It would only buy them a bit of time till they figure out what to do. Many of the terror attacks in France were by homegrown lone wolves. France has taken in plenty of Muslims from former colonies and they've already been naturalized. These descendants are those that groups like al-Qaeda and ISIS prefer to be radicalized.
