Does it have to be in global Alternate cryptocurrencies or is local alternate cryptocurrencies accepted?

"Alternate cryptocurrencies" section it's mean in the global section,
not in local alternate cryptocurrencies section.

The SONM coin project is still in pre ICO phase, so this means no coins are distributed yet. You have to wait until after the ICO and bountie release for the coin distribution.

I just found out that ICO most likely would be postponed. Could not found any oficial information about that. So there is question. When the date of ICO launch will be firmly approved, do i need to edit "personal text and signature"?
