Wow I was under the assumption that this was likely a scam.. I am definitely down for at least a unit in the group buy once there's some type of confirmation it's legit

I have some info from their sales partner - it seems that it will not be scam. It will be manufactured by Tiannengbo Group.
But
"At this moment, this product is only going through preorder for customers with larger than 100 units (!!).
