I've come to warn you of something troubling.
Betcoin can block access for no reason. And indefinitely.
And do not know or do not want to offer a solution.

since a few days ago
I can not access my funds
Fortunately. they are few. Just a few euro of my referrals.

I have sent tikets numbers to support. Twitts DM
And nothing. The days continue And I can not access my funds.
Even they have asked me for another email. Email that I have sent.
And my access is still blocked.

instead. I receive support emails.
I do not receive confirmation messages.

Customer service is slow and unhelpful.
Is subreal. That keep an account locked for no reason.

And if I had 200 € ... would it have to be like my 200 € blocked indefinitely without reason? And if they were 1000 € ...?

Now I know I DO NOT want to have money inside betcoin. I do not know when I could have it.

Betcoin te puede bloquear el acceso sin motivo. e indefinidamente.
y no sabe o no quiere ofrecer solucion.

desde hace varios dias

por suerte. son pocos. apenas algún euro de mis referidos.

Y nada. los dias continuan. y no puedo acceder a mis fondos.
incluso ellos me han pedido otro email. email que he enviado.
y mi acceso sigue bloqueado.

en cambio. recibo los email de soporte.
No recibo los mensajes de confirmación.
pero recibo sus contestaciones... raro...

la atención al cliente es lenta e inutil.
es subreal. que mantengan una cuenta bloqueada sin motivo.

vosotros pensar.

y si tuviera 200€... ¿tendría que estar como mis 200€ bloqueados indefinidamente sin motivo?¿y si fueran 1000€...?

Ahora se que NO quiero tener dinero dentro de betcoin. No se cuando podría disponer de el.

Si teneis grandes cantidades dentro. ser cuidadosos. igual que mi acceso no funciona sin motivo. podria ser ahora. vuestro acceso el que dejara de funcionar. y vuestro dinero  quedara bloqueado indefinidamente. y ya os aviso, que soporte no funcionara...

No need to warn us again, we already knew if Betcoin.ag is a shit scam site. Regarding your problem, try post on their ANN thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1616139.0 Just hope you can get your money back, but it seems the chance is nearly 0.
Anyway, did you broke one of their rules, maybe?

Technical issues often happens with websites. I have used it and haven't​ encountered any issue since my start. If something happens too you could find a solution through the support team, if you haven't got any solution from them then you could get the suggestion of the forum members. This is something just trying to ruin the reputation of the gambling websites, which should never be done.

Betcoin appear very much like selective scammers though.  They withhold Bitcoin for little reason and their customer support is terrible, plus they've had scam promotions and giveaways as I recall.


Also, Soy Poker:  you can use the Spanish local board if you'd like to talk Spanish as well.
