Bitcoin and Taxes (Mexico and San Diego)

If I live in San Diego and also have a place in Tijuana, Mexico would I need to pay taxes on my bitcoins that I mined?

Mine bitcoins and pay electricity in Mexico, but live in San Diego 50% of the time, do I pay taxes for USA or Mexico and does Mexico even have a law on internet income?

If I moved all of my farming computers from San Diego to Mexico, and mine everything there, yet live in San Diego 100%, am I required to pay taxes on the litecoins/bitcoins mined located in Mexico?

Electricity rates aren't linear in Mexico, cost per KW/h more than doubles everytime you exceed a certain threshold for a certain period of time. It's a form of punishing high usage. Also, if you reach the high consumption rate (tarifa DAC), it may take a long time to revert to a previous status.

Baja California has been especially notorious for high bills during summer, but I'm not sure if that applies to all cities.
