Earlier today, I saw a report that Manchester United management board had decided to allow Michael Carrick remain as the club manager after the back to back defeats to Como and Bournemouth – a decision that most of the club fans aren't happy with.

Yes, I saw the news today. The management still trusted him and asked him to turn things around for the club, they will want him to have some meeting with his players and try to make the team look good again, but do you expect any serious improvements? I don't think so.
What I observe is that the management don't want to pay compensation to Carrick just as they did to all the coaches they has been sacking sin Sir Alex left Manchester United, and I think they will have to do so at the end because Carrick is not good for the job, he is a good coach, but I think Manchester United is too big for him, they will have to settle him and get a coach they can rely on because managing this type of situations is not always ending well with teams.

As things stands now, evergthing is pointing to Chelsea winning this game but we know the record Manchester United have manage to kept all these years. They might be bad or even worse but the moment they face Chelsea, the will immediately bounce back to epic form. However this is new season and history can be written or it will repeat itself.

Michael Carrick is having active training sections with Manchester United who he believe will better in upcoming games. While Chelsea on the other hand she need to do better interms of winning big games this season because they've failed woefully. A strong defense? Bro, do you even realize what you're saying? Please explain who these reliable defenders at Man United are. Is it Maguire? Leny Yoro? De Ligt? 

I suggest you watch the replays of a few matches or at least watch one full match to see how MU's defenders are playing these days. Once you see all that, you'll understand what the weakest part of MU is right now. You can also see some ridiculous things in their matches against Spurs and City.

Leny Yoro and De Ligt are off course elite defenders,  don't you know? But sadly, you get this substandard performance when you play under a subpar manager who can not pair two great players together. I'm not here to convince you about Harry Maguire we all know he is never good enough to be a Manchester United defender, even Thomas Tuchel took someone else over himself during the fifa world cup tournament.

It is my own opinion that those two are elite, with the pace and everything needed in defenders to succeed. You just need a good manager yo bring out the genius in these two. The rest are either without mobility or not consistent.

I must say that at first I thought you were being sarcastic about Yoro and De Ligt being elite defenders, then I realized you were (unfortunately) serious. De Ligt is one of the biggest "football scam" ever: thanks to his agent his been able to earn huge salaries while moving around big clubs, and he constantly failed in every single one of them. I know it because he played for my team, Juventus, and we lost so many points and matches because of his mistakes! Then he moved to Bayern Munich, same story, same mediocre performances. Now he can't even prove himself at United, and in the meantime he is already 27 years old and he barely gets called up by the Dutch team.

This was exactly my thoughts when I saw Manchester United's next fixtures, even when they are at their worst, their performance against Chelsea was always intense and I would hope to see the same performance during the weekend. Michael Carrick looks like he has his mind made up to accept a sack letter soon enough, but that would take some time in my opinion.

The club needs a change of management to actually be at the top stage again, lately Manchester United are playing like the underdogs and that's disappointing. They have only one win in their last ten games, and that's something that shouldn't be happening at United.

Chelsea and Manchester United both lost their last matches (in the Premier League), so it’s quite reasonable that both sides are keen to secure a win in this fixture. However, considering their form further back, Chelsea seems to be in far better  condition than Manchester United , as the latter have yet to secure a single victory in their last eight matches (having drawn three times and suffered five defeats). So mentally, Manchester United do not seem to be in the best of shape , and I would expect this to have a significant impact on their performance on the pitch

It will be challenging for Manchester United to field their strongest squad , as several of their players are currently sidelined through injury. Furthermore, I have not yet heard any news regarding the situation  between Carrick and Bruno Fernandes , and if a compromise has not yet been reached between the two, it seems likely that Bruno will find himself back on the bench

This situation does not necessarily deserve a fine because there was no formal approach for the player, given that he was still under his contract and it was his decision that he wanted to leave the club to Barca which happens to be his dream club. Barca are requesting an appeal rather than paying the fine because that would go against their defense, the amount is very small but it's beyond money in this case.

Alvarez seems settled at Atletico Madrid at the moment so there was no need for all this arrangement, Barca are not looking to back down either.

Appealing for 602 euros is another level of stupidity. No doubt just after this news released, all of football fans in the world are laughing at them. However, i'm only wondering in how many installments they will pay the fine. If they really do appeal against this tiny fine that is nothing, i believe they're so desperate in the need of money.
Imagine a world class club struggle to pay 602 euros fees. It makes no sense.

Even if they're using reputation as an excuse, their reputation is already bad due to the Negreira's case. So they have only need to pay the fine and move on. Doing this stupid drama won't chance their stance if Atletico Madrid is in the right side.

The problem is not from the manager, the board may decide to sack Carrick, but I have full confidence that the next manager will get sack with the current players. All the players need to leave the club, they are not ready to do the job. Management claim wise in the transfer window, instead of signing quality player with huge amount, the money will be divided into two and signed unfit players. It looks like these two clubs don't want their drama over and it will continue until the winter transfer window starts
A fine of 602 euros and doing a comparison, conditionally maybe this shows that this is not just a small money out but self-esteem but come on for the 2 big clubs in La Liga makes it seem like a big drama and must be resolved it looks to be a funny thing.

Barcelona's desire to recruit Julian was not realized in the previous transfer, currently Julian's performance at Atletico has also become stuck and coupled with new drama that actually does not need to be a war that never ends. This only hurt both clubs in the midst of their tight schedule.
