The chances of him getting playing time at Chelsea are higher than at PSG. PSG likely views him merely as a squad player part of a larger pool of options. We all know he has quality, but it’s unclear whether Chelsea has any intention of selling him. Perhaps Xabi believes he isn’t quite ready yet. In my view, as a young and talented player, he could become an important asset for Chelsea; therefore, selling him doesn’t seem to make much sense.
Looking at the way xabi Alonso has been maltreating Estêvão really breaks my heart because the guy is a genius. He is a player that should not be seating on the bench on a regular basis because he is reliable than most of Chelsea's attacking players right now, so it baffles me why xabi Alonso is treating him the way he is doing, considering that they have no personal grudges. At PSG he is going to feature more than what he is getting at Chelsea under xabi Alonso, even though he might not be a starter, but it will be a very big mistake if Chelsea cash in on him, considering how good he is. The 19-year-old starlet was in the starting lineup against Manchester United today. I don’t think we should question Xabi’s decisions too much; he’s a manager who enjoys working with young players. If he isn’t fielding someone, it’s likely because he feels they aren’t ready yet. During his time at Real Madrid, he consistently integrated many young players into the squad. Estevao will probably secure his place in the team moving forward as well I don’t see them transferring him to another club.

What you said isn't far from the truth cause the coach knows best since he's the one who trains the players and take note of whether they're ready to move into the first team but sometimes it could be due to favoritism, whereby a coach would be favoring certain players that are not giving their best, even when it's obvious that they need to rest. I just hope he remains calm about the situation cause some players don't got chill, they're go rant on the media and cause dressing issues that might affect the entire team's performance.

A fresh rumor: Ole says during his interview he has "unfinished business at Manchester United". It seems like this is a signal if he wants to go there again. It must be a positive signal for Glazer, and i think they have to appointed him as a new manager asap, but i've heard United fans have trauma over their ex-player to manage their club. So they're against this idea. Do you think Ole deserves a second chance at Manchester United?

Ole was a good player back in the day, but he hasn’t been able to replicate that level of performance as a manager. We even saw him in Turkey a head coch for Beşiktaş, which gives us some insight into his capabilities. To me, he isn’t the caliber of manager that a club like Manchester United requires. He might be a secondary or tertiary option, but there are certainly better choices available.

Are forgetting in a rush that Ole Gunner Solskjaer is/was also a tactically inept manager for Manchester United?! That man had a chance to win the Europa League finals against Villarreal but he literally gambled it by his introduction of penalty players. In my opinion, Michael Carrick should be the last Manchester United legend who manages the club or also as an head coach. They're just bunch of loud pundits who literally know nothing about tactics. I don't blame them too much, if tue Glazers would gracefully agree to sell the club, I wouldn't be on here moaning like a cheap slut drilled out by a big dick. For goodness sake, No! He doesn't! He can completely fvck off! They're clueless and not tactically sound enough.

From statistics it can be seen that he has a better performance than most the managers that were brought in to Manchester United. If Ole Gunnar has indicated interest to go to Manchester United they should give him the job. I guess he Ole Gunnar has learnt from the mistakes he made during his first season at the club as a manager. There are no better managers out there, if a manager at the level of Ole Gunnar is available they should hire him immediately. I know Conte would be too much for Manchester United to afford, because his terms and conditions can’t be met by united due to the high level of debts the club is owing.

Estevao is a rare gem in Chelsea and Xabi Alonso is not this type of manager that would want the young players to do well at the club. Estevao is a player that ought to be protected, there's no possible links for the Brazilian to exits the club because he's 100% important for Xabi Alonso project at Stamford Bridge. We've seen his performance in big games and how he's able to control the ball at Frontline. He's definitely a winger with so much extraordinary qualities and a spectacular force to the Chelsea Frontline. All Estevao needs currently is enough time to be able to process into the club and become one of the most important player just like Cole Palmer.

With his performance against Manchester United, I believe that it is enough for xabi Alonso to understand that this lad cannot be seating on the bench week in week out for no just reason, after we have all seen how good he actually is, so I believe that he has finally gained the trust of xabi Alonso and may play more part in Chelsea's team, going forward.

The players always give their all, and the coach sometimes has the tough job of pushing these players, and i understand that, not everyone can have the chance to always play at their best because you can get tired, the team needs to continue to play quickly and efficiently and i think they can do it.

