Looks like there are some big traders fighting each other out or its them against the market by themselves. that order that sent the coins up $20 a couple hours ago was a huge trade. Then a second order followed(not sure if it was the same person) its like they are trading on a $10 spread they buy at $120 and their price goes up as the order fills(i think it ended filling the last trades around 143). That is crazy. Just think how long its going to take to unwind that position. There is no volume without big news. Could be a good sign though?

is that how they are doing it? they are making a killing then. I was thinking that they were just selling the larger blocks after the price has risen. seems like it is like clockwork and bounces everytime. so tempted to get in but I dont have the time to dedicate to it.

Being poor sucks no matter what currency your poor in  Grin

logically speaking we can all profit on actions of "manipulation"

its just a matter of timing and good instincts. Both of which I am still developing.

thats one basic way, but if your doing this, might as well just not sell for another year.

Agreed. Right now I'm just waiting for a good moment. I think I'll see how it plays out in the next 24-48 hours before going all in. The price could still drop, and lord knows what would happen if a serious technical problem were to occur. I've already made gains but learned many lessons. Patience is key.

do you mind me asking what price you are looking for? how much profit per coin do you look for before you sell or are you buying long term?

I honestly would like to double my money. Anywhere around $110 a coin would be perfect for me, however at the way things are going, I'll have to settle for getting some more expensive coinage.

I really want to get as low as possible becuase I want to dump everything into an exchange and patiently day trade to increase my bitcoin.

Omg you're developing and already talking shit.

Wait, what? First of all n00b, it's not "noob" second of all, I've probably got the least fiat out of anyone here. Third of all, I don't really know shit, and I admit that.

Was just answering the bros question.

I'm not sure why so many people here have to be assholes. It seems like all the pros look down on everyone else and don't care about anyone other than themselves. I want to see everyone succeed, or at the very least, lose on their own efforts.

i would dollar cost average on my initial entry just to get your feet wet. that way if the trend goes against you when you go all in you are not fazed by an immediate down swing. plus its very hard to "catch a falling knife".
i used to swing trade in the stock market, I have a full time job and couldnt dedicate a full day to trading. same goes for the coins. the good thing is a 24 hr market.

I'll take your advice. I have a lot to learn after all. At any rate, i have no real fear since I'm already broke. Loosing the money I'm putting in would sting but it wouldn't kill me. Besides, I'm learning more everyday.

Because they're assholes, simple as that.
