I wanted to make a pre-announcement of my new project Bitcoinroommate.com, the first site where you can buy/sell/rent property with Bitcoin.

You can search and find bitcoin users worldwide that will accept bitcoin as payment for rentals or property purchases.

I'm still in the process of testing everything but I'm getting to the point where I need live users to see how things are working.
At the moment it's limited to using bitcoin like the primary currency although of course users are going to have to negotiate their own prices depending on the exchange rate.

Let me know what you think should be added as I am slowly developing the site. Also if you're looking to rent- give it a shot!

I have been looking to rent out a room for bitcoin, airbnb style (daily rates). It sorta looks like I can do this on your site, but maybe that's not what it's geared for. Firstly, I need to be able to enter a fractional bitcoin price..

The ability to add pictures, and calendar management would also be very nice. In fact, there's a lot you could do with this.

The calendar management part would bring me into the realm of airbnb, and their major competition 9flats already accepts bitcoin so not territory that I would really be filling any need in the market. I'm hoping people will find it more useful for finding real long term roommates, renters, or purchasers.