What some people don't consider is that a professional player cannot automatically become a professional coach if he did not learn how to be a professional coach because playing football and coaching isn't the same thing. I'm sick of Manchester United bringing coaches with low experience, how do they want to move the team forward and improve their performance to perfection. I don't want Ole as United next coach because it will be another nightmare for the team and their fans.

There are rumors already that the chelsea board want to give him a new contract and to also increase his salary. There is also a concrete news now that he won’t be allowed to go out on loan by January to any club. The Manchester United performance have given everybody, the fans, the coach even the board a strong reason why he need to be kept at the club and also to be given a good playing time. Even last season the kid was putting smiles on the fans faces, they love him at Stamford bridge, the fans go crazy when he is with the ball. It still a long season and if he can be injury free then he will play a huge role at the club this season. What an exciting player to watch, Estevao Williams.

The other day I came across an interview with Ferguson, in which he said he likes Carrick’s coaching ideas and supports him - it’s hard to argue with a figure like that I think Carrick should see out the season, we've already seen that the coaching carousel doesn't lead to anything good, neither Solskjaer nor any other specialist will perform miracles at United now. As for Solskjaer, I didn’t quite grasp the context of him both supporting Carrick and expressing a desire to work at United, perhaps he wasn’t referring to a coaching role?

Estevao is a very talented young player who have shown his ability right from his days playing in the Brazilian league where he dazzle everyone with his skills and scoring goals for his club palmeiras and Chelsea Saw him and signed him. Even after coming to the premier league at just 19 years of age he didn’t waste too much time adapting to the new environment in Europe, at just 19 he’s already a Brazil international which tells how good and highly rated he is at such a young age. Chelsea should not make that mistake of letting him go if not they might stand to regret it in the future.

It's a bit complicated for Estevao because so far Chelsea still do not intend to release this young talent but on the one hand they also like to hang a decision because Xabi did not give more playing time to Estevao although it is understandable because Xabi prefers Pedro Neto compared to Estevao in his position so in terms of competition Estevao clearly lost in this regard. It's just that if possible he should be given a little more playing time moreover we know the speed of this young man is amazing but because of the difficulty of getting playing time makes his performance a little faded for now. Releasing to another club will be a little difficult because what management does does not seem too in line and it was seen when Estevao was interested in big clubs in the transfer last summer Chelsea still insisted on keeping this player. Pushing to be at PSG too is a little bit difficult because the right midfield and right wing positions are like dead positions for Dembele, Doue and some other players it certainly doesn't become easy for Estevao.

Manchester United and recycling ex players as interim managers are 5&6, like can't they just fix their mess and hire a suitable manager that would take the club back to what we know them for. They've turned the team to a mere joke a one time giant of England has suddenly turn to a team everyone can prey on, they're so messed up. Although I've not seen any media talk about the possibility of sacking Carrick for Ole but I think it's possible afterall the Glaziers/Ineos are good at making wrong decisions. Sack Carrick, hire Ole as interim manager then repeat same thing they did with Carrick, bunch of jokers.

Why is he promoting himself when he has already been given a chance and failed? Besides, there are plenty of experienced coaches available if the management is clear and willing to spend money. Now suddenly there’s a rumor that Ole name is being considered as the coach to replace Michael Carrick. Hopefully this rumor isn’t true even though Ole said he has unfinished business at Man United. In my opinion, Man United management should just stop trying to hire legends as coaches because none of them are really suitable. So for me, having legends as a coach/manager at Man United is enough.

As an old rival fan who knows my team will benefit from the baby-faced assassin's inevitable failure, I'd say, sure, he deserves another shot, but I'm pretty sure most United fans would either prefer an experienced coach or just stick with Carrick for the remainder of the season [I think with enough support in the upcoming transfer window, he can do well]. Manchester United played had one of the best footplay performance under Ole, though that has being forgotten by most fans. It was still under Ole Solksjær that Manchester United went as far as the quarter finals in the Champions league after a couple of years, and no manager after him could reach that feat. Ole Solksjær surely deserves a second chance at United, but I still think that Michael Carrick needs more time at United with the full rights over signings and players in general. In the coming games, United should give a different performance entirely to keep them in the league.
