead of going to yet and mid table European club. Since he left Borussia Dortmund and signed for Manchester United, he's done everything possible to return to the Sancho we all witnessed at Dortmund. Leaving Europe at this moment will be the best decision for him.

How many times will Manchester United change coaches before they get it right? Is the problem really related to a coaching deficiency. Does it mean that all the coaches they hired over the years are incompetent and lack the skills and experiences to coach Manchester United? I don't even want to go deep, let's use Amorim as a case study. He won a title for Sporting Lisbon before he became Manchester United coach but what happened? he was not able to take the team away from their misery. What is happening with Carrick is what has happened to every other coaches that took Manchester United job. They will start very well with the team but it will suddenly get to a point where they will begin to perform badly and the blame will still bounce on the head coach. The club really needs to go back to the drawing board and figure out how their problems started, from there they can get a possible solution.

For now one of the most difficult task is bringing out the light of Manchester United as it used to be, to archive this the changes most come from the management in terms of decision-making because this is just the only way out. Just like what happened in the transfer window, after presenting Carrick's choices of reinforcement the management choices was far from he's which was why the transfer window never provide lasting solutions to the Uniteds problem. I think its the right time for management to take there hands off coaches decision to see if it will be useful
