Decentralized Mining Company Concept

If anyone is interested in organizing a (For Profit) crypto mining company under Decentralized principals. The idea is to use a forum very similar to bitcoin forum to run a legitimate full fledged alt coin crypto mining and financial services company. Ultimately to issue crypto shares to be listed in an exchange. I have some start up capital and have developed a website links to the wallets that will be used as the mining companies main account. There is real potential to work collaboratively and lucrative opportunity.

Ok if anything, does anyone think this idea could work? I'm beginning to think things like this look good on paper or school text books, but are a completely thing in practice. Collaborating for profit by mining crypto coins is still such a ludicrous idea. That even a little bit of (micro) capital can't kick start it? Thank you anyways for viewing my post. Just another update on this front, recently I've noticed the the designated website sends visitors to unwanted popup redirects.  there is an option however to eliminate this. If there were a way to raise the funds in order to stop these annoyances Maybe this can be discussed.
