When removing litecoins from BTC-E they got lost. i recieved the confirmation email, the address was correct, and the funds dissappeared form my account. The blockchain does not show the transaction. Later I did another transaction for 10 LTC that went thru. just wanteed to know if this has ever happened to anyone else and give a warning

BIG WINNER!
[15.00000000 BTC]

Did this really happen? If so, this scares the hell out of me. I hope you get it resolved, man.

this is exactly why if i were doing any kind of big transaction on any websites like those... i would video record the entire process and take numerous screenshots, so every step of it was documented and nearly impossible to dispute. without some kind of evidence they very likely would never reimburse anything.

How long ago?  Are you sure it's not just still confirming?

That was very big amount. I will  send more than 10000 emails or call them non stop to btc-e support if that happens to me.

That was very big amount...

Yeah, like big enough to weed out on the block chain and prove that it never actually occurred at all.

26,000 LTC?

That's a huge amount mate - hopefully you get it back.

I didn't think they were THAT dodgy.

I have read so many terrible stories of BTC-E that I can't believe people keep using it.

Um. If we stopped using every dig currency website that has had problems... There would not be any left to use.
Btc-e works fine for me but i dont trust anyone with such large amounts. If i had them that is. I never leave much out of my control.

Wow that stinks, I'm sorry that happened to you, but for a transaction that big, you probably should have taken some more proof. Still, I would contact them to see what going on, and if they got it, because with something that big, it may just have not been approved yet.
