Hello. Thank you. There were some useful content in there.

I went there and took a look, It wasn't operational and I didn't see anything that sets is apart from the other exchanges, but I
 will check back later.
This has been checked, transactions are going along as normal. Are you sure its not a network or browser issue?

The certificate has indeed been signed by StartCom (ordered at https://startssl.com/ and signed by their Class 1 Intermediate certificate).

I'm not sure why you get these warnings. Anyway i plan to purchase a more recognized certificate in the near future.

StartCom CA is in the OS X system keychain (latest release of OS X). Chrome is not at fault because Safari has the same error.  Works fine on iOS and Linux though. Curious.

Indeed, I made some adjustments to the certificate bundle appended to the server one. Do you mind checking again ?

I'm happy to have been given an opportunity to gain more insight into bitcoin. Everything initially could have been sorted if I had a better grasp on GPG encryption. I had a vision for x-btc but I still think it is an idea that has potential. It was great working with the team during my trial run. Stand tall and carry on.

As many of you know, i couldn't keep the service running due to special circumstances. Every bitcoin/litecoin/namecoin was returned to the customers before the service was taken down.

Today, after thoughtfull consideration, as i've got some time and ressources, i'm relaunching the project. As of now, the website is in beta-test mode to stress the trading engine and basic trading functionnalities of the platform. Each account is credited with fake coins (10 BTC, 10 LTC and 10 NMC) to start trading. Please make as many trades as possible as one of the goal is to stress the matching engine and to ensure matching is error-free.

Feel free to play with the API as well.

Deposit/withdrawal functionnalities are well tested and will be enabled when the beta period is over.
Every beta-tester will get a premium trading fee for the next months.

The current trading fee, which is likely to stay is : 0.10% per trade ! The lowest of all the altcoin exchanges around.

I hope to see a lot of you guys around, happy trading !

I would like to thank all users who joined the beta-testing, especially to Paul Koppen who provided feedback and wise advice. X-BT is now fully launched.

As a reward, the trading fee for all registered beta users was set to 0.05%

Happy trading !

I just added Feathercoin support as well as a LTC/FTC market. Happy trading !

I don't see that FTC market. Site looks nice though.

Yeah, FTC was supported in the previous version of the site. However, due to the recent issues related to a quite low hashrate of the FTC network like the 51% attack, I decided it's too risky.

Thanks for your comment, at the moment the liquidity is quite low so there's not much trading going on here but I hope it'll catch up.

I would like to add that the fees are half of what you pay on btc-e and crediting deposits is instant after the last needed confirmation (I've been myself waiting for some minutes on btc-e for that).

Referral program

X-BT has just launched a referral program. Each registered user is given an affiliate link he can find in the settings menu. For every user that he directs to X-BT, he will earn 50% of all his trading fees.

Moreover X-BT plans to implement Primecoin soon.

X-BT has added Altcoin, and has created an ATC/BTC market for this occasion.
