Anyway, every time the prices go up it doesn't take long for the Chinese government to remind themselves about bitcoin and think of new ways of making the lives of its users difficult.
First wave of Chinese Bans was in 2014, then when it was going down in 2015 nobody in China cared to ban it. It's good to see people got used to it and there's no panic.
Is it DCEBrief that you can't get into? I didn't have a problem getting into the site at all today, but I had a lot of trouble with Bitcointalk and a couple others earlier today.
