I think you're getting things wrong here. The problem of United is not because they changed coaches rather it was lack of recruiting efficient players during the transfer window.
Amorim came to United and imposed a different tactics that weakened the team, so they had to sack him. Carrick came in and had instant impact, their performance improved and he even helped them qualify for the UCL. Coming into this new season, I expected United management board to sign players of UCL standard to strengthen the squad, but they declined, now we can see how it's affecting them. United defense have been weak this season which has been their main problem this season. not Carrick.
The problems that Manchester United are experiencing are very complicated and they really need to overhaul everything if they want to rise from their slump. Both the players and the coaches who come to Manchester United end up failing. You can see this Manchester United has brought in some good players, but once they join United, their performance drops yet when they are sold to a new club they perform well. It's the same with coaches. So from this we can say that the problem at Manchester United actually lies in the management structure. Regarding Man United saying they don't recruit players who perform in the UCL is also wrong. Because right now Man United is not only bad in the UCL but also in the EPL. If you say there are no players performing in the UCL, Man United should be doing well in the EPL, but what happened is Man United also failed to win against Leeds this week. Carrick has indeed had a big impact on Man United since he was still the caretaker manager, but after being appointed as the permanent manager he actually performed poorly. This proves that the pressure of managing Man United is not easy, besides the problem of poor management. So player transfers are useless for Man United right now if these two issues are not immediately fixed.

Dominate La Liga? Sancho? Who basically became an ex-footballer while he was still 22-23 years old? I wish him all the best but I think his problem is more mental than technical at this point. We saw a similar situation with Dele Alli years ago: when he was 18-20 years old he already was one of the best players of the league and then everything went downhill, he had an incredible regression.
The English player will be hoping to recover his form like Mason Greenwood. he is just 26 and could play for a long time if he puts in more effort. His wage demands of around €4m have been the major impediment to him getting a new club. He has been getting offers from the Middle East but wants to remain in Europe. He might have reduced his wage demands because Getafe might not be able to afford it. Getafe coach José Bordalás would have to devise means to support Jadon Sancho to regain his form. You see, saying that "will be hoping to recover his form" is a totally different position, and I agree with that: he is going to an average club to play without any pressure. But the other user said with absolutely certainty that he is going to dominate La Liga. What does it mean? That he expects Sancho to basically perform like Yamal, like Raphinha, like Mbappé. Because those are the players that dominate La Liga. I don't see how that'll be possible.

Sancho competing with top players like Yamal, Mbappé, and others- that's highly unlikely. If he works very hard, he might contribute positively to the success of Getafe. Nevertheless, we cannot accurately predict the future of players. Some of them made more impact in their late twenties. Karim Benzema. Luca Modric, Andrea Pirlo, Luca Toni, Francisco Totti, and others were better at their old age. Therefore, we cannot write off the possibility that Sancho could exceed expectations.

Sancho might be a talented player but definitely not up to the level that he can dominate La Liga, he certainly can't do that at Getafe because even the likes of Yamal and Mbappe that's dominating La Liga are doing it with quality players around them not some garage players. Sancho could only improve his game and help to elevate Getafe. I believe Sancho would be having regrets now why he didn't accept Chelsea's offer, it was the best team for him and they were willing to make his loan move permanent but he didn't want to settle for a pay cut and now she where it landed him. How would have been the one occupying Morgan Rodgers spot at Chelsea. I would have agreed that he would have much impact if he's playing at a more bigger team but I doubt he can do much at Getafe.

No matter how hard he works to improve his game, I seriously doubt that Jadon Sancho will ever return the level where he'll be compared the best players in the game at the moment like Lamine Yamal. He can do well to return to playing good football again but he's gone past his prime, it'll take a miracle for him to enter that world class debate again. He's currently 26, pretty young enough to be get himself in the news again but that I think will be as an average footballer. I'll like to see him do better than I predicted of him. But I doubt he would be able to do that.

I tried to find the origin of this Sancho post but couldn't, i don't know why we think Sancho is start competing with generational talent, even if he rejuvenates his career, he can never be as good as Yamal and Mbappe and the likes because he spent his suppose prime in obscurity. I have always liked Sancho but I feel he would just be your everyday team player

It appears that Alex Scott will leave Bournemouth in January [source] and that they value him at over £100M [he's a great player, but if it weren't for his nationality, he would've cost way less]. - His injury record is somewhat concerning, but it appears that both Chelsea and Liverpool are seriously looking to sign him, and he suits both. How did Scot even enter that conversation of over £100 million when I seen him as someone that should fall within the £64-75 million range. English players get so much hype and Chelsea is a team that falls for the hype. He is still a young player too and can go for a long-term deal especially if he ends up in Chelsea. Before January, teams like Manchester United who's also struggling may join the race now to sign him to fortify their team which will end up raising his price further.

