Why do you think this war is postponed? It is not, tommorow there will be a TOP-level meeting between the senate and staff, (the 26th). In which they will discuss how to handle North Korea, and nothing has been disclosed yet, so the possibility of a strike on their launch pads, or other strategic buildings, is still there.

see, the article for yourself , https://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2017-04-23/trump-plans-top-level-briefing-with-senators-on-north-korea

And another source right here. http://www.newsweek.com/trump-north-korea-fate-massive-white-house-meeting-senate-589569

Yezzir. Besides directly threatening us a day ago, they also threatened Australia. The rhetoric is getting pretty alarming. Given Trumps disposition so far, as far as responding to 'red lines', I am pretty sure we will engage in military action against NK.

They can't reach us, but I am genuinely concerned for Japan/SK.
I hope that Americans have enough missiles to shoot down any target with North Korea. But such regimes in NK usually based on lies. I'm not sure their missiles can fly.

No SAM system is 100% effective and accurate. So there is always a chance of a North Korean missile landing on the target. You can place as many SAM batteries as you want, but you can't just eliminate the risk. And regarding the quality of the North Korean missiles, a few random failed tests don't hide the fact that they have one of the best missile technologies among the third world nations.

Us is crazy seeking for power or wait they have to maintain their image as one of the strongest country on earth. On the other hand north korea is hell and crazy as well so the possibility of Uz attacking korea or vice versa is really high

Well, the rhetoric we have pushed concerning NK kinda leads to 'what are you going to do now"? We keep drawing red lines in order to have them stepped over with the testing time and time again. Obama was tres passive on this; the level of provocation  from NK was magnitudes lower. In the era of Trump, all these big words will require even more bigly action  Wink

It is not just US who is after NK. If i am not mistaken OP states the current situation between the Korean border and the Russian Border. Last few weeks the russian army is heading to the border of north korea. It was huge troops actually it is a response woth regards to NK movements when they first head to that border

When you mature, you will realize, that all this ruckus was created only for the purpose of turning attention towards China.

Trump has criticized US dependence on Chinese manufacturers and bankers for years a bit of fisticuffs with chinese protectorate of NK only served a well measured intentions.

Also NKs state media can once again point to US as the evil agressor, so everyone should be happy for now.

THANK YOU

At least someone saw where the truth is.
USA needs an ennemy, they were never able to developp by themselves and in a peaceful way. They're a country of crazy warmongers eating whatever they can (talking metaphorically of ressources here, not about real food).
Russia has been the ennemy for a long time and is still one. But the attention is starting to focus on CHina, it's the next big bad boy for USA.

They are threatening as a part of a game. Both for domestic and western audience, to which NK is being painted as a Mordor. Remember that already George Bush jr. called North Korea part of "Axis of Evil"?

I dont fancy North Korea regime, but I dont see that isolated island of nation as a threat either. And you should very well know, that there only two things preventing bombings of the country today. Chinese backing and domestic nuclear arsenal. Countries with nukes dont get invaded.

Western goverments would kill every last North Korean, if it meant "democracy" otherwise.

You dont believe me? Look at Lybia today. Or Afghanistan or any other "democratized" country of the past two decades. What humanitarian purpose did NATO accomplish in any of those places? Yet, you see more and more lemmings and activists pushing for bombing third world nations. "Democracy" (that doesnt even really exist anymore in the west) has become new "Deus vult", rocket armed drones its crusading knights and NGOs its missionaries.

NATO can help the people of the country to eliminate authoritarian regimes. This is because democratic elections in these countries cannot be undertaken. It is the responsibility of people what country they will build in their country. Where the state has influence in Russia there is devastation, and where the West there is prosperity.

If NATO is so much bothered about democracy, then it should first overthrow the monarchies in the GCC region, especially in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The biggest oppressor of human rights in the world right now is Saudi Arabia, which happens to be a staunch ally of the NATO.

Their main goal is not to spread democracy but security.
NATO is created in order to protect Europe from USSR.
When USSR collapsed, they lost purpose but now they have new goal, fight against terrorism.
Regarding issue with north Korea, it's problem between both Korea, China and USA.
I don't see any role of NATO in this conflict.
Problem with north Korea can't be solved with war.
If America attack them, Seoul, capitol of South Korea, will be destroyed in a few hours.
So, diplomacy is only solution here.

I think so too, but agree it is not a reason to kill all Muslims. Among all people there are exceptions. Are you ready to take responsibility for the death of a Muslim which is really a good person?
