Why should I care? I will be DEAD... I won't exist anymore... Why should I care for my body if I no longer exist? Oo Have fun with that body of mine if you want  Ahahahah Yeah but... Even if it's understandable, most people have a much more emotionnal attachment to their bodies xD I guess you would be the kind of person willing to give away an arm for a better robotic one. Dude when you're dead you're dead. Why should i care about what happens to my body after i die? I'd just leave a lifeless shell of what i used to be ready to be eaten by maggots in the coming years. I think few people would care about how their corpses would be handled after they die. I don't think such laws would have any effect at all.

You can do many things with a body!!! -You can use the organs -You can test multiple invention on them (car crash for example) -You can use them for medical training -You can make excellent fertilizer from it That's already rather good for a lifeless body ^^ |

This is just stupid. No one is gonna give a shit what you do with their body after they are dead. Do you think this will deter terrorist suicide bombers? How about those guys that shoot a bunch of people and then kill themselves? You think they care about their bodies?
The only way this can work is if we can resurrect the dead then lock them up in zombie jail.

Then insane people like you will think thermonuclear weapons are acceptable, then life on Earth will cease to exist. Sounds evil but I believe even the most callous criminal would not want to spend all their remaining years like that. It would be a fate worse than death that they wanted.
Do you offer to spend billions of taxpayers' funds to satisfy your sadistic desire to see how they suffer? If so, you won't receive even 1 cent from me! P.S. Death penalty must be as cheap as possible! We need good healthcare, roads, education and not prisons! |

I think people who offer these ideas should be locked into mental hospital. Creating zombifying technologies like shown in movies = inevitable death to all humanity! It is the worst weapon can ever be created, 1000 times more dangerous than nuclear! |

In English and American (and Canadian) common law, if a person commits a crime, and if the crime produces harm or damage of property against someone, and if it can be proven, and if the harm or damage was never paid for, the descendants of the harmed or damaged person can lawfully require payment from the descendants of the one who did the harm or damage of property.  |

That will be useless since people commit suicide as they are tired of living their lives and want to get away from the pain, they wouldn't care a bit about what happens to them after they die. Suicidal people have so much other problems and stress, what happens after their death would be least of their concern.

First off all the everyday person has no need to see some bodies on the street, just because they commited a crime. I don't think you've really thought out your idea.. And secondly the person commiting the crime, and then killing themselves, could probably not give less shits about his body. |
