Hello everyone,

Due to security and stability problems, our website, servers(mail) and skype are down at this moment. We were already in the final stage of developing our EU Division. This has lead to the fact that we have decided to change our services to our European department (which was only in beta version) for the time being.

What does this mean:

Our services are exactly the same, but on our EU site with improved and automated paying system.
Better foreign customer support
Faster feedback
Real time info and announcements
Not finalized yet, but we're busy with a European warehouse based in Sweden to improve sales and shipping times
A good working web shop with automated paying systems
More units per person (not yet, but will be announced soon)

At this time we can tell that there are some CUBES and QUAD CUBES available to be shipped at first and second week of may. This is only 1 unit per person and first come first serve. New batches will be announced soon and we do our best to reply to our customers as soon as possible but please respect our problems at the moment.

For more info you can contact our website www.baikalminer.eu or customer support support@baikalminer.eu

Umm no.  Website isn't down.  Only one email address that we know if is not setup at the new email hosting service.  Sounds like scam.

That is correct, our website is not down at the moment, but we are facing major issues with our security on our site, email, and even on the forums. We do not know exactly what the source is, but we are doing our best to figure it out as soon as possible. At the moment, this was our only option.

@OP
This is very shady. We all know the baikal is hot stuff and is attracting many scamers.
Just let the true baikal member to confirm your claims ( true baikal is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=842337 )

Let him post here confirmation and we can continue.

@baikalminereu

We will all consider this a scam until we get confirmation from at least the official @baikal account. Why would Baikal make a new btc forum account, when it obviously results in trust issues.

SCAM ALERT.

Something does not add up when I compare these two domain who-is records.

These are the official Baikal web page www.baikalminer.com records.
http://whois.domaintools.com/baikalminer.com

These are (very possible a scam) web page baikalminer.eu records.
http://whois.domaintools.com/baikalminer.eu

You need to authenticate this EU thing.
Why is there no info at the official web page www.baikalminer.com ?

Yeah thanks, corrected. It seems to lead to their e-mail service when not adding www. in front of the address.

It's a shame that I can't place an order due to lack of trust.

So much scamming going on, I don't know what is real and what is not at the moment.

Like we said, we fully understand any concern.

We are at this moment not able to update our original website, as we do not have access. That also is true for our email, and other accounts along with our bitcointalk forum account. We do not have any other way of proving.

We are using our EU based services now, as this is the only account we have access to at the moment. Our who-is records do not match up because baikalminer.eu is registered from Sweden.

If you recieve any shady emails, please do not respond to them as we do not have access of our email.

Stop this BULLSHIT. Let the original baikal member to reply in this thread or GTFO.

Agree shame it is.
Definitely this one is not real. I guess any new reseller is a scamer. Why would they establish reseler while there is actual shortage of their goods? Currently they accept pre-orders.

Seems very, very Shady.

Buy at your own risk from this site. If the site was hacked it would be easy enough to contact the domain registrar\host, change passwords once ownership was proven and restore site from backup with new passwords.

I received an email from the real Baikal Miners this morning.  Please tell me what you wrote in the email and I will be happy to retract my previous statement.

If it will be possible to pay to the same BTC address as in my last finished order, then maybe - is it possible?
Otherwise it is all very suspiciously.
