I would like to get some info in regards to paper wallets, first what (non generic) requirements/features should a good paper wallet design have? I feel I have the resources and distribution channels to create some quality paper wallets for people to use. Also what would be the best method to allow other Bitcoin users to use the wallet? I have never used paper wallets before so I guess I am still a little confused about how they work and the requirements. I do not have a great programming knowledge so even if I cannot create a generator at least I can create a cool design that might be useful somewhere down the line.

Owen,

You will find that we have a very successful and open source project to make paper wallets, called the Open Paper Wallet project.

See openpaperwallet.com and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=155847.0;all

All the designs, code, software, website and paper wallets themselves are open source and can be re-used, mashed up, modified, re-sold etc by anyone without permission.

Rather than starting a new project, you can join us there and either add a design, or use one of the existing designs. The end goal of the project is to enable resellers who can sell these online, so you could turn it into a business if you like.
