FairPumps.net....just announced a pump with 400 innocent people on the IRC channel which loads on their website and it immediately dumped after they announced it.

What do you expect? The whole purpose of pump and dump is to scam people. Almost everything in the crypto world is a scam. Faucets that don't pay, wallet maintanence mode to steal your deposits, fake coins and icos. The internet is full of liers and cheaters. There is very little that is genuine about alt coins. It's the wild west.

This doesn't make the general crypto world a scam.

People that want to scam are obviously looking for anonymous ways and cryptocurrencies are like a heaven for them. Same thing applies for drug dealers and criminals. However, this doesn't make cryptocurrencies a criminal's currency. We're using it and we're not criminals. Do you really think it's used by them in a bigger percentage than us? I don't think so.

Scam websites will always exist. No matter if it's crypto, tor or anything else, they're gonna exist. Find a list of scam websites that aren't linked to cryptos (like Visa, PayPal etc) and you'll be surprised....

Pumps are made for people to quickly buy so the price goes up very fast, and then the whales are selling and making thousands in profit.. they will also continue to exist. This is why I love Bitcoin the most.

Make sure to never follow their pump, It just to fool the people and stole the newbie's money. Basically, they are not a scam site, but this is a game on crypto full of pump and dump. For those are missing the opportunity to buy before pump or sell before dump will get a lot of loss.

Because the pump group just doing an instant pump just in some second.
Everybody might have considered the risk of crypto trade.

This is a warning to idiots, because anything with the word 'pump' or 'dump' is a scam, and any intelligent person should know to stay away.  These sites appeal to filthy third world gamblers who don't know any better.   My take is to let themselves Darwin themselves right out of the market.  People on this forum are far too ignorant to handle money.

i know it is a harsh thing to say but They Deserved It.
that is what you get for being a sheep. sheep is just moving in a herd following other sheeps led by a wolf (for the sake of the argument )
nobody in the whole world is going to give good advice to others when it is money related and he himself has money at stake. obviously they will show an illusion of good advice while the sheep people throw themselves in the pit, the pumper is just sitting there watching and laughing at them while they are handing their money to him with a thankful smile on their lips...
