4) PM me on Bitcointalk with your Ripple address, your bitcoin address, and the amount of XRP you have sent.
5) I will send the appropriate amount of BTC to your bitcoin address as soon as I confirm your transfer.

I understand some users don't want to send me the XRP first. In the case, please post here how many BTCs you want to buy using the rate above, and your bitcoin address. If I agree the transaction, I will send you the BTC first. Hope this  helps!

I think the reason is Ripple needs to hold a small amount of XRP as the reserve. So you are not able to send the remaining XRP.

It's a tiny amount. I don't need the .00125 BTC back. The deal is now completed.
