sapphire RX480 on windows 10

i just bought sapphire RX480 8gb card.  it is recognize in windows 10 but gives error in device manager as follow:

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

i used driver uninstall program in safe mode and re install. try all new and old drivers all resulted same.
Any idea how to fix this?

Do you have modded bios? If you do, you need to use driver 16.11.2 or older. I use 16.9.2 and it is stable and works great.

Use the AMD driver uninstall utility to clean out your drivers before reinstalling.

First, be sure u have original card bios.
Then try differents PCIe ports, and try with MINIMAL AMD driver version install.
To be sure if card is ok, test it on any other PC.
