Did you try changing the password ? Were you able to create your own profiles ? were there other profiles associated with the account ?

So there are profiles present ? that means other people are using the account and not your personal account.

Changing the password is one of the basic things you do when reviewing an account that is suppose to be not hacked or cracked. Try changing the password and see how long the account lasts.
