I have a VMware datacenter with 90 esxi hosts and intel i7 & xeon cpu.
I don't pay for electricity.

What is the most profitable coin I can mine with only CPU?

If you don't pay for electricity I would strongly recommend buying GPU's and mining with those for maximum profitability however you could try out monero or very low cap or new coins and hope for them to rise.
