Have a small budget of 20k$ already have land and a factory type work place so want to know which business can be started off in this budget and complete business plan for the same. Willing to hire someone who can do complete research of current profit generating small scale businesses which can be started in this budget and where and all investmebts should be done... and then manage the same.
Dont know if any small scale setup that can be done in this small budget or not so need a market researcher who can give a proper idea on the same and later help in doing all setup and management

There is a local board of India. you should post your offer in Indian marketplace too. there you may get better responses.

This is the best response if you are streamlining your intended response to particular set of people based on geographical location, then its better to take it to where they located and thank goodness we have such on the forum but you need to be careful @op not to sacrifice biasness for competency as that could turn out to be an haphazard decision after all.

Basically you want to earn passive income. Well, nothing wrong in that, but the risk is high in these, as if you don't have the knowledge about that particular business, that can turn against you. Always start a business where you have a decent knowledge, else you are 100% depended on that person who is running the show. And if by any chance, you both have different opinion, you can lose that.

I see your signature, and I think you can invest that money in that business. Get a nice SEO, make websites, etc with that money. The rest, you can buy up a nice amount of cryptocurrencies and invest in startups. Use the land for renting it to some farmers or hold on to it if the area you have the land have an exponential growth in the price.
