Help regarding campaign.

I have applied for many of the campaigns but am not yet choosen. Can i know what is the real process to get choosen in a campaign?

The "real process" is, a manager decides they want to run an advertising campaign to get their signature across the forum.  If they have someone that just makes crap one-line posts on threads with millions of spammers posting the same thing over and over again.

So the managers go through the process of filtering the trash themselves.  You won't get accepted if they see that you haven't made any posts or your posts are meaningless and you're just desperate to spam your way to a full-time job.

Meaningless post qualities is just considered spam to anyone who had read on the thread specially when they were wearing signature of a specific campaign. Those posters having found that kind of postings some managers got worst impressions and they got banned from the campaign and even got disappointing red trusts on the account profile. One thing a bitcointalk member should always make sure to it is he must kept his/her reputation into well trusted, because if got failed and gains red trust no campaign will surely be accepting for that mess.

You have to have good post quality from what I hear. They also must have a spot for you in the campaign.

That depends heavily on the campaign (the manager, specifically). Different campaigns have different standards of post qualities.

There is no real process, all you need to do when you have applied in a campaign is wait for manager decision or their reply on your application.
Try to post on outside local section, and makes good quality post.
