First, please allow me to introduce our company – Shenzhen Puyin Blockchain Co., LTD (PBG), established with 100 million RMB registered capital in 2015, with digital assets based on actual property. This cooperation is to help SCH on forming the first global Real Estate assets token (RET), and to work with them on establishing an American digital assets ecosystem that based on the Puyin blockchain to fulfil RET exchange and circulation system in SCH’s communities, also to realize the transformation of PEB to RET on the trading platform.
Meanwhile, assets digitalization through blockchain technology can help realize higher liquidity of real estate, there is an example to use RET to pay for rent, currently 1 coin = 1 US dollars, 1 property = 250,000 US dollars = 250,000 tokens, RET holders can use tokens to exercise rights of using houses. When RET holders have the same amount of RET as the total RET-valued amount of land and houses, the title and property ownership of the houses selected will be transferred to them. Besides, RET holders can trade digital assets on the digital asset trading platform to achieve the circulation of asset, and to realize the RET consumption scenarios and applications in digital assets ecosystem. Moreover, assets digitalization based on blockchain technology can intensify the assets liquidity for those illiquid assets, which can be exchanged with other assets instantly without the help of legal currency after assets digitalization.
