Obviously, Conte is better than Nagelsmann, Manchester United doesn't need average coaches behind the lines.
Antonio Conte has been in the Premier League, he has more experience that Julian Nagelsmann but it doesn't mean he will automatically fix Manchester United if he is given the job to become the team's manager. Antonio Conte succeeded in his spell at Chelsea when he was their manager in 2016-2018, he won the FA Cup and also won the Premier League title for Chelsea so he should be able to apply same tactics for Manchester United. The question is what if he is not able to make quick improvements for Manchester United, will he face sack too? Because Manchester United is known for sacking coaches almost immediately if they are not able to get a good result within a period of time. Isn't this one of Manchester United's biggest mistakes? You can't expect this team to become successful overnight; if they could, they wouldn't be in this situation right now. But the club management and fans want the team's quality to suddenly improve in just 3-5 matches and propel them to the top of the league. Achieving this is nearly impossible; with the current squad quality and playing system, I don't expect them to succeed. Every manager only manages to establish a good system by the end of the season after taking over, and we see failures in teams that rush things

Looking at things currently Kai still deserves his spot most especially from the fact that he can get most crucial goals. Gyokores has not really be exceptional since his arrival, he didn't really meet expectation.
Although, another view can be that Arteta might have not fully supported his signature. Finding a better option is not a bad idea for him, the EPL is tough also or maybe Arsenal wasn't favorable for him, considering the number of goals he has with the number he scored before his arrival at Arsenal.
I think Gyokeres situation at Arsenal is not that he is not a good player, but because his style of play does not fit that of Arsenal. Havertz will remain the number striker for Arsenal for now, because he fits their style of play more. I totally agree that Gyokeres is a better goal scorer, but the way he plays does not fit the way Arsenal plays, so it will be very difficult for him to start over Havertz, but that does not take away the fact that he is a good striker. This is just my opinion and I am very sure that other people also have their opinion.

Manchester United should learn to give their coach time to figure out how to manage the team such that they will maintain a good form for a long time. Carrick helped Manchester United a lot last season, they must never make the mistake of sacking him too early.

Gyokeres looks like a player who doesn’t know what he is doing at Arsenal, last season he was given opportunity to make the number 9 position his, but unfortunately for him he couldn’t do that.
Arsenal's current pattern does not fit in a striker which is why Gyokeres is finding it difficult to perform, his performance at Sporting was marvelous and that shows how hardworking he is as a player. A club like Man City play a football pattern that accommodates the striker and that shows in their results, the style of play makes a good player look like a nonsense player. Arsenal play a more conserved football, more from the middle with Rice and Bruno holding down the midfield. There is little provision for the striker in this pattern, Kai Havertz would be the only striker in Arsenal so far that could hold down that position.

They keep going in circles every year, sack Carrick then make one of their legends an interim who could step in, try his best to take them to Champions league or win a trophy then gain favour of the board to be employed as a full time manager and used as a puppet just like Michael Carrick is being used currently. The board of Manchester United don't know how to run the club, all they care about is collecting dividends annually, that's why they don't want to clear their debt but focus on building a stadium so more money would be made. If Manchester United is sold to someone serious that values sportsmanship you'll notice big changes after a year or two.

Man United in their last 7 matches in all competitions under Michael Carrick, hasn't been able to win even once, only managing 3 draws and 4 losses in all competitions. Naturally, this is becoming a bad history for Man United. What’s happening with Man United is really hard to understand because their cycle is always like this: when they are coached by an interim manager, they improve, but when under a permanent coach, their game gets worse. Maybe this is due to the huge pressure they face which seems to affect both the coach and the players' performance. Carrick did perform well as a coach last season temporarily but Man United stubbornly decided to make him permanent. The thing is, Carrick is a coach without a clear system, just manages things, and the fans are insistent that if it's not Enrique, then stick with Carrick, even though there was still coach Nagelsmann available and unemployed at that time. But Man United trusted Carrick too much. What actually happened at Man United at the most fundamental level is the coach because if you look at the depth of the squad Man United has it's not that bad at all. But anyway, I would predict that Carrick's future will depend on Man United's performance in the next few matches. Maybe if there's no improvement he will get fired too.

Another manager sack incoming, a lot has gone wrong with Manchester United. As the management plans to sack Carrick, i also hope they know that buying players is important if they want to compete very well, low effort players cannot be used to compete against clubs with the best players, and players who already fit the manager's description, as a new manager is coming in, let him make use of the January transfer window to sign his players, they should be ready to spend money.
Obviously, Conte is better than Nagelsmann, Manchester United doesn't need average coaches behind the lines.
Yes, he will most likely be eliminated, it's a fact, these coaches are so busy with doing well that in the end, they can't get the results that everyone hopes for, but seeing a club reduced like this certainly means that whoever has to deal with it is a little intimidated by the fact that it's an irrecoverable situation.

As a manager who has come up from within the club, I believe Carrick deserves the chance to lead the team over the long term. For this to happen, Manchester United needs to exercise some patience. We all saw how well the team performed last year; naturally, similar expectations were held for this season, and the fact that they have fallen short of that level has left everyone disappointed. But consider this if Michael Carrick had finished in the middle of the table last year without securing a spot in the Champions League expectations for this season likely wouldn't be nearly as high. As it stands, his achievements from last year have been all but forgotten. In my view, the Manchester United board should show him some patience.
yes but patience is over, the fact of having all these responsibilities you also have to bring home concrete results, yesterday Manchester United behaved in a truly unprofessional and disrespectful manner, for heaven's sake Como has all the merits in the world but yesterday Manchester United failed sensationally

But the club management and fans want the team's quality to suddenly improve in just 3-5 matches and propel them to the top of the league.
Dude, i can not agree with you. Carrick took charge last season and right after he became manager United's performance became strong. The team which was outside top 10, finished season occupying third place. After such successful end to the season, is not it only natural that fans would have high expectation of carrick this season Before start of the season everyone expected Red Devils to fight for title this campaign. But scenario is completely different. United's performance are getting worse day by day. In opening matches, they dominated but could not score due to weak finishing. Now the team is failing to dominate even against weaker teams. But I agree with you that even still manager can not be blamed entirely. Unless there are major change to squad, it will no longer be possible for United to do well. I am waiting for winter transfer window. I hope management won't be stingy this time.

