Because he is a well known account here that's why he didn't provide signed message, But i'm confused why does a owner of gambling site will loan such that amount? I will fill up your loan once you provide signed message and prove that you are not a hacked account.

For this kind of Loan and from this kind of Account, signed message is more than a "must".
Also your Account is marked (value of Collateral almost 0...), as you are the Admin of SecondsTrade.com. Or maybe you are not him? Undecided

I'm confused too on what he is doing, He is running a signature campaign that pays that amount and suddenly he request loan here out of nowhere and without a signed message and valid reason, I want to warn other lenders here to be cautious on granting this loan because his account and website are facing some issues in the past.
