But i think we cannot ignore the importance of luck. There is no such thing as 99% winning rate, even if you bet on the best team in the league but upset is possible and their chance is not 1% for sure.
I have been betting in NBA and even if I bet on the heavy favorites but the odds is not that attractive so in the long run I will still lose if I will not take the handicap, this is a business so don't think odds maker are not smart enough in setting the line.

Well, there could never be that kind of rate because some underdogs are planning to make a difference, knowing that part of it is definitely chance and skill. Which one is more risky ?

Both are risky but doing sports bet have lesser risk than doing casino bets.
I have been doing sports bet for 2 years now and been gaining a fairly large amount of profit from it, back in the days i do casino bet but when i decided to try and see which is more profitable for me casino bet or sports bet, sport bet gave me a fairly good reason to stick with it.
The thing about casino bet is that you are fighting the program itself which the odds for winning is pretty damn low.
While in sports bet the thrill is there to begin with and cheering for you favorite team to win will give a more happier result.

If for example one match of basketball game ratio is 1.05, so it means it's 95% to win.  VS casino game like dice which is also 95% chance to win.

I think much more risky when you're betting in casino game. The wins of luck is circling from many players. Than the basketball games is not so hard to win. But if it's money is the main issue I think both of them are too risky to bet. Because when you're on betting with money is really hard to control. And you're not really sure when you are win or to loss.