If Arteta knows that then why spend that much to bring him in. You can’t spend that much on a player and then say he his not the main man. Arsenal were complaining so much about a striker before they signed Gyokeres, and when they finally landed a proper striker, we all thought he will lead the front line for them, we thought he will bring in that striker figure but instead he his forced to sit on the bench. I think Gyokeres will have to leave the club very soon, for the money Arsenal is tagging on him, I don’t that they can get that, not for a bench player. Honestly, it really sad to see a player like Gyokeres going through this, not with those seasons he had at sporting.

Although there's still a way both can be used if Arteta really want to keep him.

Do we all sit back to ponder why Sir Alex Ferguson left the club even when he still had the energy to manage the club for some further years?! It was because the management refused backing him up as they should. And they've literally done the same thing with every manager after him. We can also say that firstly, te management are the major propellers of taking us backwards. Both the Glazers and Ineos incharge of the footballing aspect of the club are all subpar. Few minutes they know what they're doing, the next they seem lost and stupid. The management should go and the same with the name Michael Carrick.

Gyökeres was brought in to provide a solution, but his performance hasn’t been up to the mark. I had expected him to score more goals for Arsenal, but he now mostly appears to be a squad player. We might even see him leave Arsenal during the upcoming transfer window.

Kai Havertz might not be totally exceptional but have really improved, getting crucial goal(s) is part of being reliable and he has done that quite a number of time for Gunners, and while they may not be having a really prolific striker it isn't because he failed to live up to expectation rather that is the major issue afffecting of Gyokeres game time.

I used to feel delighted when I first heard that Sheikh Jassim was keen to take over Manchester United. The sum on offer was enormous , but unfortunately the Glazers changed their minds and did not want to leave Manchester United. Sheikh Jassim wants to buy a 100 per cent takeover of the club, whilst the Glazers are not entirely willing to sell all their shares , and it was for this reason that Sir Jim Ratcliffe eventually became a shareholder in Manchester United, though he holds only a minority stake of around 27.5 per cent. Although operational control is now in Ineos hands but the Glazers still retain control over major budget approvals, furthermore, Ineos, as the new face of the club, has not proved particularly capable of managing the whole operation . All those managers were appointed with the aim of securing long-term success, but in reality, the longest any of them lasted at Manchester United was just two seasons.

Every manager only manages to establish a good system by the end of the season after taking over, and we see failures in teams that rush things That’s absolutely right. This team is already on its last legs. No matter how inexperienced Jose Mourinho may have been early in his coaching career, his time at Manchester United amounted to nothing—even though he did manage to win one trophy. It’s as if this club no longer wants to win trophies—and that’s exactly what the management wants. Amazingly, they’ve managed to spin it all to make it seem as though they’re about to bounce back. Carrick, the coach who stepped up when management asked him to fill the role left vacant by Amorim’s firing, has provided the answers. This season, I don’t blame Carrick for Manchester United’s performance, because it’s impossible for someone like Carrick to change his strategy by putting players in positions that aren’t their natural ones.

I'm not so sure about Conte, he seems like a manager who is too impulsive, and he never seems to stay at any club for very long. As for Nagelsmann, I think he would be an excellent choice for Manchester United. But I'm not sure he would be willing to take the job in the current situation, when the season is already a failure and the team is in need of rescue.
the constant pressure from the club also leads to a very high accumulation of stress which then pours onto the players, demanding their performances bordering on the impossible, thus overloading them and making them perform badly on the playing field, which is why the club must think carefully about what it does and what it says and above all who it delegates the management of the players

Very true, Some players seem to move to a team that doesn't fit their profile and I believe that's exactly the mistake Gyokeres did. Arsenal is the wrong team he could be at, I won't say he is not a good player but Arsenal's style is making it difficult for him due to his style of play. It's true their conserved pattern would only be suitable for player like Havertz who prefers to drop deep and link up with the midfielders. Maybe Gyokeres would play better at a different team. What surprising is that he came with some good vibes but somehow he couldn't cope anymore. I'm sure at Chelsea, Liverpool or Manchester City he will perform great.

Jose won 3 trophies at Manchester United, 2 league cup and 1 Europa league. Since Ferguson left, I think Jose is one of the most successful managers at Manchester United. The club have not been itself over the decades, it been from one manager to another, from one poor run of seasons to another. We all know Manchester United problems lies far beyond the managers, the management have contributed to where the club is today. We saw Carrick did well last season when he took over, but then this season now he have barely just won one premier league game. Even though we blame the management, we should blame Carrick as well, he have been handling the team poorly lately.

Yes i think the style of Play doesn’t fit Gyokeres at Arsenal, he’s a natural number 9 and Mikel Arteta’s style of play is not suitable for someone like that except he will have to adapt to the style of play and i think that’s why he’s finding it difficult to replicate the same amounts of goals he scored while playing for sporting Cp. sometimes Arteta will play Mikel Merino as a false 9 instead of playing Gyokeres who is a natural striker. Mikel Arteta wants his striker to drop deep and connect with the midfield instead of waiting for the ball inside the box.
