What percent of nodes or roughly how many nodes are using cmpctblk relay to relay blocks vs relaying the full block?

Any node running Bitcoin Core 0.13.0+ will be using compact blocks. According to https://bitnodes.21.co/, that's ~5000 out of 6900 nodes that use compact blocks.