Scott is a good player and considering his experience in the premier league he won’t find it difficult to adapt at Chelsea or any of the other top premiers league club, he has the potential to be the permanent replacement for Enzo Fernandes at Chelsea but at the moment I think Chelsea also already have a young player with similar profile to him who they got for just €40M during the last summer transfer, Valentin Barco also an international player with Argentina, it will be unwise for them to spend such amount of cash on Alex Scott. Maybe a transfer fee of about €60-75M wouldn’t be bad.

Gyokeres seems feel so desperate because he never being a part of Arsenal's starting line up since the start of this season. Arteta always prefers to start Havertz instead of him, which is destroying his mentality. He rarely gets a lot of minutes to play, and he always becomes a substitutions only. I think the growth about the gossip that says he's keen leaving from Arsenal to join another club makes sense. To be the best striker, what he needs is actual minutes on the pitch. Leaving him at the bench is only destroying his career. I think Gyokeres has to think about that. He has to pick one between staying at one of big club in london or leaving for the better of his career.

A proper Manchester United fan but you keep on writing bullshit about them. The problem we're currently facing apart from the management refusing to fund for quality players like they should, is the manager in charge. He is clueless without a tactical plan, zero structure and no style of play. I keep asking, why not stick to what qualified you for the Champions League competition?! We had a clear structure and playing pattern under Ruben Amorim and he was not sacked becauseo9f his slow start in the new season. He had a back and forth with Jason wilcox which lead to his sack. They management didn’t do enough, but you can not tell me that this players in this sqaud are not capable of playing the same way they did to qualify for the Champions League competition. What changed? I guess you don't ask yourself this questions on your quiet time.

However I think that if he continues to get so little playing time, a move could happen.

We have seen so many rumors in the past, but most of them were coming true. Gyo's chance to leave is there, but it's not that big, at least not for this time, but don't know it later. I think his frustration may prevent him to improve. So i think it's not wrong to put the door to leave as one of his consideration for his future. But i wonder how long until Arteta will give him a chance as starting line up. The better Arteta tries to start him to see whether he still has fire on himself.

Sancho can hardly improve, in my opinion. He is still young at 26, but i think he played his best football at Dortmund. Considering that he is coming from the PL, the intensity of La Liga shouldn't be a problem for him, but it will be hard for him to stand shoulder to shoulder with Yamal and Raphinha... I don't think he has that kind of potential

I don't think he has that kind of potential If he's to play for either of Madrid or Barcelona then there's chances of reviving his form and competing against the players that dominated the league, like Yamal, Mbappé, Raphinha and Vini but as a Getafe player he can only improve the teams performance not dominating the league. You're right about the intensity of the league not being a problem, anyone who survives the Premier league can survive in any league, Sancho would've been one of the best players currently but pride couldn't allow him shine.

Where do you guys think he'll end up?It depends on him and whoever is ready to splurge that huge sum on him. Liverpool already spent too much on players, I feel like he will be moving towards Chelsea to be paired alongside Caicedo in midfield. Let's also not forget that the current manager of Bournemouth has previously worked with him and would want to reunite with him at Liverpool. I'd rather a move towards Chelsea considering my dislike and hate towards Liverpool. He was pretty consistent last season, I don't think I know what happened, but he will make it back up. Bournemouth management will cashout big from his sale. I fear they'll be relegated.

I'm not saying Liverpool is bad, but any of their new signings are always struggling. Chelsea will suit him well, but i feel skeptic Chelsea willing to spend 100m for him. I've heard their last offer was around 80m, but got rejected by Bournemouth.

At Dortmund, Sancho was one of the most sought after player that had the most promising career but became replaceable after his time at Manchester united. This is an evidence that the club a player transfers to has an impact in the trajectory of his career and that was what happened to Sancho, even after Aston Villa he remains at his worst times. His move to Getafe would be a perfect move but would not give him the public interest he needs, even with Greenwood's performance in Getafe he got little or no attention. Getafe is an average club and he would immediately break into the starting lineup undebatably, he needs more focus and passion to play better football now.

I strongly disagree with this, if a player moves to Getafe and then performs extremely well they will get the required recognition that they deserved and even if they don’t get a move to Europe top clubs they would most certainly land themselves in mid table clubs who are usually regular in European competitions and using your example of Mason Greenwood as a case study. He had a fantastic season with Getafe and that got him a move to Marseille went there and had a great season too and then moved to Fenerbahce, yes you would say this aren’t the top clubs but considering Greenwood situation this were good moves. As for Sancho this is the best move he could get, if he even can cement a place in the team for the next couple of seasons it would be better for him because no top club values him that much after what happened with Manchester United and he is even lucky landing a Laliga contract at this moment

Therefore, we cannot write off the possibility that Sancho could exceed expectations.
yes they had the main exploit practically towards the end of their career, once upon a time players finished at 30, but now apparently there is still room to move forward and bring results, even despite their age and this is a very positive thing, i like to see players who can continue to play.
