So I bought something from someone and sent them bitcoins. They didn't send me the product I bought. I know their bitcoin wallet address and can see the activity on the address. Is there a way to report or find out who they are? Thanks.

gutted, mate. That totally sucks. I've set up a twitter account that I hope will be part of an honest club of retailers and genuine sellers, but how can you be sure? Telephone conversation?

Always agree a $value on your bitcoin for item swap then you have a legal swap contract recognized in law.

can you guys help me get a good miner up. I was really counting on those fpga's but thats obviously not happening. I don't have that big a budget. And after this experience i am only willing to offer cash via paypal. Any help would be much appreciated.

The thing is that everything he makes, he moves to another wallet, and that wallet sends money to another one. I got tired of tracing it but I don't know wat to make of that.
