Do we need to take individual permissions from them to use their feeds and is there any chance of them disabling or blacklisting my website IP if they don't want my site to show their feeds ?

its with developer api key with their permision which they provide to affiliates so they wont be banning you. You dont need to take any sort of permisions. Tell me which websites feeds are ok with you i will let you know if those websites are possible.
