I am just wondering about some good project that were not able to get completed because the owner does not have the financial capacity to continue and not because of scam.

I don't truly know if this thing occuree here since theirs no trace of evidence shows that altcoin being sold to another  devs and be manage by another buyer of the coin but for what i see i seen also some of dead coins posted a new thread and tellin they are managed by another person but how things can be possible if they are tellin the truth? Maybe we just need more info about it since we doesn't actually see anyone transfering the ownership and the right to manage some certain coins.

Perhaps, OP should float an 'Abandoned Project'  signature campaign for this to create more awareness. That's my humble suggestion.

You have all spoken well but in actual sense, i came across some abandon projects while trying to take a stroll into the long thread at altcoin announcement section and i thought within myself that this is nothing but a waste of talents and efforts because some of the projects ideas can be beneficial to mankind and bring about a wider acceptance of cryptocurrency.
How is this my business ? I thought of what could have happened to humanity if those project ideas were fully implemented and the principle of the 3R, Re-use, Re-create and Recycle.
So my question is this cant those project be bought and implement by another team ?

the features is i think the dev should not abandoned the project and this is important because there is many ICO that is good in the beginning but in the middle of the project or in the end of the project, the dev and the team has run away with the money from the investor and many of us is getting sad because of this. if you want to continue the abandon project then you should put your focus into the project until its release and have been place into market exchanges and there is many people that trade the coins.

I am afraid you may not find buyers for this deal. Because I guess it would be too hard to sell the concept based businesses.

Anyone could create an altcoin but only new features are important. People who are coming forward may ask about the concepts, if you unveil yours then they will bargain for prices and leave off the deal but move on with your ideas.
